« great team support even at 2am! »

Nice welcome at 2am by the 2 ladies and thank you for the welcoming pack in the room! couldn't drink the prosecco or I would have not woke up at 5... breakfast bag to carry hot bacon/egg sandwich and sausage in alu film with one croissant would have been so nice! team manage to help me at the end to carry out some breakfast on my way to the airport. will come back for sure!

The stay was comfortable. the rooms were warm and clean. the bathroom was hygienic, although as i disabled person i struggle to get in and out of the bath.

Rooms are compact, yet modern, clean and convenient. Staff are brilliant - very accommodating. Good well priced. You need to get a taxi to the airport though which is c£7.50... some people were twitching as taxis were not coming when they had been booked for; not the hotel's fault, but just to be aware not to leave things too tight time-wise. This was our second stay here and considering the anxiety of the early start, have slept soundly both times.

« Convenient, comfortable and good value »

The hotel was relatively easy to reach from Luton Airport Parkway railway station via the shuttle bus and a short walk. And there was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the airport the following morning. The room was comfortable and very reasonably priced. We didn't use the restaurant for breakfast as we had an early start.

« All good but bedsheets worn and threadbare with stains »

Everything was fine and checkin was easy but the bedsheets had stains, weird spots and were gray (they looked washed but I think they needed a retirement). It was midnight when I got in so I didn’t bother with calling as it was too much hassle.

« Scams people into joining membership club »

When I checked in to my hotel at Luton, the guy at reception asked me if I wanted to become a member of Accor hotels, to which I said no. Then me and my partner (who created the original booking) both received emails saying that our registration had been completed, and I have since received tons of spam emails from this Accor hotels club which I want nothing to do with. Furthermore, you make the process of canceling this registration unnecessarily difficult - rather than including an unsubscribe button, I am directed to the "General Terms and Conditions", which again provides me with absolutely NO information on how to opt out other than Section 12.1 saying "Contact Us". Biggest scam I have ever seen to try to boost membership numbers and reduce the number of people canceling membership (a fact made even clearer by the question at the end of this survey). Even the scummiest of businesses at least usually include a link where people can easily remove their accounts. I only use and recommend businesses that operate with some degree of ethics, will not be coming back and will tell everyone to avoid unless they want relentless spam emails for the foreseeable future.

Very nice sizable room and very clean bathroom. Comfy large double bed. Best bit was 5 - 10 min walk to terminal entrance and if using cellphone boarding app and no checked luggage - under 30 mins from hotel to gate area!

We are a family of five who stayed at the Ibis overnight, in order to catch an early flight from Luton. We were placed in two rooms, a staircase away from each other which made it difficult and inconvenient. The rooms on the other hand were clean. However the shower leaked in one and the drain blocked in the other. Still the night was comfortable with minimal noise disturbance. The worst aspect of the whole stay was that I had paid for £8.95x 4 for breakfast which was a complete waste of time as the only thing available at 4:30am was coffee, juice and a croissant. Definitely not worth the extra payment!!!
