Good setup with 3 beds. Worked for family. No usb ports though. All family dead phones because we didnt have converter. Asked at front desk. Nothing available. I consider ports to be standard...especially at your prices

Although I checked in online, I still had to wait for my room to be prepared. Furthermore, instead of apologizing, the guy on reception says I didn’t checkin online even after showing him my online checkin confirmation and after telling him that I’m a platinum member who has spent more than 160 nights in less than 24 months.

I was overall quite pleased with the Novotel. My only real complaint was that the WiFi did not function well at all. My phone would continually connect and disconnect from the WiFi network.

Close to the center, good breakfast, large and comfortable rooms. The only thing that I did not like was some weird smell in the hallways. Probably the cleaning agent.

Whilst most of the visit was enjoyable, it was not as good as most of our previous visits to Novotels. Although we should have priority rights, we were not automatically given our free welcome drinks, but had to ask for them. We were only given one by the waiter, a very different welcome from other hotels where we received one each.

« Location is good and the accomodation is modern and tasteful. »

The cool of the efficient air-conditioning was a blessed relief from the hot Bordeaux sun. When checking- in we were offered a choice of rooms which made us feel special. The room service we ordered for dinner was slow in coming but the food when it arrived was very good. Unfortunately, our request for breakfast in the room was overlooked but the buffet breakfast on the terrace was up to standard. Staff were, mostly, polite and helpful although one lady at reception was rather supercilious. Throughout the furnishings and décor were modern and clean.
