« Fine night, one exception »

Everything was great with one small exception. I had room 118 and the shower drain was emitting a sewer gas smell. It seemed to disappear later in the night. Coffee in lobby was great. I even played some of the petanque game in the outside court.

Everyone was GREAT! Very friendly! Very helpful! We had a group of American teenagers and their French isn't great. I was VERY impressed with the level English the entire staff had when helping our American students! Merci mille fois!

« Clean, friendly- in the right place at the right price. »

We arrived in the evening- checked whether we could eat and as restaurant was full the waitress kindly sent us to the bar and said she would personally come and fetch us once a table became free. Which she did. Rooms were clean and amazingly quiet!

The IBIS Hotel here is in line with the general IBIS theme and offers a friendly welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Rooms are typical IBIS designs. Windows offer good noise protectionThe restaurant is undergoing renovation, but still manages to serve decent value value and quality.Will definitely consider staying there again when in the area

« Disturbed by an early morning wake up call I hadn't requested. »

Fine experience except for receiving a telephone call at 05:30 a.m. which I had not asked for. To make it worse, it was the first time in many stays that my flight didn't depart until 11:00 a.m. I called desk to complain and fellow on duty told me there was no wake up call registered for room 216 at 5:30 a.m. The lady on duty when I left thought to check the list of registered calls and saw one registered for room 116 at 5:30 a.m. I hope that person made his/her fight!

« Couldn't get the basics right: Wake up call in the morning failed! A disaster for an airport hotel! »

The hotel is fine and conveniently located for Marseille airport. We booked the hotel because I had a 6am flight the next morning. We asked that the desk ensure we were woken up at 4.45am to catch the free shuttle to the airport. They did not wake us up!! Luckily I'd set my own alarm as a back-up. I asked the desk why they hadn't called us and the man said, "the telephone in your room didn't work". I would have missed my flight if I'd relied on the hotel! A reliable wake up call is the most BASIC service for an airport hotel!

« Just what one looks for in an airport hotel: clean and pleasant facilities, very pleasant and helpful staff and easy access to the airport. »

The hotel was clean and well equipped for the needs of travellers. Best of all, it was staffed by very helpful and pleasant people who took good care of us. The only minor problem that we faced is that my wife, who was becoming ill, became chilled. When I went to the reception desk and asked what they could do, the staff were very gracious about providing us with both an extra bedcover and a portable space heater. Overall, an excellent value and even a pleasant experience where we were hoping, at most, for convenience and the basics.

The Hotel was as good as they always are clean and comfortable the only issue was the Air conditioning wasn't working it was uncomfortably hot I had to open the window
