Rooms were good and cleaned on a daily basis. The only issue I had was they don't seem to be staffed enough in their restaurant to handle even small groups of people. There are plenty of other dinner options within walking distance.

« Really cold room. Very long check in process. »

Check in took ages. The key did not work. I had received the wrong room. There was no special attention to my platinum status. The room was freezing, it took several hours before it warmed up. I had to sleep with 2 blankets. The rate was more expensive than any other five star I stayed at. Honestly never again in that hotel. And I did not get the points for my stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mercure Hotel Hannover City. The superior room was spacious and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided and excellent selection of options to choose from. My only comment would be that the decor in the room looked a little tired in places and could do with freshening up. That said, I would not hesitate in staying here again. The hotel was very close to the New Town Hall, and still close enough to walk to the centre and main train station.

This is a comfortable hotel with nice rooms and good decor. The reception area is very small and the adjacent seating looks messy as it is strewn with papers and magazines. The reception staff were efficient. The room was most comfortable and the bed was a nice size and firmness. Lovely to have black out curtains in the room. The breakfast selection was good. Anneke who was working at breakfast service and also behind the bar was truly excellent - friendly, very quick and perfect service. Thank you.

Everything was fine as usua. However, I forgot my business credit card (which was used to guarantee the payment of the room, which I have used several times and which is also in your system) and it was refused to use this card ro pay. I know that this is technically possible but ... Given that I am a returning customer I think there should be no doubts that I am paying for my room and that this is a valid card. I had to use my private credit card and now need to ask the company to be reimbursed.

We booked a Spacious Privilege Room for our recent one-night stay in Hannover and were very happy with our choice. The desk staff were very kind and helpful, both at check-in and when we asked for directions to some local attractions. We appreciated the free minibar drinks & snacks that were included in the room rate, and we were even able to find free parking on the street directly outside the hotel entrance, so it was very good value. The bed was comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better -- right across the street from the Rathaus and within a short walk of many Old Town sights. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Hannover.
