We arrived late after a long journey; waited to be let in (it was after midnight); then had to wait for the receptionist, who informed us that there was a parking charge of £10 (apparently had we arrived before midnight it would have been £20!) The room was mediocre, in a poor state with a light the was flashing on and off.

« Nice Hotel, near restaurants & shops »

Room was nice enough, breakfast was terrible. Sausages were over cooked. Scrambled egg was a dry grey substance, hard to describe. Very small selection of breads & fruit compared with other Accor hotels we have stayed at. Would probably stay at this hotel again although it is directly next to the Ibis Budget so might stay there....would not have breakfast there again!

i had a family emergency, so i look for best available rate. I rang hotel directly and young male at reception offer me best offer in value price (i believe his name was Radoslaw). Hotel nice, modern with all facilities what i looking for, breakfast delicious - plenty of choices with range of selections. Definitely i will come back, staff SuperB

We were very happy with the stay. We checked in to the room we wanted and were made to feel welcome throughout. Looking after the bags until our return transport was also very helpful. The receptionist (Barry I think) was very welcoming. Looking forward to next time.

The room: Apart from the leaking A/C unit which made the carpet wet then smell!! Was Ok. Contacting the hotel via phone or email.. a nightmare! The call to answer rate is about:- 10 to 1. email response:- never!! Extremely frustrating, You must do better.

I had a great two night stay. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The guys on duty at breakfast were attentive and made for a great start to the day. The room was excellent, very comfortable bed and a great shower.

On one day room was not serviced at all despite leaving card on door to make up room. Retuned to hotel at approximately 6pm that day and no management presence to resolve problem and was told that there was no housekeeping available. So left with dirty and unmade room to sleep in till next day
