check in was quick and easy, check out was even easier. We paid for an executive room and all that entails is a coffee machine and a bath robe so I do not believe it was worth the price.

A clean modern hotel and was a pleasure to stay at. Only slight hiccup at reception when paying being over charged but was rectified in a reasonable time. There was a blocked drain in the shower room which caused a bit of a flood and went out the door into the gym area but again this was attended to straight away. Staff were helpful and friendly, food was great and I would return .

Stayed here before and the service has been great, so once again I have to give the hotel and staff 10/10, my only complaint is the bar prices are just too high, I'm sure you would make an even bigger profit by reducing the bar prices to match local pubs and clubs.

We arrived to be told we had to pay £10 for parking. One of us also wanted to pay half the room cost with cash and were told you would need a copy of a driving license if paying with cash. We have stayed at lots of hotels and never had this issue before The toilet in the room was very small with barely room to move let alone shut the door There was used lined up in the corridor opposite our room when we arrived presumably from room service having not been cleared Breakfast the next morning left us disappointed the most. There was no member of staff tomdirect us to a table. We had to go in search of somebody. She Showed us to a table and took our room number she asked if we wanted tea or coffee and brought this to Our table and then left us to find our way around the restaurant. Other hotels go to great length to explain their protocol. The area where hot food would usually be was empty so again we had to go and search for a member of staff to see if you provided hot food. A different waitress explained it would be served to us and disappeared. She came back with two plates filled with breakfast some of the items we did not want. At no time did say what was on offer and ask what we would like. At this point we also had not finished our cereal. As well as a fried egg on the plate was also a random hard boiled egg in its shell. The bacon was barely warm and it was not an enjoyable breakfast When we. He checked out nobody asked if we had enjoyed our stay

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Our private car park is a great benefit for our guests and I am sorry if it was not clear, when booking the bedroom, that a fee would apply on arrival. I have read you comments about the breakfast. I want to say that morning the quietest day of the year with 20 breakfast booked. I agreed with the to change our standard and not serve the buffet but have the breakfast plated. This drastic change, to save great waste of food was not successful for the service. Guests not aware, staff not managing well this change. This ends up with what you described. Please accept my full apologies for the lake of quality of service. I have informed the team about your constructive comments. I have no hesitation to refund you £23.95 on the credit card used for the payment of your room. This is the value of the breakfast and the car park space. All the staff we encountered, including check-in, bar and at breakfast were very friendly. However the room appeared to have no form of heating and was a little bit cold. As we were out most of the time we just accepted this.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay, found the bed to be spacious and comfortable, because of this we didn't get to use the fitness centre which looked very inviting, but will do next time.
