« Hotel had no warm ambience - It was very "corporate" and impersonal. »

There were no proper toiletries in the bathroom, only soap, and shampoo fixed to the wall. There was no mirror or chair at the miniature dressing table, so putting on make-up was very difficult. Lighting was very dim and in the wrong places. Wardrobe and drawer space very limited, and room cramped. Floor in shower cubicle too smooth and dangerously slippery when wet.

« Pleasant two night stay »

We visited Honfleur for our anniversary and had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, whilst the breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice including a hot selection. Good secure car park as well at the rear. A 5 minute walk to the main part of town so an ideal location.

A very well situated hotel with very accommodating staff.We had a room with a lovely view.Worth asking for the above as there are rooms at the back of the hotel.The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice including a hot choice and boil your own eggs.

We have used this hotel before as it makes a good stop over on our way to Calais - and there is a variety of good restaurants withn walking distance. Parking is well situated and well spaced with easy access into the hotel.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay with you — the staff was exceptional—from the reception desk, to the breakfast staff - all were helpful, welcoming and went above and beyond! — my husband left behind his e-book(Kindle) and the front desk person tracked it down and sent it overnight to our Paris hotel - such excellent customer service !!!
