Actually, we have two juices and two different water at the breakfast buffet. The situation with the seating place is definitely a question of time. We have space for 110 guests. In summertime + 50. « Superb stay! »

Delecious and quality breakfast what meets expectations in case of the brand itself. The receptionist man was polite and friendly, real Heartist, was chit-chating with us giving tipps for transportation in the city etc. He did a good job by promoting the dinner at the hotel, i heard over that he convienced at least 2 other guests as well to have their dinner at the hotel, in a professional way :) Unfortunately, i successfully forgot his name but i remember that he had the Greek flag on his name tag. The bed was nice, the topper on it in our room (423) was already a little bit used or not properly made, it did not felt as usually the sweet beds, but we had a good night sleep so that point is checked as well. :) Everything was super clean, applouse for the HK team!

We reached quite late in the evening at the hotel. The building is old styled that is not typical of any of the other Ibis Hotels. The receptionist was very helpful, quickly checked us in and provided us with the room keys. As per our request, we were provided with non-smoking rooms next to each other. The rooms were neat and clean with adequate amenities. The bar was open and the bar person was very friendly and considerate. We had sandwiches at past midnight and they tasted very good. My sons chatted with him and the bar man inquired about our country and social customs that made my sons feel very comfortable. It was New Year eve and the bar man, receptionist made sure to greet us Happy New Year. We felt at home though we were miles away from it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any tourist and businessmen alike.

« Wrong billing - charged one day more than it was my stay »

Hotel in general was fine. Breakfast ok. TV in rooms very very small. What I do not like it is that I have stayed from 03.12.2018. till 07.12.2018. - 4 nights and 4 breakfasts. I have made my checkout on 07.12.2018. morning. Hotel charged me from 03.12.2018. until 08. 12.2018. - 5 nights and 5 breakfasts. This is completely wrong. I have sent my complaint by email and called by phone but I still didn't received neither feedback neither refund of extra costs.

« It was a very satisfactory stay. »

The hotel is very conveniently located lodging place. I was surprised that it took me only half of an hour to get to Munich airport, as there's the option of Lufthansa airport express bus. it's also very easy to get to the central areas of Munich by U-Bahn. The room was extremely quiet too, making sleeping enjoyable.

The fruits and sliced cucumbers offered at the buffet were moldy on my second day of stay, indicating that there were offered on the buffet several days. My room was not really clean. Table and lamps were dusty, there were hairs on my toilet seat and huge spots fo dirt on the wall under the table. Furthermore, my hotel room card was taken from my table when I was getting food from the breakfast buffet. My cuttlery indicated that I'm still eating and there was still food on my plate. I had to go the reception to get a new card, because my old one was already deleted. Hence, I nearly missed an appointment. The staff was freindly but not well-trained and unexperienced.

« Was ok. »

When I arrived at reception there were too employees there. One was occupied with a customer, the other one stared into a computer. I queued at the second, but he completely ignored me for about 2 minutes. After this the first employee was done with the customer, so I checked in there. Not really the way how to welcome customers to the hotel.

« A very 'rude' experience »

My stay was anything but pleasant. I arrived late in the evening only to be told that I was very lucky that a room was still available (after having booked the room a few days before hand). What was particularly annoying was that even after I had shown the receptionist the automated response to the email I had sent stating I will be arriving late in the evening, she still insisted I should have sent the email to a different hotel address.... The barman was also extremely rude. After my card was denied (it required my input of a pin number, rather than just contactless) i requested to have him show me where it stated the transaction was void. he was incredibly rude. i actually had to tell him that he was rude for him to change the tone of his voice. All in all a truly terrible experience and would certainly not visit again.

The Concierge, Michael, was super helpful. Gave a great referral to a wonderful local restaurant for dinner. Only downfall was that their website offers garage parking and sadly, their garage was under renovation. No parking available. We lucked out with on street free parking so it all worked out. I would stay again in a heartbeat, great price, clean room and great service.
