We are repeat customers. Great service, very good breakfast, centrally located and right on top of underground parking. Our well-behaved labrador accompanied us this time, and he felt welcome. Excellent value for money.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in October 2018. The room was clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel was perfectly situated to be able to walk to all the attractions of Brugge. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future

I've been to a few Novotel but this one is not good enough. The hotel has no gym facilities. The breakfast is good, but relatively expensive, and doesn't match the price. Besides, I used the laundry service, and told the staff that I don't need dry clean, only laundry for everything. They came back with a bill of 172 EURO!!! I was very upset about that.

We had a quick overnight stop in Brugge. The staff were most welcoming and extremely helpful with their suggestions of restaurants and things to do. The room was standard but perfect for what we needed, just had to ask where the bed for our daughter was - the sofa is a pull out bed but there was no note to say! The hotel location is ideal with a public car park underneath. Would thoroughly recommend for a city break.

We weren't able to book for just 1 night so emailed and directly and got confirmation straight back. Really so pleased and made to feel special - even got the specific rooms we asked for. Reception staff, bar staff, cleaners, breakfast crew were all outstandingly helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and informative welcome. Car parking easy. Room clean and well appointed. Breakfast available for wide time and consisted of good range of tasty foods. Whole of downstairs, reception, dining room and bar all created a pleasant atmosphere.

Very comfortable and a great location for seeing old Bruges. My only complaint would be that the well stocked hot breakfast items were not very hot. Other than that the hotel was terrific.

« Pretty good, but easy to make it better »

We enjoyed our stay, but a couple of niggles. For example, paper cups in rooms to make coffee is not acceptable - these must be china. Also, restaurant food is plastic - would expect more from a 4 star hotel. However, staff were friendly and helpful and our room was a good standard, clean and comfortable.

Dear Bryn, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are happy to read that you had a good night sleep in our comfortable bed and enjoyed a good breakfast to start your day. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. Indeed, the hotel offers paper cups in the room, but we are happy to give mugs when asked at the reception. We provide free coffee and tea facilities in the room, so our guests can enjoy a hot drink whenever they want. We have for 2 guests the breakfast tea, an infusion, decaf coffee, normal coffee and milk and is replenished every day. I am sorry that the number provided was not enough, but as you say in your comment, extra can be asked at reception or at the bar. Room and bed was great, also good parking near by at the underground car park. The Breakfast was rather expensive for the service provided. The plates were cold, so the food quickly became cold. The toaster was slow, the sauces were not topped up.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in a Superior double. It was comfortable and clean - we enjoyed our stay. As always, it's the little things that niggle - they provide paper, not china, cups for tea- making - apparently this company policy. Fortunately, reception staff keep a supply of china cups clise to hand as nearly every guest complains about this. Shouldn't this influence a chane in company policy?
