the hotel is very convenient but can be hard to hail taxi due to road closures. sound proofing in the room and corridor is very bad. breakfast is simple and long queue at peak hours. clean big towels are always missing until evening.

all was up to normal standard of room quality and service except we had a frustrating full check in by a trainee despite being Accor plus members and having completed an online check in. we normally do not require housekeeping during a 2-3 night stay but on the 8th June staff asked us to leave room accessible for the delivery of a birthday cake. the Cake never arrived. It was nice that the Cleaner had been forewarned to greet my wife. The Concierge on arrival and departure was not up to Accor normal standard. either over attentive to the annoying stage and not efficient or as on departure absent... we moved and loaded our own suitcases

The lobby is nice with facility for children while adults proceed with check in. Check in process was fast. The swing chair is nice. Room was good except that the heater took awhile for the water to be hot. Location was very accessible and concierge are friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay.

Our Hotel view is breath-taking (ours is on a premium floor), experience is wonderful. However price has increased drastically. It would be good if any promotional items or news update on email for us to view for any exciting or upcoming events, for example special room rate, dining experience and so on. Novotel at Siam Square has always been a choice for us since 2017. We are coming back again this September and looking forward for the same or even better service and hospitality. My family and I would like to thank the team for the best experience and care taken on our stay there.

Our stay at Novotel on Siam Square was great. The service from the moment we checked in was excellent. The check-in was quick and smooth, we got a high floor room upon request and also the extra bed was quickly delivered to the room. So was the room service. Perhaps the only downside was the bed was queen size and not king size, and water actually overflows onto the toilet floot whenever we showered and wet half the toilet. But overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is very strategic as it's only minutes walk to Siam BTS station and surrounded by many malls. Local/ street food is also easy to find.

Excellent hotel location. Slight wear and tear in the room but is clean and bright. Room needs serious soundproofing, footsteps of people along the common corridor can be disturbingly loud at night.

Check-in was very efficient. I am lucky to be able to put my luggage in my room before the usual 2pm. The check-out is again efficient. The staff suggested me to take the BTS and train to airport since my luggage is small and light, and also this will help to avoid the heavy traffic during after-work peak hours. I am glad I took her suggestion and reached airport very smoothly.

Last stay at your hotel - super fast check up that your receptions forgot to credit back the 2000 Baht deposit charged to my Amex Card. Now I can see from my Amex statement of a charge of 2000 Baht from your hotel , please check and credit back this extra charges to my card asap.

Room, facilities and cleanliness - all ok. Location - the best in Bangkok. Complaint - somehow the breakfast did not seem as good as before. A bit disappointing actually.

A mini pool in the toilet

My family checked in on 7Jun evening and noticed some ponding problem in the toilet after taking shower. I feedback to counter staff with taken photos next morning so that the problem can be fixed while we are out of the room. A technician came to check and fixed a glass door seal. In evening around 10pm the ponding became worse and I made another feedback to counter staff. The staff offered me to switch room. The staff expected me to switch room immediately without giving ample time to pack. I told the staff that it’s already late evening and you need to give me time for last minute packing and the family haven’t even taken our shower. Finally, we packed and shifted all our luggages and it’s already past midnight. What a horrible experience!!!
