Location was a bit out of the way but once I got there I managed to find my bearings and travel was relatively easy especially to the O2 by river bus. Staff were friendly but lacked a bit of local knowledge about transport etc... Room was comfortable but a bit stuffy or in other words there was an unpleasant slightly damp smell in the room. Breafast was fine. Overall the stay was satisfactory. The cost was reasonable too.

Lovely stay at the Ibis Greenwich- I would definitely stay again! Pleasant modern room with very comfy bed, shower bathroom and tea coffee making facilities- like all rooms in London not the biggest space but did not feel cramped. Staff were very pleasant and helpful Cafe Rouge in same building and a very nice breakfast served here. There was a nice bar area in the lobby A quieter area with easy access to London via Rail, tube, bus or Riverboats- ideal if attending the O2. Local attractions within 5 minutes walk include Cutty Sark, Maritime Museum, Queens House,University, Greenwich observatory and Meridian and the lovely Greenwich market with its quirky craft stands and street food. Easy to access to London centre via Rail, tube or Riverboats- approx 30 -40 mins- and just 2.5 miles form the O2.

The WiFi was off for over 48 hours and this is unacceptable. When I even spoke to a guy in the front office, he had the temerity to tell me that it could happen in my house too - what impudence. If I had such, I got it fixed within 2 hours because, I know the importance. For a commercial organization that caters for a large number of tourists, it was a BIG LOW. I admit it was the first time I was experiencing such in Ibis. PLEASE GUIDE AGAINST THIS IN FUTURE. I OCCUPIED THE HANTS ROOM 154 WHICH IS MY FAVORITE. THE FLOOR DRAIN LOOKS CLOGGED. WHEN I HAVE MY BATH, THE WATER DOES NOT DRAIN FAST. GET A PLUMBER TO CLEAR IT.

Very small room for scooter user

I phoned to book so that I could make sure all was suitable for my husband who uses an electric scooter. The room allocated was good from the point it was on the ground floor and had accessible bathroom but was extremely tight for the scooter. The scooter, which is a small model, only just made it between the bed and wall and I had to move furniture for him access the room. Without the bathroom he would not have been able to turn around. The restaurant also seemed surprised when we entered with a scooter. I didn't ask for them to be told but would have expected that information to have been shared with them. I was also surprised at the amount I had to pay for parking when I had checked that there was disabled parking. It would have been good to have been told the amount it would cost me on the phone.

Please note that we have accessible rooms on the first and second floor which are bigger and more suitable for wheelchair/scooter users. For your comfort in the future, please be advised that hotel staff are available around the clock to assist guests with any issues that may arise; and this instance may have been able to offer you an alternative room to ensure you a more comfortable stay. We will however bear your feedback in mind when advising guests at booking stage in future. Moreover, I was sorry to hear of your disappointment with regard to the cost of the car parking at the hotel. As with most city center hotels, the hotel does indeed charge for parking. I understand that this is one of the few central hotels able to provide guests with on site parking, and that the rates offered are competitive. Nonetheless, I am sorry that you were not aware of this charge prior to your stay; this should have been clearly communicated. Found this hotel extremely convenient and suited our needs of having somewhere to land. Did find however that our room was extremely humid and that although in the ‘guide book’ it refers to staying cool and using the room temperature after we text the WhatsApp support we were informed that the temperature can only be adjusted to make the room warmer. This felt a bit misleading due to the way it is advertised in the little help pack in your room and led to us having an uncomfortable stay in a room that was way to hot with a window only able to open a tiny amount. Otherwise everything was great, checking in & out was easy, the staff were friendly & breakfast was in cafe rouge which I hadn’t expected

Booked 2 nights to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. Never stayed in an Ibis before - hugely impressed. Lovely room, large comfy bed and great walk-in shower. Staff were friendly and accommodating and had left Prosecco and cakes in our room. What a lovely thought. Location couldn't be better, less than 5mins to the Cutty Sark, river and all attractions. Especially Greenwich Park just 3mins along from the hotel. Thank you.

Very good stay for a short break, and good value for the room and location. Breakfast was very good, with decent portion sizes. The room was a little warm, and the fan didn’t seem to work. Overall very good, and in a perfect location for a trip to the O2.

Hotel staff, both reception & cleaning, friendly and helpful, which as an older, female, solo traveller I really appreciated. However, one of the reasons I pick IBIS Greenwich is that Cafe Rouge is a restaurant I feel comfortable in when by myself. Unfortunately on this occasion (Thursday 30th May) I went to eat at 6pm; my order was taken reasonably quickly; and my drinks arrived quickly, but I had almost finished my large bottle of sparkling water & my cider by the time my food arrived about 40 minutes later, after finally managing to attract a waiter 's attention. Later-ordering tables received their meals much more quickly. I realise this is not strictly a failure on the hotel's part, but thought you might like to know anyway -
