« Very basic amenities enhanced by a kind staff »

The bus from airport was not easy to find for me and I missed one because from a distance it looked like a city bus. I waited 30 minutes in the wind and cold. When I finally got on the next one, it was not heated. On arrival I headed straight to the restaurant for dinner only to find out that it serves no vegetables and no gluten free fries. I paid €43 for a small steak and a salad with lettuce only and 5 shrimps. Still cold.. The heating in my room (both) was broken and there was none in the bathroom so I remained cold for a big part of the night. This was fixed the next day. The lighting in the bathroom is pleasant and perfect for make-up. However the bathroom looked dated. If not for the closeness to Eurocontrol and the very very nice staff, my stay would have been unpleasant.

Useful due to the proximity to the New NATO Headquarters and Eurocontrol. Liked the fact that it has a bar and restaurant that are opened late. Also liked the wifi. Actually was the first hotel in Central and Western Europe that I stayed in and had a good and stable wifi internet connection. I didn't like the fact that there was no refrigerator inside the room and there were no slippers. Breakfast was average. The rest was as expected from this kind of hotel.

« The most efficient and capable check in ever »

A whole bunch of people got off the airport bus and ran to the reception after 11pm. The guy at the reception was friendly, efficient. (And even spoke dutch which is a rarity in this hotel) kudos for the best check-in experience ever in an accor hotel.

Hello, I am used to IBIS hotel Brussels Airport. It is close to my place of work so very handy. It is simple but enough in general. I had room 316 this time and I had to regret the following points : There are two single beds next to each others. Matras are very light and move on the bed so that you loose supporting plan during the night. The single covers are small. You feel air passing left or right (I have a certain size and weight). Also the shower gave me the impression to have flow reduction. This is realy anoying because you do not have the nice warm feeling in the morning. I changed hotel in the past for the same kind of evolution. I hope it will not continue this way.

« Generally ok. We stay at IBIS hotels often because of the consist quality of the rooms. »

Generally satisfied. We were most dissatisfied with the lack of all-day shuttle service to and from the airport. I have no knowledge of why there is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel from 10:00 to 18:00 hours. We came by train the afternoon about 15:00 one day before our flight - we chose the hotel because the website indicated there was free shuttle service. There was no obvious indication of your partial schedule. The sign on the board with the IBIS shuttle schedule is so small and high up on the board that we could not read it. We approached your Accord partner bus driver who assured us that the IBIS shuttle ran every 25 minutes. We were very disappointed to have to pay 15:50 Euro for a taxi. We complained at the desk - your staff was very sympathetic and said there were many such complained about your hotel shuttle.

« Pleasant stay, but expensive »

I enjoyed staying in ibis Brussels Airport. The main dissatisfier was the high price (€ 161 for one night incl breakfast and parking). The lobby and restaurant are pleasant as well, the rooms are a bit outdated. Staff is friendly (that is the big difference compare to the ibis Budget Brussels Airport!)
