« Hotel conveniently situated, staff pleasant, room clean and comfortable, breakfast choice disappointing. »

The room was clean and comfortable and ticked all the boxes apart from soundproofing. There was little or noise noise from outside, but I could plainly hear voices etc. from the neighbouring room when occupied. The breakfast was of good quality but I was disappointed with the very limited choice, with nothing in between a cooked breakfast or a croissant - no cereals at all, no extra toast/preserves. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Service by reception was great. Accessible room was fantastic. My challenge struggling with mobility is that room was the furthest down the corridor and with no room service and position of ironing room and 2 of the disabled parking the amount of walking needed is a lot!

« Clean, quiet, perfect location but still potential »

Ibis was the perfect combination of an affordable stay, big enough room, very clean stay and lies on the perfect spot for university business and sights. Breakfast was a nice try but frankly said, your cook should take a break and visit all cafes and pubs who serve really amazing stuff near around your hotel to get a little bit more inspired. Also it is quite uncomfortable to pay at the reception in advance and then handling the vouchers. A wait to be seated with handling the pay or booking on the room would be much more professional.

Everything was great except for the two guest desktop computers in the lobby which were not working for most of our stay and we needed computer access.

The reception staff were efficient, courteous and helpful. The room (180) was the best room we have had so far at the Greenwich Ibis - clean, spacious and with a good view. Food in the restaurant was well cooked and the service was efficient and friendly.

« Disappointing. »

Room was clean and satisfactory. Shower worked well but bathroom was slightly cramped. The breakfast was very disappointing. There was little explanation of what the breakfast included. A menu was hurriedly presented. I placed my order. I asked whether I could have a croissant and was told by the waiter that he would have to ask his manager! In fact I never got an answer nor a croissant. Very poor value in comparison with buffet breakfasts available at most other hotels where you can actually choose what you want and have time to do so.

I paid £10 extra for an upgraded room that was exactly the same as the room i'd stayed in the night before. What a con! The decor is depressing and the room is dull and dingy. The corridor is so ugly and outdated! you'd expect more from Ibis as the location is amazing.

We stayed at the Ibis in Greenwich for a family wedding and had a lovely weekend. The rooms were modern and clean, the breakfast and other facilities were great. A good choice on the breakfast menu. This hotel is ideally situated for sightseeing in Greenwich. A great hotel and good value for money.

« Perfect for our purposes: well located, comfortable ground-floor room, easy parking, straightforward breakfast. »

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel since Xmas. Each time we have been allocated room 6 in response to our request for a room that suits my wife's lack of mobility. This has been ideal. The one reservation for the first two visits related to the warmth of the room and the effectiveness of the air-conditioning. We were delighted to see on this visit that a portable oil-filled radiator had been provided in the room. Excellent initiative.

This time was a little disappointing. The sink smelled with mould in it. We could hear toilet running water from next door. And there was no baths. Parking was expensive.

« Friendly staff but rooms were not the same quality as the one i stayed in before »

The bedsheet looked like they were not new when we arrived. there is an ac switch in the room, but it didn't work (maybe because it's spring time). the toilet was so close to the sink that we could barely sit on.
