The hotel stay itself was lovely. However I have had an issue since staying as I was encouraged to book in for swift checkout without any clear reason - given I had been travelling all day I obliged. Then €50 was deducted from my account and a week later I have not received a refund.

The room is very clean. I love all the amenity. I think that breakfast is a bit expensive. However, the bar is excellent. The bartenders are really talented, friendly and creative.

The staff are very friendly. However, being a 5 star hotel I did not expect to find my luggage in another room! Knowing that nobody was in that room was a relief, but it’s the hassle of going back down and trying to find out what happened to your luggage. I also hoped the staff member would help me wheel my luggage to my room (I had three cabin luggages between my family and myself). However, he just left it outside the wrong room and walked off. The rooms were quite nice. However there were strands of hair in the shower. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. At this point it didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Apart from this, the rest of the stay was great. The restaurant is really good. I can not fault the food!

I stayed at your hotel at the recommendation of our travel agency. The location was convenient for where I needed to go. However, I felt the price of my room was too high for what was offered - a small room with insufficient lighting - asked for a night stand lamp to be fixed and a desk lamp provided - this was not done during the three day sof my stay. There was no heating (!!!) in the bathroom, no place to hang the towels! and the shower very basic. For 170 Euros a night plus tax, surprising. And I would never spend 29 euros on breakfast. I strongly recommend that you improve your service offering.

I had one of the worst meals of my life in the hotel restaurant. The food was terrible, service poor and extremely slow and the bill was expensive Service in the breakfast area was also way below average

We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities/rooms were amazing and we really enjoyed the city. I would consider coming here again, but think the hotel should make an effort to improve their concierge services and some of the housekeeping as there were a.couple of questionable actions, that we had to follow up on. Room occupied by couple, but no two mugs and glasses provided..., no bringing the food to the room after ordering..., nightshirt kicked under the bed during making the bed, so that I almost couldn't find it again.

The common areas were a bit too cold for my tasting, room was great, the breakfast set new standards for hotels. It wasn't overcrowded, staff was extremely attentive, the custom made eggs were marvellous.

I stay regularly in the hotel and always enjoy my time there. My only comment would be to refresh the room service menu as it has been the same for at least 12 months. Everything else, keep the same.
