We had cockroach in the room. Whilst reception were able to move us and refund the room, my family could not sleep well.

Overnight through France travel. Hotel ideally placed, reception and various if needed. Rooms are getting shabby and are very small. Pillows there are no soft, thin ones so I take my own.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were very impressed with the staff who were very customer, focused and friendly. It seems to be a very busy hotel on the outskirts of Angouleme it is very easy to get to by road and there are a lot of decent food outlets close by again with focused friendly staff. No doubt I will stay here again. A special mention for the manager who was a star and could not have been more friendly.
