« efficient comfortable and clean. »

efficient check in . Comfortable room. I liked the flexibility of having rooms cleaned or not in return for loyalty points, for example the first night there would was little or no need to clean the room. I have never seen this approach and this was refreshing.

Value for money not balanced, standard Novotel offering, but breakfast too pricey. Heating did not work properly, and the nearby S-bahn could be heard in the night. Standard Novotel features were all present But 21€ for breakfast did not make the grade.

First of all I would like to apologize that your stay was not as satisfying as it should have been and that we were not able to meet your expectations to the full content. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. I regret very much that our performance and first of all the value for money concerning the price quotation of our breakfast does not convince you to satisfaction! Please be assured that we set great value on the products we offer at our breakfast and that they are premium quality. Furthermore we offer a wide range of products including unlimited coffee specialties. Nevertheless in view of this I will take your feedback concerning the breakfast prices and check the price Quotation and to optimize our offer. Concerning the loudness based on the railway line I have to apologies. The insulation of the windows in some of our rooms is no longer up to date. The noise of passing trains can be loud, especially when the windows are open. I can assure you that we are already planning measures to upgrade the noisier windows. Relating to the heating problems during your stay, we already checked and fixed the problem. I also have to apologize. As a kind of “amend” – in order to show how important you are for us as guest and Le Club member – we will credit your Le Club ACCOR card with 1000 Le Club points and hope this will find your approval. The Hotel was OK. The location is a little quiet being a business area however there is a very good Tram service a three minute walk from hotel. However I stayed over the New Year holiday and on the first night (Friday 29th) the bar and bar food service was closed. I was told that this was for only one night as an exception, despite there being many people around the lobby area. However this was not so. The bar was closed on return to the Hotel on the night of 31st at 00:40, and on returning from a day out on 1st of Jan at 20:00 the bar and food service were again closed. We were directed to the Mercure Hotel a good five minute walk in pouring rain on a cold night. There was no information informing clients of this at any point and no member of the Hotel staff informed me in advance. This I found totally unacceptable as the directory in the room states that the bar and food service is open daily from 06:30 to 01:00. This was very disappointing for what was meant to be a holiday break staying in a well known 4 start Hotel and would seriously put me off staying there again.

Due to operational circumstances we were unfortunately forced to partly close our Novo² Restaurant during your stay in Frankfurt. This does of course not represent our standard procedures, and I would like to sincerely apologize for not being able to provide you with a warm meal during your stay with us. We did do our utmost to offer you a variety of cold meals and snacks and also offered our assistance in finding a nearby restaurant as well as reserving a table for our Guests. Of course we are aware that this does not provide a full replacement, and I can only once more apologize for these circumstances and that you were not informed properly. Dear Stevewarks, I repeat my sincere apologies on behalf of Novotel. I would like to invite you to stay in Frankfurt again. I am a silver Accor member and always go to this hotel whenever I visit Frankfurt. However, I have to comment that this time I was disappointed with the service. I asked to one of the receptionist guys for a late check-out (which I have the right to given my status) and while he initially seemed reluctant, he finally gave the ok. However, what happened in reality was otherwise. I had to bring my parents to the airport early in the morning and the reason why I asked for late checkout was so I could get some nap before my 4h drive to Munich. For some reasons there was a mix-up and I was disturbed during my nap 3 times in the space of 1 hour. I was tired, extremely annoyed, and finally decided to leave. The hotel is good as always but this time I didn't feel like I was treated as a returning customer.

What can I say?. From our first contact with the friendly and helpful staff, to the clean rooms with the comfortable beds, I'd say great. It couldn't have been better. We booked 2 rooms and there was enough space for 2 adults and 2 children in one room. Rich and fresh breakfast buffet. All the staffs that served us at breakfast were competent, helpful and courteous. Free parking within the hotel compound and at the street side. Only the hotel underground parking is not free. But it's free on weekends, i.e Saturdays and Sundays. My only disappointment was the superior room. It's just like any other room in the hotel except that you get to take 3 items (snacks) from the kiosk and fridge at the reception. The mini bar was just empty. And yes, you also get premium internet. There was only one bathrobe and one slippers for a room with 2 adults. Apart from these little things, the hotel is very good and I'd definitely recommend it.

No frills with this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights on business, room was dated and the facilities were average. Didn't sample the food but location was convenient for what I needed. I think there's better value out there.

« Late Check out only a wish that may not come true( Will never believe that again from Accorhotel) »

The first day by check in, they said i didn't have option for Late Check out, eventhough by booking i already click on the option. After a little argument i got the Service( Late Check Out without any cost, like the option by booking). The next day they cancel it and told me, that i have to paid 30€ for the service. I mean, why you put the Late Check out option, if Accorhotels, in this case NOvotel Frankfurt city, cannot keep the promise or the service. It´s just uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay

Very good hotel, in a quiet street. Spacious and confortable room, ok for cleanliness too. The only issue is that there's no minimarkets or delis nearby, but I was aware of that before booking, so it was not a real problem.

The hotel was very good located near the station, the staff was nice, the room was clean and quiet, but the pillows weren't confortable. The breakfest was very good with a lot of options. overall it was a very pleasent stay.

Everything went smooth from checking in to checking out. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. It is near the S-bahn stop Messe with takes you to and from the main city center. I would recommend this hotel if you should visit Frankfurt.

« Great hotel after long journey and working day »

I have been in this hotel after 12 hours flying from Thailand and went directly for my work place for another 5 hours working. The check in process is very fast and comfortable.Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room quality is good. Not far from train station and there were few restaurants and supermarkets near by. I will be back again for my next business trip.

Hotel is quite good. However, the restaurant is rather QUITE POOR. This is not the first time I have such an opinion on restaurants of ACCOR HOTELS. More efforts should be done by Accor hotel on their restaurants.

We were not feeling welcome by the darkhairy old guy. But we where totally feeling scammed by him. Our car was parked in front of the hotel at the street side. I asked if that was ok. It was not because we had no deutsch car and no special card. When I looked around, and asked 2 bussinessman and 1 taxi driver, it was no problem. It was parking Free!!! And after 3 days standing their, no problem. He wanted us to park in the parking of novotel for 20 euro a day!!!! And when we asked what the price was for breakfast he told first 10.50 euro, and than 21 euro. We did not take breakfast because of the price, but the last night we asked his college and she said it was just 10.50 euro. If we knew that, we would have taken 3 days breakfast. The rooms were ok, and we got our drink, their was a kids corner, but the guy that works over there is a crook!! That did us think about staying at novotel. Do we want anymore? I do not know anymore

Please be assured that we set great value on friendliness and service in our hotel and that It is of utmost importance to us that all guests feel welcome during their entire stay. Parking at the street side is without any charge and you feel free to leave your car there. In our garage we charge a parking fee of 20 Euros per day during weekdays and free of charge at weekends. There seemed to be also confusions about the price of our breakfast. We charge 21 Euros during the week. At weekends we have a special offer of 10,50 Euros per person. I I will intensely discuss your report with my team in order to make sure that such a confusion will not happen again. While again thanking you for sharing your experience, I hope the above will remove your concerns so that we may welcome you again in our hotel to finally convince you of our improved service and quality! the quality of the restaurant in the hotel is the worst restaurant of Novotel wij have been. The choices of the diner are very few, the quality and quantity are also not good, the price is high. You can hear from the noice of the train.

The air conditioning is only turned on in summer regardless of the outside temperature according to the front desk. Good transportation close by and easy to use to get into the centre and further out.
