Discrimination from front staff

This happened on Sunday September 22 around 11am. I went to front borrowing umbrella. Lady asked me to give 5 pounds deposit. When I returned umbrella, guy just said thank you to me. So, I asked for my deposit. On that day, I think depositing may not common. The other day my colleague went to borrow 3 umbrellas from the same lady. She gave without asking for deposit!!!! My colleague is European guy while I’m asian. I would say it is discrimination. I shared this to all my colleagues especially Asian.

We had a one night stay before boarding our cruise ship. The room was very quiet. Although there is no air conditioning a fan was available and given the time of year was more than adequate.

I have been an Accorplus member for over 10years, Last week I was diagnosed with a brain lesion and had to cancel our trip from Australia and our stay with you. We have never had to cancel before on any of our travels. I was extremely disappointed with Accor in not refunding our money as an act of goodwill and it would be an incentive to stay next year after I am allowed to travel again. I do have Doctors certificate to prove my case. I am sorry we didn't get to stay in your lovely hotel I had been looking forward to it.

Hotel is a short walk from railway station. 10-15 minute to IOW Ferry and nearby town centre and west quay centre. Offering bars, restaurants and cinema. Hotel has swimming pool, gym and well stocked bar. Bedrooms could use updating but comfortable. Car parking £10 p/n for guests and also have 2 polar electric charge points. Staff are welcoming and work hard. Rooms cleaned daily and restocked water and tea. We had evening meal which was lovely. Last time we stayed there were promotional nights which are no longer offered. Food was excellent. Breakfast being buffet was lovely and lots to choose from. Would be nice to have mini bar and sky channels on TV. Cant fault staff though.

A one night stay to see a show at the Mayflower. Comfortable room with all facilities. Nice Pool for a quick swim. Good Breakfast. Only problem was scalding hot water in the cold taps first thing in the morning. Could not take a shower and had to clean teeth with bottled water supplied.
