This was one of 3 IBIS hotels we stayed on our recent trip and by far the best of the 3 ! Air conditioning was perfect and very comfortable Beds . Breakfast was very good and was the only one offering us to boil our own eggs which is a thing I love at home too . Internet was also very good and I would def recommend this Location and will be staying here again for sure !

« Free airport shuttle; comfortable room; decent customer service »

If all you need is the free airport shuttle, this is the best option in the area. The schedule is timely and roomy for luggage; can be busy during their marked "busy" times. Room is comfortable, a bit worn compared to other Ibis hotels, but we had a good one-night stay. Check in service was a bit rude and curt for typical hotel needs, e.g. another room key met with exasperated "what?" and questions responded with a point or a squint. Not your best Ibis, but it worked for us.

Staff not very friendly or welcoming, made several errors on charging my credit card, I’m still not 100% sure I have been charged correctly just waiting for the payment to be confirmed on my credit card. BREAKFAST is overpriced and hot food was cold asked and got a full refund for all 4 people in my party

The room was nice clean and very comfortable beds. The only thing was the airport bus to the hotel was not easy to find and we had to wait such a long time in the cold in the late evening that we ended up getting a taxi. The Hotel staff seemed to be overrun with tasks and very stressed although very helpful and competant pleasant people. I found the hotel great if only wanting to stay due to the Airport otherwise a little far away from other things to see and do and main transport links to the city.

Water in the room after rain and window was closed . Received only towels and no solution offered . Ate in the restaurant and all 3 of us were ill after eating lasagne and tortellini.

Easy check in once we arrived. Room to our satisfaction. It would be better if staff spoke better Flemish/Dutch as it is one of the official languages of Belgium and the hotel can expect visitors from both Belgium and The Netherlands.

We stayed at this hotel because we had an early flight from Brussels Airport the following morning. As this was close to the airport, we chose it. The price was also reasonable. The only issue is that the staff should be more competent in the Flemish/Dutch language.
