« Felt we were disturbing the staff. exhorbitant price for a nothing room. »

Very bad welcome - stood there for many minutes ringing the bell and getting no response. Finally, a member of staff walked in, sat behind the computer and completely ignored us. Finally we got a very sour enquiry from the staff - we were obviously disturbing her. The whole check-in happened without a smile or even a civil comment. When we got to the room, it iwas not just small but minuscule. I have stayed in quite a few Ibis around the globe and haven’t seen such a small room for that price. While check-out can be done in advance, still the staff member present at the desk didn’t bother lifting his eyes from the computer screen to say goodbye or wish us well. Maybe the check-in should be done by the guests as well as the check-out, get rid of the staff and charge half the price

last night shuttle at 23.20 didnt arrive to the airport. Receiptionist was extremely rude and agressive (official claim sent throught the website). Receiptionists didnt have any information or notifications about roads block and unfunctional public transport. in general - the awfulest Ibis from what I stayed in different countries. Filling like dorm

« Good night's sleep despite noisy air conditioning and limited vegetarian menu »

Restaurant was closed and bar was showing football on 2 screens. Only vegetarian option was cheese pizza. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Shuttle from airport is a great feature.

« Nice staff but not sp clean hotel. »

Staff at the check in was very polite and helpful. On 4 day stay my sheets were never changed and no vacum cleaning of the room. So i started to doubt if the towels were changed at all.

The one which are hanged in the bathroom are not changed to respect the environment. « Poor booking experience »

I booked my room by mail and get a booking confirmation. As forecasted arrival was late I tried to do a online check-in (following the link) and was blocked because the cost was different than the one written on the mail. So I phoned to confirm my booking and give my card number as requested. When I arrived I was informed that I was lucky to have a room because the hotel was full and my booking has not been guaranteed due to card number not communicated. I was asked to pay immediately and to request the invoice when leaving.

« Room was not to a comfortable standard. »

The bed was fairly uncomfortable and the bedding had marks and stains. The bathroom had a strange odour and the spare toilet roll had been covered in what looked like vomit/sickness as did the sing tap. I’m glad I only needed to stay overnight being a couple of hours. There was no reason for me to waste time trying to rectify the issues while I was there for the short stay.

Quite ok, but Chinese tourists should be instructed how to behave, especially during breakfast. It was like breakfast in lunatic house. Interesting experience for 119 EUR, but at least it was not boring as always.

it is my 5th stay Ibis (various facilities) and I spent 8 nights. the clientele proved to be excessively noisy without any respect for other people's sleeping time (I refer particularly to the groups)
