Loved the high-class, modern decor and design of rooms and bathrooms. It is great to have handheld showerhead but there was no option to increase waterflow/pressure. It is walking distance to many good restaurants but the route getting back to hotel without going through tunnel from Westin is a challenge - hotel staff did not know to direct be to P1 level of the Rideau Center and finding exit near bento SuShi

We had a great time, loved the central location of the Novotel and the breakfast was delicious with lots of selection. Our “superior 2 double bed room” was very clean and quiet. Some things that I wish I had known: the room is tight, smaller than expected, but we were also traveling with two small children and all of their things. The coffee provided is delicious but tiny, but only two (caffeinated) pods/day and to get extra coffee pods there is a charge. No hair conditioner is provided by the hotel. These were minor inconveniences and overall it was a great stay.
