« Our almost perfect family stay »

Everything was perfect. Check-in - fast and straightforward. Lady from reception gave my sons branded toys - very pleasant:) Room was clean and tidy. Due to "family" type space was reduced but not crucially. We visited hotel's restaurant for breakfasts/dinners - perfect choice of food and service. Within 3 consecutive days dinner menu never repeated. Our children spent a lot of time playing on playground, around pool (especially with giant chess figures) and children area in lobby. Parking has a lot of spaces, easy access by motorway. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely come back in future with occasion.

« Nice comfortable hotel »

Very friendly and helpful personnel at the front desk. Excellent buffet breakfast. Large relaxing area around the swimming pool. Due to the weather we could not use the swimming pool(to cold). Large clean bathrooms. The hotel was overall clean as well. The space in our room with one twin bed and two single beds was a bit limited but still enough to move around. We stayed in the room with two adults and two children. Large parking area. We would certainly consider to book this hotel again when we are Portugal the next time.

Amazing staff. Very kind and with attention to the customer. Breakfast and restaurant personnel very good. The only downsides were the room temperature. It was too high and my kid can't have AC on, so we struggled a little bit during the night. And the corners of the room could be a little more clean (carpet had some dirt)

« Excellent value for money, perfect breakfast »

Relatively average experience: excellent breakfast buffet & restaurant overall, really nice staff. Poor room cleaning experience (left the room with a "to be cleaned" green sign at 10am, came back at 14h30 and still not done; then put a "do not disturb" red sign at 15h00, and cleaning lady knocked and came in the room anyway, disturbing my sleep. Irritating payment experience at the restaurant: having to pay after each meals instead of being able to put it conveniently on my room bill (regardless of the room having been pre-paid)

« A lovely gem of a hotel »

Simple to find, over the bridge and turn right. Good parking, friendly welcoming staff, cool reception area on a hot day. Fabulous view of the sea, fresh fruit brought to us in our room, excellent. Drinks and dinner on the terrace, more friendly staff, and good food; which is self service, great for those of us with small appetites - the salad starter is incredible, the puddings delicious. Comfortable bed and good shower. A great overnight stay, thank you.
