« Perfect for our Versailles trip »

We stayed 2 nights whilst visiting Versailles. The hotel was perfectly located being just a short walk away and we were able to park the car easily. Breakfast had plenty of options and we found places to eat nearby. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful which made the stay very easy. Everything was fine in the room, some stronger cups for water/tea would be good as those provided seemed a bit flimsy. Overall though it was ideal for our needs.

Loved the functional design of the room, the cleanliness and freshness of the carpet, the breakfast was delicious and the buffet offered a variety of foods to suit every taste. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be returning!

Very bad breakfast : yoghurt out of date, dirty cups and glasses, coffee machine out of order, bad food.Lift out of order.Location is fine, nearby Chateau de Versailles (5mn by car / 30mn by foot)Reception staff does its best.

Stayed for 1 night to break the journey home with children. Had to book 2 rooms due to the French restriction on max 4 per room, but got a reasonable rate and the gave us interconnecting rooms which was helpful. Friendly reception, but gave us a bit of duff info re entrance to the Palace of Versailles. Basement carpark very useful and located between 20 and 30 mins walk to the Palace. Overall, if you are doing as we did, I would recommend it as its a very pleasant place to stopover.

« A very enjoyable stay with delicious breakfasts! »

We had a very pleasant room that we enjoyed staying in and especially appreciated the air conditioning! Breakfasts were very good and we really enjoyed having bacon, eggs and sausages as well as the cold food - the coffee was delicious. Our only criticism is that our room was not cleaned after our first night.

Loved our room. Breakfast was good but a little chaotic during busy periods, so much so that staff lost control a bit on one occasion. Lifts did not want to work. One lift was out of order for our whole stay. The other lift only came intermittently, and only if you pressed the up button for calling. The down button did not work

Nice Location, great front staff, helpful and friendly. Nice room. One lift working only ao massive queues for the lift to arrive and trying to get in. Breakfast was nicer the Restaurant at dinner was not so nice. We ordered salad with lettuce and a fruit salad arrived with three bits of salad, main course was vegetables cooked in a wok. A plate of baked vetagables arrived when we complained- the waiter said no wok in kitchen today. It was great if you had meat on the side but being vegetarian not a option and no other choices were given and we were charged. Dessert was rumbaba, having just tasted a superb one in south of France last week I was looking forward to this one. It was discusting no taste dry you had to put a watery substance on it that tasted vial. A great disappointment

Overall the Hotel was satisfactory. The rooms and look and feel of the Hotel were good. The restaurant was very disappointing. Poor service and the worst pad Thai I have ever had. The breakfast was too crowded and only one coffee point. It was disappointing to have paper cups and not even English Breakfast tea in the bedrooms.
