We had booked an executive room but do not feel it was that executive! We had to drop down the previous guests little girls sun hats and swimming goggles that had been left in drawers. Rubbish behind the bin in the room. Only one bathrobe and slippers. If you can check who checked up in on arrival wed 28th August at approx half 8 in the evening he was extremely unwelcoming after our 5 hour journey to you.

I stayed at the hotel after finishing training with the army with my girlfriend, had a great time, enjoyed the pool and the gym, could have used a better iron in the room but other than that all was well.

Stay was overall good. Front desk staff could be more friendlier. He looked tired. Anyway when we checked in the the afternoon and this staff member was more friendly and its a shame i did not get his name. He gave us all the information we requited. Very helpful. Breafast was excellent however i had to wait for my coffee as the lady forgot. Also pool was clean and lovely for my 4 year old. Please provide bigger towels infuture.

Several things in the room were not quite right. Part of the TV control was missing, the bathroom door would not fully close, could not get the air conditioning to work, nor the bath taps when I tried to have a bath. Also the carpet on the stairs etc were quite dirty. We had dinner in the evening which was very good, and the waiter was very attentive. The hotel just appeared 'tired' and perhaps in need of a 'spruce up'. We had not thought this on our past visits.

The rate was very high for a smallish room that was not air conditioned. The IBIS next door was a much better value according to people we know who stayed there rather than the Novotel.

Hotel was spotless as was bed and bath rooms. I was more than shocked however to find ot that the room for Saturday was twice that of Sunday's stay. (I paid for my sister's and her hsband's stay of two nights also.) I felt I was being gouged with the price. I guess as soon as the ships sail you drop your prices. This I found was gouging and not at all fair. I have stayed with you on three different occasions, but this time I felt you took terrible of those of us taking a ship out. Truly a shame. I don't think I shall stay at your hotel again. I also think this information should be spread ever blue tube and any other social media I can find.

Check in and check out was slow, hotel room was dated and didn’t like the fact you had to walk past reception to go to the swimming pool/leisure centre. Location was good but £10 a day for parking was quite expensive!

Could not fault the hotel as such but only thing that let's it down is the central air,we had 3 hot days and the room was not cool until around midnight.So this does need looking at especially as the reception and bar areas were nice and cool.

Our 12 year old son is autistic so we have to stay in a larger room as he cannot be independent. We also have an assistance dog which travels with us. We booked the largest executive rooms available for our stay. However we found the room cramped and uncomfortable. We intended to stay for three nights but decided to leave after two. The tv channel choice was also extremely limited especially in regard to childrens channels. Our son relies heavily on tv and he became bored quickly. The hotel was modern and clean and the staff were helpful so I have marked the hotel up for these reasons but overall improvements to the rooms could be made.

We only stayed one night but everything we experienced was very good. Reception staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. We used the pool and sauna both of which were small but again clean and relaxing. The only reason we have given it an 8 is because we didn’t have an opportunity to use the bar and restaurant so can’t comment on them. We would definitely stay again.

I aspectived to find a smart TV where I can use Netflix or Amazon video. Also I didn't like your shampoo and shower gel. The pool was good but we visited it 2 time and never found the jacuzzi switch on.

Good staff, attentive and helpful, really nice food, dinner and breakfast. Good shower, room ok, not a fan of tiny separate toilets. Only let down for my particular stay was the other guests on my floor, young children running up and down the corridor, banging on the room door at 10.45, banging on the walls from the adjacent room.
