I repeatedly stay in that hotel due to its location, but the list of negatives grows. Internet access is NOT free. Nor is it best practice. A customer is obliged to give their data, and Obliged to accept the suppliers term and conditions - before access is permitted. This is a huge negative point. Leaving the hotel, on the outside of the door I saw a cockroach. The food choice in the evening is very limited. It must be possible to do better.

Connection to the Airport is not as easy as expected

We had two connecting rooms for a one night stay. They were small but very efficiently organized. I liked how the hallway door could be the bathroom door. Friendly staff.

There was no word of warning that he restaurant would be closed. Bar snacks was the only available food...

It would be good to be more specific on the mid-day hours when the hotel shuttle is NOT running. There appeared to be two prices for the breakfast buffet. Not sure how they differed. We paid 30 Euros for breakfast. It would be a better value at 25 Euros. The hotel staff was friendly, the premises clean, the location quiet and we had a nice walk down the cycle path outside the hotel.

The room had an awful 'used' smell, very stale a smoky. The bed was not very comfortable and was missing a mattress; only making use of an Ikea mattress 'topper'! Check in took a while and the receptionist actually disappeared into the elevator and upstairs to 'spray' the smells away. She was very kind however. The bathroom was dirty with cigarette burns on the toilet tank and black mould all along the edges of the floor. I understand that this hotel is primarily used as an 'airport layover' base, which I used it for, but basic hygiene and cleanliness should never go a miss, especially for 60euros a night. The breakfast was good. Airport shuttle has very strange times - perhaps consider offering the shuttle until checkout at noon. The hotel as a whole needs complete refurbishment and 'air' out. This was my first time staying at an IBIS chain and I probably won't be staying again. Budget hotel or not, the standards should be higher.
