Really nice hotel in the centre of Brussels. Room was spacious and the decor was high quality. Lovely bar and in the summer there's a lovely large outside area to have lunch / drinks. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

This is a cute little hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was decent. The room was comfortable. The only thing I would have liked to see was thinner blankets such as wool, polar fleece etc.) the down feather bedding and pillows are very, very hot. The manager Larry, was the best! He was very down to earth and personable. We thoroughly enjoyed his company. Staff at the front desk were very helpful everyday when we had any type of question pertaining to directions etc. Overall, this is a great little boutique hotel where staff cares about customer experience.

I have stayed here many times, it is a well-located and comfortable hotel, staff are consistently friendly and efficient which is very important, rooms are comfortable, my only comment is that previously as an ALL Platinum member you used to be able to get a cocktail as welcome drink but now it is limited to a beer, wine or soft drink, but in the general sense of life these are not bad options either I suppose, the hotel is quite generous to ALL Platinum members compared to other Accor or even Sofitel hotels I stay in: they give the welcome drink voucher and in your room a small bottle of cava, jar of nuts, disc of chocolate and voucher for 2 soft drinks from the hotel bar each day, this is much better than the treatment I get as ALL Platinum member in other Accor hotels and Sofitels....
