It was brilliant, me and my girlfriend had a great and lovely stay at your hotel. Shout out to Martine the cleaner who found my girlfriends watch!!! Receptionist was brilliant we slept in for checkout but that was no issue to the staff and saved us a panic.

Reception was very warm and welcoming! Unfortunately the cleanliness of our room was not satisfactory at all! I have taken pictures when making the sofa bed with rubbish and lots of dust and old hair bands behind it!

The staff were lovely, but the room was tiny and ill-equipped. No literature about the hotel, room service menus, breakfast timings, etc. were available. We were there over the New Year holiday and the restaurant was apparently shut down. For a hotel, whose business is catering for people on holiday, I found this to be ridiculous. We were told we could eat in the restaurant on New Year's Eve, but were not advised to reserve. When we came to eat, we were told it was fully booked. The bathroom was dingy, with an old frayed shower curtain, and we had to leave the window in our room open all day and half the night (in January!) because it was so hot and the climate control wasn't working. We have stayed at Novotel properties before that were all better than this, so we expected a higher standard.

Located on 10 min walk to all the main attractions, Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but functional. Improvements could be made on the complimentary tea and coffee (very Limited) and the comfort of the bedding and bed (Pillows were extremely uncomfortable)

The hotel was great, very clean, staff were very nice. Hotel is a in great location for walking in to Brugge for shopping or eating. Parking in the underground car park was perfect. Breakfast included an excellent range of foods.

« Loved everything about the hotel except the room was run down »

We completely enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Our first impression when we walked into the room was that we wanted to change rooms or even hotels as the room was a bit dirty (dirty carpets and there was mold in the bathroom) and run down. After being told by the receptionist that all the rooms were like this and they are aware that the rooms are run down we opted to just deal with it knowing we wouldn't be spending much time in the room. We loved everything else about the hotel. The lobby was perfect for sitting around in the evenings with a child. The buffet had a great selection of food and my daughter loved the waffles! The bartenders and reception desk people were all so friendly and helpful. Besides the run down room we would have no complaints.
