Why don't you have a toilet cleaner in the toilet room?! You know the stick with a brush at the end which you can use to clean the toilet when you're done using it. How else should I clean the toilet when I am done using it? Another thing is that I expect a clothing iron to be present in the room of a 4 star hotel.

Room was a pleasant surprise, modern and clean. Bed very comfortable. A wider range of pillows would have been beneficial and more tea and coffee provisions in the room were needed. Maid entered room without knocking whilst do not disturb sign was showing.

We arrived quite exhausted after a long day. The receptionist was kind, helpful and checked to make sure our room was ready so that we could go straight to the room. I wish I had the name of the receptionist who was on duty on the front desk at 2pm on Friday 21 September, she was excellent. During our stay, reception staff were particularly helpful with inquiries, directions and assistance with our luggage and while we waited for our transport to arrive on Saturday afternoon.

I received a text that our room was ready for us but when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk associate was rude and told us that check-in time was at noon (it was 11:45). We had to sit in the lobby and wait. She did approach us at about 11:55 to give us the room number and keys.

the room is quite good and the hotel pleasant , bed quality is good, bathroom is correct . Anyway Air-conditioning was noisy Breakfast is not at the correct level for this kind of hotel No parking lot included in the room price is also really bad point for your hotel ( blocking point)

Excellent stay, about a mile to the palace. Room very comfortable, aircon superb and a kettle too! Breakfast could have been better stocked, some items hard to come by, no butter all three mornings!

« Perfect for our Versailles trip »

We stayed 2 nights whilst visiting Versailles. The hotel was perfectly located being just a short walk away and we were able to park the car easily. Breakfast had plenty of options and we found places to eat nearby. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful which made the stay very easy. Everything was fine in the room, some stronger cups for water/tea would be good as those provided seemed a bit flimsy. Overall though it was ideal for our needs.

Stayed for 1 night to break the journey home with children. Had to book 2 rooms due to the French restriction on max 4 per room, but got a reasonable rate and the gave us interconnecting rooms which was helpful. Friendly reception, but gave us a bit of duff info re entrance to the Palace of Versailles. Basement carpark very useful and located between 20 and 30 mins walk to the Palace. Overall, if you are doing as we did, I would recommend it as its a very pleasant place to stopover.

« A very enjoyable stay with delicious breakfasts! »

We had a very pleasant room that we enjoyed staying in and especially appreciated the air conditioning! Breakfasts were very good and we really enjoyed having bacon, eggs and sausages as well as the cold food - the coffee was delicious. Our only criticism is that our room was not cleaned after our first night.
