Liked the bed very much. Shower was good, but I always wonder if one cannot design a cabin that does not spill over on the bathroom floor. Great service at breakfast. Meeting room we used (at the far end of the bar/restaurant) was a bit cramped. Friendly staff.

Room was nice, however looking a bit tired. Damaged woodwork, marked walls. The corridors smelt of Moth Balls. Staff could have been a bit more friendly.

Unfortunately first time of all our Sofitel stays, this one did not meet expectations. Checkin took long, room was small for a deluxe, amenities were not replenished without our notification to the front desk. Concierge was good

« One Magical Week-end ! »

We will definetly remember ou time spent there. I booked two nights at Le Louise to (hopefully) celebrate my proposal, and had told the staff beforehand the special occasion that was bringing me there. Thankfully, my proposal went the way I hoped, and it was as a happy engaged couple that we made the check-in ! I cannot thank the staff enough for all the touches that made this week-end truly magical. Thank you for engraving this moment in both our minds. See you next time, for the wedding perhaps ?! « A bit of luxury in the heart of Brussels »

My stay at the Sofitel in a luxury room was very nice. The staff was, as usual, very welcoming and pleasant. The room had an up-to-date modern feel and was very comfortable to work and to rest in. The touches of luxury are what always draw me to this hotel: the complimentary minibar with the luxury room, the cocktail welcome drink for Silver members, the turn-down service. It makes you feel warm and welcome on a very cold day in Brussels.

« nice room, service lacking »

We experienced several incidences where the service was lacking. On arrival day we had to call 4 times to get an ironing board and an iron up to the room. It took 3 hrs. The next day we ordered breakfast in the room, and there was 3 things missing on the table. When we ordered the person that took the order did not take his time to repeat the order in detail. The room was nice, the drinks in the bare very good. But I feel that you can improve the service as described above.

The room was nice, we were hugely satisfied. The only down sides were the breakfast which was nice but during stays at different Sofitels we often thoughts that their breakfast buffets had a wow-effect which we missed at this particular property. The service was friendly and welcoming.

We had a very nice stay at Sofitel Louise. After a first night in room, we faced a problem with the bed. As it was too late to fix the issue, we were moved to the Royal suite for the remaining of our stay. Great customer service! Staff at breakfast truly exceptional, they really pay attention to the customers with personalized greeting, and genuine care. Staff at reception / room service more average, as most are very young professionals. Technical personnel also very high level. The decoration of the hôtel could get a little update as the color scheme / patterns starts to show its age. The Crystal lounge is a nice place to spend the evening for a drink. A spa/swimming pool would be a nice addition.

I stayed at the hotel for a two-day course I followed. The hotel is situated nice and central, it looked modern, clean and inviting. However, the bed was far too soft for me - and someone was in my room while we went to dinner, and turned on the radio // put a bottle of water next to the bed. I am not someone who can appreciate that, because it scared the crap out of me (coming into a room with music on, while I assumed nobody had entered after me).

I suppose your staff would check those bathroom stuffs such as shower gel, shampoo and body lotion for me and replace or replenish them where necessary. However, they didn't unless I put the empty bottles in the sink. In any event, I would not do so if there was little amount left even though it was not sufficient for me to use before making up my room on next day.

Welcome drink and free newspaper appreciated. On some previous stays the minibar was free but I think that policy has changed and the minibar contents are now more extensive. Please check the sink in my room 405: it seems slightly blocked, only empties very slowly.
