Felt unwelcome both on arrival and on departure. Running water in shower : alternating hot and cold water with no warning !

lovely front desk reception, convenient location to airport if you have morning flight

Overall a great experience since we chose it for the convenience to get to airport for our early morning flight. Good idea to have shower and toilet in different rooms. The front desk girls were really sweet and helpful. However they were not trained to handle enquiries on which shuttle bus to take to roissy-en-france village informing that any of the shuttle will take us there. We took the first to arrive which was the blue line wasting 40minutes on a fruitless round trip, and returned to the airport to take the pink bus. In the room we were surprised to see disposal paper cups which does not seem to fit with their image of sustainable development initiatives. There is no valet service to help with luggage.

Generally ok. Staff could not confirm a reservation at the Pullman for dinner because no one relies on phones or real people answering phones. Room way too hot as air-conditioning in building is not switched on and you can't open the windows. I asked for an additional sheet rather than a doona and it did not turn up. Asked again and it did.

Day use of a 6am arrival from a transatlantic flight. Smooth though somewhat slow check-in with a courteous but inexperienced agent. The room was perfectly clean and functional with one major exception: it does not have a desk or even table to work at with a computer, a very surprising absence in a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Room was comfortable, clean, and quite. Breakfast was not worth the money. Check in was longer than necessary due to clerk not being trained very well in process.

No cold water pressure in shower!!! The hot water coming out was very dangerous. We were very tired and had to rest. We just washed from the sink. Most unsatisfactory situation. Room was comfortable, other than showered. Check-in clerk was polite. I see I can't send this email unless I answer Moe's personal questions. Very intrusive.

Not very exciting decision to remove the front desk and keep personnel from the Restaurant to give you a key without even asking what floor you want to have, details how to connect to the internet, etc.

I did send a claim to Accor hotels on the 1st of November via website. This claim was related to the performance of Hotel Room Service. Within that day my rooms between 11 am and 9-30 pm was not cleaned at all: towels on the floor, full basket, etc. This is not good at all when you expecting nice service at Accor when you coming after long business meetings with a day. But the worse thing was, when I call the reception desk. First of all nobody picked up the phone within 5 min and I had to go downstairs in person to explain what I need - clean my room. 5 min later, when I was already in my room I got a Coll from a lady who said that she can not help me as nobody is available to clean my room!!! This is nonce! I as a silver member of Accor was really disappointed, but since it was already late I agreed just to take a set of new towels for the room. However, I had also ask the receptionist to get the dirty ones out of the room. I though it had to be automatic! In case you wish me to continue my loyalty towards Accor hotel I would expect additional amount of points to my Reward Card that I did spent to book this particular hotel other than what I was entitle to keep. Nice room, too warm, no international TV, food choices were limited

Our room was nice, location was good...but it was running too warm and we couldn't get it to cool down. The minifridge was not working, was warm. My husband wasn't feeling well and there weren't any good choices on the menu and when we inquired about something simpler, we were told that was all there was. We had been on vacation for several weeks and looked forward to staying at the airport and choice Novotel since the price was good and looked nice, but were surprised that an international hotel didn't have one channel in english. So, we just watched stuff on our computer.

Extremely fine stay except for the very poor dinner service in the restaurant by one waiter that was assigned to our table. Other staff tired to pitch in to cover for his disappearance. Took 50 minutes to be served after waiting 15 minutes just to place an order. Our only way to describe waiter's work was incompetent. See later notation under problems.
