Room was comfortable, internet great, excellent breakfast, above average fitness room. Room service selection was very limited and restaurant did not have casual options. Would have looked for something quicker and easy - like pizza, sandwich, Schnitzel

Dear Sandra, Good Day. I am very dissatisfied from my room. i am leclub accor hotel member. I booked 3 rooms in 22-23 in your hotel under my account. room numbers is 327, 320, 408. room no 320 & 408 is 4 star room. my room 327 is very bad room maximum (2 star room). I need my money for this room only back. Iam waiting your feed back.

I had to chase the waitress to get her to take our order, and then it took very very long to get something. And this happened in the restaurant when it was nearly empty.

The value for money at the hotel is not great. I would have not stayed here if the booking was not a group booking made by someone else. My room had problems with the fridge, it was making noise and I had to switch it off for the night. The “heat” setting on my air conditioning was not working. You could feel a draft coming through the window as well. My toilet seat appeared to have not been cleaned properly on my arrival. The internet was very weak too and I had to keep using my own mobile data. In the morning the cleaner tried to enter my room at 9am. She did not speak any English so when I said twice I am still here and she needs to come back later, she actually entered the room and I had to get out of the bed to gesture to her to go out. The staff at reception are very polite though and the breakfast is really good.

« Fantastic access from driving in to enjoying the sights of the centre. »

Relaxing and even when it was busy the staff were really friendly and helpful. The sauna and fitness area were really clean and well maintained. We didn't eat in but the food looked great and there were plenty of people having meals even with restaurants close by. Always a good sign.

Everyone was very nice. The room was perfect as i had 2 little kids. I did have one issue where I had requested room service for breakfast, twice they would not deliver and said I should come down. This surprised me as I did not receive any notice that they we would not be able to order breakfast to be brought up.

The hotel is situated in a nice old building and looks quite cozy, location of the hotel is convenient and close to the center. Staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms (we got a privilege room) are large but a bit outdated and very noisy. In my opinion the beds are hard as rock and the pillows are very uncomfortable. The 1 person blankets are too small and warm (might be synthetic?). It was very hard for me to catch some sleep here. Also if you are taller then 2 meters, you have to mind your head now and then and you can definitely not stand straight up in the rainshower. The room and VIP bathroom in particular cannot compete with for example the Sofitel branded hotels. The free minibar which is a feature of the privilege room is a nice plus. Breakfast was pretty decent! During our stay we had no running water after 9:30 which forced us to rush in the morning and change our schedule (skip the gym). We were not informed which this inconvenience upfront (but after check-in). Restaurant was closed as well. Final conclusion: it was not worth the money (~100 euro per night).

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Maschpark (with Maschsee), city hall (Neues Rathaus), NordLB and a max. 10 min walk to reach the pedestrian zone with its large stores and boutiques (Osterstr.-/ Karmarschstr.) . A friendly welcome when arriving at the hotel, a clean and comfortable room (332) with balcony (Maschpark side) made me feel at home. Though there is no minibar rooms are equipped with a fridge. There is choice of drinks for sale in the larger fridge in the reception area and also a hotel bar. Breakfast. Luckily it was included in my room rate. Paying separately it is charged with EUR 21 which I consider slightly too expensive - compared to other hotels. Parking. You can park your car for free along Bleichenstrasse and possibly other smaller streets around the hotel. However the hotel also has its own car park (EUR 14/night). Overall conclusion: Regret I had to leave after only one night and so I am looking forward to another stay hopefully soon. I can fully recommend this hotel.

Everything from booking to departure was very seamless and user-friendly, although I received an email inviting me to check-in online and when I followed the link only a splash page was displayed advising that the site was down for maintenance. Staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. Rooms and amenities were very comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was superb. I would not hesitate to stay with this hotel on my next opportunity to visit Hannover.
