We stayed for an overnight stop on the way to our holiday as we have stayed there before.We always use the Hotel when visiting Southampton because we know we will never be let down. Once again we were happy with our stay and will return soon.

Hotel was adequate for our overnight stay. The staff were excellent in every way. Helpful, courteous and went out of their way to help us.Our breakfast next morning was very good. The hotel was ideal for us as we were catching a cruise ship next morning.The hotel was also a short walk from some historical Suothampton sights.

Stayed one night in order to catch the Queen Mary 3 sailing from Southampton to New York. Basic bu very comfortable room, adequate breakfast, convenient to local shops. Staff most helpful with several questions and directions.

Having booked in online and being a Club Accor member our room keys and welcome drinks vouchers were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. We spent 3 comfortable nights whilst using the hotel as a base for visiting family and friends. Breakfast set us up for the rest of the day and the staff were quick to cook up some fresh bacon when it ran out.

« Stayed to see a show in southampton »

Hotel was very hot both bedroom and resturant.Could not sleep. Short of staff. The breakfast was not good. Ran out of mugs, tea bags and hot food. Won't stay again. The staff were lovely and tried very hard to keep things running.

« Fulfils needs for a one night stay with parking »

StafF - as always very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast - more than acceptable given the price. Room - It was extremely hot but fans were provided. Beds - As is always the case the beds in the twin bedded rooms are very uncomfortable as mattresses extremely hard but bearable for a one night stay. Overall - a pleasant enough experience for a one night stay prior to boarding a cruise ship. Will be using again as well placed for cruise terminal and good value for money.

« Great pre cruise stay »

Fantastic location by the port, we could see our cruise ship from our room on the morning of departure. Also great for West Quays restaurants & bars. The room had everything we needed & the bed was comfy. We would have liked more towels though. Breakfast was fine, although would have liked more choice of hot food eg poached or fried eggs. Overall we had a good stay & would return.

« It was not good »

The room was overpriced poorly equied very noisy the whole place could do with a lick a paint paid for parking paid for breakfast ridiculously expensive drinks at the bar I have had countless emails trying to sell me things when your asked you don't buy if I want something I ask for it Tesco don't email me and ask if I want some groceries I go and buy them my girlfriend and I booked the hotel as a special occasion or treat for us we don't often get away from the children I would certainly wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone friends or family one of your executives should stand outside the hotel and tell me the whole place doesn't need a complete refurbishment and I know for a fact they wouldn't stay in there it's worse than the last time we stayed there 5 years ago that's how often we get to go out and spend time together alone not even on holidays do we get time alone I bet when you read this I won't hear from you again what you really do is offer a night in your hotel or at least a room half price about what the room is worth the ibis budget is far better for far less money like I said I won't hear from you again I did forget something when we came down for breakfast and went back to the room we where locked out even though we booked a late check out had to go reception to get back in now I the girl on the reception had a lap top with all our or my details on it facing the reception for all to see that laptop should be behind the reception this is a total vileation of the new data protection act I could sue you for that the saving grace of a fashion is the staff where ok with people so ibis or the group very poor

I cannot comment who is sending you the emails to sell things, however I can suggest to unsubscribe if there is option in those emails. With regards to the computer screen, please be assured that we are PCI-DSS compliant hotel and I will ensure that details are not readable except for the guest who we are assisting, in his own details.
