« Nice hotel »

Very well locate next to train station ,going to paris or disney land was very easy . Reception staff v cooperative ,specially Lauren on check in . Breakfast need some improvement in variety (same everyday) .

« Great short stay »

Very decent hotel, great breakfast, excellent location to public transport. Surroundings of the hotel is rather poor, there is no restaurant or pub nearby. Food in hotel in the evening is only available via room service. Personnel is nice and friendly.

Stayed for 1 night at this hotel. Room was spacious and very clean and bed was very comfortable. Staffs at reception were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to train station and approx 20 mins from Gare du Nord. Will stay here again during my next visit to Paris

Your room was fine and as expected for the price. However, the bed was too hard and pillows lumpy. I had asked for some better pillows when I booked the room. So the experience was disappointing.

We have stayed a lot of times at Accor Hotels. This four star Mercure hotel does not have same service level and same quality as other four star Hotels at Accor Hotels. We have booked a Family room with bathtub for the kids. Unfortunately Thers was no bathtub in our room, and the personal did nothing to help us. The aircondition was not working, and therefore the temperature was way too high in our room. My wife was celebrating birthday during our stay, and I kindly askes if the hotel could make af Little surprise for her in our room. The short answer from the personal was "NO!". Last year at Accor Hotel i Berlin, a birthday surprise was just a normal service from the hotel.

« Welcoming and friendly staff, convenient location, good restaurant »

I am regularly staying at this hotel which is conveniently located at the crossing of 2 major RER lines offering direct connections to lot of major places in and around Paris. Never had any issue, the staff is very friendly and always trying to go the extra (s)mile, an attitude that is often lacking in the Paris region. I also recommend the Restaurant which is often packed for lunch and quieter in the evening.
