Stay for one night, dinner in the restaurant was OK and tasty, breakfast was standard and OK, but in general the overall impression has been, that it was business as usual. Mainly the attention by the staff was low: - sitting in the bar, but no-one show-up to take the order, needed to go to the bar to get it there - asked and explained how to split the bill, but got a different format, needed to asked twice until I got a correct bill - has been stated by the staff, that online check-in makes things much more difficult. Better to do not next time. We are in year 2018 ! - room 402 right next to the elevator, which was loud. Basically I created a profile in Accor hotel account, where I stated as room preference to have a room away from the elevator. So why filling-in such profile ? - asked at the reception how far the the old-town area will be away, but NO map offered or at least a verbal explanation how to get there

Very nice staff. Location is not to bad. Paid parking although street parking is free. Room was big enough but needs a touch up. Some damages. There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway. Needs soundproofing. The one elevator is not sufficient. It was good that I could charge my electric car on the premises.

we have stayed with you for many years and once hagain we had a lovely stay. the recent upgrade of the rooms and decor was most appreciated. all you staff are very helpfuthe disabled room would benefit from a non slip mat and for the shower head to be more manouverable

The whole experience was a good one. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant was lovely, we had a very nice meal, the staff friendly and helpful. We had a courtesy bus drive us into Maastricht centre and the location was good too. Definitely recommend.

I am sorry that some of your experiences did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Concerning the invoiceadress we are able to put correctly in place with your next stay Now that we have all the details, the system will recognize your reservation and your invoiceadress will automaticcaly be in your invoice. I am sorry about what happend in the restaurant with your waiting time, I am goiing to investigate in order to prevent it happening again. Our hotel has chosen to create a kiosk for extra drinks at the reception, because if we place the drinks in the minibar, the majority of the drinks go over the expiry date, since most guests do not use the minibar service. However, we are happy to bring the drinks to our guests room if you are not able to come down. A specification of the breakfastprice if you have booked including the package, can be made at the reception at request. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. « We enjoyed the stay & paying with "Le Club" points was easy »

The room had a comfortable size and very good beds, shower and toilet were all good. Staff was competent and very friendly. The pre-booked 2-course dinner was a bit too simple (typical hotel food), which was only partly compensated by the free coffee. Suggestion: let pre-booked dinner customers choose from the a la carte menu. The juice glasses @breakfast had a funny smell on them. Location is quiet, feels safe and is a convenient 2 km away from the city center. Normal room rates are too high.
