The bathroom had a very bad smell; I was woken up every morning early by the elevator which was very loud Breakfast food was bad (bread was stale) The staff was nice Dinner and bar facilities were good

Rooms were actually dirty and a lot of external noise coming into the room. Restaurant was closed and only snacks were served

The restaurant at ibis is open from Monday to Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 10 p.m (it is closed during the holidays). But they always serve snacks 24/24. As always, great before we leave for holiday! We are coming for years and we will keep coming! We were welcomed by John, who's welcoming and friendly. The room was clean as always and the beers were cold :) See you in October!! :)

The room was small and unadorned like a prison cell and smelled strongly of disinfectant - we had to leave the room for a couple of hours in the hope that the odor would dissipate (it did). There was no soap in the room - only a tube of soap attached on the wall at the sink. How is one to take a shower? No hand towels. The staff is wonderful - friendly and welcoming. They delighted us with a bottle of champagne for our 58th anniversary - a VERY nice thing to do!

When I book a hotel with a restaurant, then I want to the possibility to eat in a restaurant especially in an area which is an industrial zone. I don't want to eat in an overcrowded bar where can only get a pizza and some pasta. Furthermore the rooms and partly the hotel are outdated. On the website is not mentioned that the restaurant is closed but they praise the restaurant. If I would have known I would not even booked it.

There was a lot of dried of urine on our toilet seat and hair all over the bathroom. This place was so disgusting.

Adequate for a night stopover

We had a very short overnight stay arriving late and departing early morning. Rooms small but adequate, breakfast quite good, shuttle from the Airport not really available, pricing a bit excessive - maybe high demand on that date, not reflecting the value of stay

It's not the first time I book there, at least 3-4 times in the last months. I use to book it because the rate is not too expensive and I do not need super standards for 1 night (I travel for work). This time I had a problem, something was leaking in the bathroom, I noted in the evening when I arrived, but the bathroom was accessible without problems. But in the morning I saw that all floor was flooded, could not walk without getting wet. I did a shower and the situation was even worste after that. I believe it was leaking from somewhere from the base of the shower. Before leaving, I informed the receptionist about the problem. He wrote on a paper and thanked me. That was ok.. but, honestly I was also expecting some more attentions.. like a discount on the room, since I didn't pay to have a bath flooded. I didn't claim anything to the receptionist but I was a bit disapponted. I believe this "extra attentions" are fair and increase customer loyalty. Otherwise disappointed customer will not come back. Stay was good, but expected more for this price. Rooms are very small and furniture updated, damaged. Bed is comfortable. It would be desired to have also the water boiler in the room.

The gaps in the shuttle to and from the airport were unexpected and annoying, but we were able to compensate by using the bus. Would have been harrowing on a tight schedule. Everything else was fine.
