We really appreciated that Novotel upgradet our room and the staff did a very good job with the welcoming and preprations for the room. This was our 3/4 fourth time at Novotel Siam Square and we always enjoy our stay here. And it was really nice to see that the hotel did appreciate our loyalty. F. example we use to stay at Hilton in Hua Hin and we have never experienced that they have appreciate our loyalty - Novotel got a big plus now and we will consider to stay at novotel next time in Hua Hin. So thanks for everything and see you next time we are in Bangkok.

I have to wait 30mins for check in as one of the reception told me the Novotel Siam at that time dont have one person dedicated for Le Club member, I was trying to make her understand that when we were at Shanghai, Lombok, Hongkong,Zurich and others, using my husband Le Club they (receptions) was provide and serve us very differently. The weird things, she was explained to me as because of the budget issue of head account. But i am very patient to told her that i brought two kids with us then they are hungry for dinner time, why we have to wait longer than non Le Club members? She was not give me solution even snacks,just let me wait for a couple mins again. The second things, the person who serve us was a different girl for check in. She was really in the rush condition, suddenly walk so fast leave me walk alone, then i have to find another special room for check in counter area without any hospitality manner. Luckliy i found the sticker of the le club easily. Then,the second day we stay: In the morning, when i am trying to ask the one of your staff how to allign to Siam Paragon, It seems i am not at Accor anymore??..He was very impatient from the way he explains the way go to mall. He was speaking with wave his hand to drive me away as soon as possible as he suddenly very busy to do the next job from another guest. This man was in the corner, i assume he is in charge for concierge. Feeling sad that have to bring this experiences from one of the world class hotel chain to my family this time.. My planning for next time will not consider to bring my big fame to Novotel Siam again which not ready for peek time for us. Thank you. Siuri. 9Jul2018

The location was great, at the central of shopping centre on Siam. Just 5 minutes walking to BTS Siam station. Coffee shop, food center, shopping mall can be reached by walking in 2-5 minutes. The room also comfy, little bit small but it was Ok for my family. Will stay again when I return to Bangkok.

First time staying at Novotel and booked this upon joining Acorr group. Good customer service encounter from staff since checked in till we checked out. Blame it on luck maybe. We had a few issues causing the stay to be unpleasant. Firstly, we were allocated to a standard twin room at 21st floor where else we booked a standard queen room. This was rectified immediately upon calling the reception and they even did an upgrade for us to 18th floor superior queen room. Satisfied but just a little hiccup. 2nd day morning, we were awaked by a group of Indian family who stayed around our room. They booked 3 rooms and we were surrounded by them. Children yelling and shouting and they talked loudly across the rooms. My partner went out to ask them to keep it down and we tried to tolerate but the same thing continues. The same thing happened before sleep at night too. Highlighted to reception and they say will send their staff to have a check but by the time the staff came, we already told them off. Disturbed sleep and it happened again on the 3rd day morning. Decided to inform the reception again and this time round the duty officer arranged to let us change a room at 8am. Got an upgrade again to executive level to 16th floor but.... we were caught with another noise from 15th floor which is the renovation works. Called the duty officer again and told them we didn't want any upgrade but just a quiet room to have a proper sleep without noise. Finally she allocated a standard room at 6th floor away from all the noises to us. We just spent the last hour switching rooms to avoid nuisance guest and renovation noise. Very disturbed but still satisfied with staff's help in providing solutions. Understand it's beyond their control at times. We finally got peaceful rest for the rest of the nights. As for breakfast, I would say it's quite a complete set. There are local and western choices but we only had it once out of 5 days stay. Staff that based at the main entrance were always helpful and will greet all the guest and provide assistance whenever needed. Satisfied with their service and friendliness. Overall, I would say the hotel is at a strategic location. 5 mins away from BTS Siam and beside Siam Square 1. Lots of things to explore in the area and many famous restaurants too. Will definitely consider staying again next time and just hope will have a better luck in having a good experience when the hotel is fully renovated.

Novotel, Siam square is a great location . Shopping to your hearts conent. MBK , Discovery, Siam centre, markets galore. Staff at the Novotel very friendly, and helpful. The little cafes were also terrific, staff very friendly as well.

« Great stayed and a good balance for location by public transport and walking. »

It was a great stayed at Novotel Siam, location was good for food, shopping and walking distance to several places. For room interior (#610), I would like to highlight about the curtain, it wasn’t tailored in day blackout material and I could see through the brightness as early 7am which was quite disturbing for my sleep. Beside this overall everything was good.

Fast and easy check-in. Very friendly and efficient service from front desk staff. Our room is very well maintained and kept very cleaned and tidy by our room maid Ms. Jo in charge of the our 18th floor. The Bell Captains and doormens are very helpful in arranging our taxis and return transfer to the airport. The buffet breakfast at The Square has a very good selection. Overall a great stay!
