We regret to hear that your experience was marred by noise disturbances. Our central location in the vibrant heart of Brussels does mean that the city's pulse can sometimes be felt within our walls, despite our soundproof rooms. However, we're saddened that this impacted your comfort, and we take such comments seriously as we continuously strive to offer a restful environment for our guests. Understanding the importance of flexibility, especially for our travelling guests, we do offer early check-in options subject to availability and at a fee. We apologize if this service did not meet your expectations or if the communication regarding this service was not clear.
