we knows very well this hotel which is one of the well located in bkk just fews minutes from bts,and all the shopings centre:paragon,mbk,central ect,there is also a lounge ,and a good chinese restaurant and international too,the rooms have renovated and the staff is helpful ,nothing to risk to book a room there ycan...

I m so grateful that me and my partner told the counter reception on 17 April 2018 about 1am and claimed that our room 1205 air conditioning was not working well and not cold at high speed fans! And they willing to change and upgrade my room to 1602! Im so appreciated of what she did to us ! And I will definitely come back and recommend to stay this hotel ! Thanks a lot novetel

« Perfect location for shopaholic »

Thank you so much Lille for the warmest welcome and special arrangement. We did enjoy our stay there. Location is certainly the best among all the Accor hotels in Bangkok as you just need to walk less than 5 minutes and all shopping heaven will be right there and BTS Siam Station is right next to hotel too. They are upgrading the rooms, make sure to request for newly renovated rooms. Our room is a bit small and air-conditioned wasn't cool enough though but it was alright for 2nights stay.

NOVOTEL Bangkok Siam Square is our favorite hotel in Bangkok, It’s the 4th time we stay there and we definitively stay again. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable and the hotel offer a choice adapted to the taste of the different guests. The team at the front desk is extremely professional and friendly and know how to handle any situation and bring the right solution, that its not always the case in other hotel we’ve stayed. Also the location is perfect at a walking distance from Siam BTS station and main shopping malls.

breakfast is quite satisfied . Location is also good to access BTS or others shopping centres like MBK , central words, Waiting table for breakfast is the first experience . All service of housekeeping , reception are good . Hope we will stay for next time .

« Cunvinent, clean, reelaxing. »

We went there for Songkran and it was very close to Siam Sqaar, which is why its cunvinent. We booked the 2 bedroom sweet but when check in, they said that the water was leaking. So they to relockate us to smaller room. We were a bit angri but it was still okay. There are lots of activyties in the lobby like: pool table, xbox, and other fun stuff that are gud for the kids. Overral, a fun and reelaxing xprience.

« good facilities. but the room is a bit disappointment about smoke smell and miscommunicate about car parking »

We booked for junior suite room. When we went inside the room, we felt uncomfortable due to bad smoke smell inside the room as our room is non-smoking. Besides, I have to pay high car park for 1 night because the guard did not tell us to go to hotel car park underground. The guard told us to parking outside that near hotel. So, I think this is the Hotel car park also. So, very disappoint to pay very high charge.

Hi, the stay at Novotel Siam ka always pleasant. The staff is very good. However, when we stayed in February 2018 and just now in April 2018 we stayed in room 1715 and the noise of the lift/ elevator going up and down bothered us as the noise is quite audible in this room. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

« Lovely staff and service. Severe issues with renovation. »

Everything was amazing especially with staff in your executive lounge. The constant noise during daytime in the room and the issue with my room having a chemical leak on the 2nd day were extremely unfortunate and marred my stay badly. I stayed for one night as an Accor Platinum Member. I received the warmest of welcome from staff at the executive lounge. On the 2nd day, i had a late checkout. Approx around 10.30am after finishing my work, i entered the room only to be literally suffocated with the smell of glu. The smell had completely overwhelmed me, covered all my luggage and clothes, and it was so overwhelming that I had to call your guest services, take antihistamine pills and request a change of room. This was ontop of me checking in the day before after a 15 hour flight but unable to rest as there was constant drilling and knocking in the room. I was offered extra services to compensate for my experience but all I needed to do was to take a sleeping pill and sleep for an hour or two. I loved every minute of dealing with your staff but I am extremely disappointed how you could allow renovation works to get to a stage that guests can't enjoy the hotel and the room that is paid for. There are potentially lots of possibilities of doing renovation with whole floors closed to public and this would have been a better proposition than inconviencing guests and the tons of reviews on tripadvisor on this. Your staff and I am sure yourself work pretty hard and all this hard work is marred by the above.

« Deluxe Room is not as expected and satisfied »

Upon checking in and getting into the room, i realised the room is much smaller than the standard room which we stayed last year in the same venue. Also, i do not understand how they could term it as deluxe when all the facility is the same as the standard room. There was no sofa (previously we had one), the hair dryer is substandard (previously it was so much better and my palm hurts so much as I had to keep squeezing the handle in order to operate it). The pillow and the duvet smells like sweat as if it has not been washed yet or rather, it has been washed but has not been dried properly ( I had to put the change bedsheets card every morning to have them changed but every night when i lied on the bed, the smell was still there). The room was so dark. The bathroom lights were also not good. I basically could not do any proper makeup under such poor lighting. All and all, i was utterly disappointed with the deluxe room standard. However, the location of the hotel is a plus. If not for the location of the hotel, i would have moved out instantly. The overall stay was not satisfactory and i hope the management could up the standard.

Everything was okay including the breakfast. Room service was quick too. The only thing that was not met was the adjoining room and 4 single beds we requested. The rooms given to us was 2 single and 1 king. Also, I noticed one room had lotion in the bathroom amenities and the other one had none. I was just wondering why the difference when I paid the same rate for both rooms. But no big deal.

Good experience and the only thing I didn’t like is no sanitary provided in the bathroom every time you need to call and ask. I would prefer that you keep everything needed in the bathroom e.g toothbrush,moisturizer etc...otherwise everything good
