all good. But 1 thing that spoilt the experience. I have asked in the late evening some milk for my little daughter biberon at the reception. they gave me a glass of milk for 12 euro (room service)... Unfortunately now this is one of the thing top of mind. I know there are procedure. But train your personnel to use their brain and put themselves in the shoes of the client.... it is like asking someone buying a ferrari to pay the fuel in the tank.... I hope you will fix it.,

Back to my favorite Brussels Hotel after more than a year - a bit disappointed.

The rooms were as usual quite good, I got upgraded due to my membership status which made me happy. But I was quite surprised to learn that the restaurant and bar were closed for 'refurbishment'. The service and the ambiance were far from what I was used from my previous stays, andactually I was quite dissatisfied.

Really lovely spacious hotel. Very high quality decorated room with a great shower. Very friendly staff however quite overzealous cleaning staff who kept trying to clean our room repeatedly even though we had a DND. Very good breakfast selection and decent location in nice distance from all the sights.

Requested early checkin but you were busy so we were happy to explore and wait until 3pm. Returned at 430pm and were told the room was still not ready which I complained about and were offered a drink and complimentary snacks and drinks that evening. It was a nice compromise but I’d rather then room was ready as we were on a 24 hour trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. There was some great members of staff who really were helpful and accommodating. Amazing experience from check in to check out. We have been welcome by a nice lady who checked us in and the check in went smooth, fast and most of all detailed. She gave us a bag full of maps and information about the city. We have been upgraded from a Classic to a Deluxe on the 4th floor The room was spotless. The bathroom was amazing with a bathtub. As soon as I checked in we have been brought to the room some welcome water, a note from the GM and some cookies, which have been really appreciated. The location is amazing, right in the centre. Check out was fast and perfect. The lady also recognised me as one of her colleagues from Amsterdam! Very nice last touch. Breakfast was WOW!! The lady who welcomed us (I do not remember her name) was OUTSTANDING! She speaks French, dutch, English and Arabic. Please tell her she made an impression. The buffet was charmly disposed, well organised and clean. The a-la-carte options are delicious. Very happy about my stay, I will be back!
