Shower head required fixing by self so would stay upright, very poor air conditioning unit (would not stay on to cool) Few towels provided Had to carry on as travel time issues created a lack of time to do other than carry on

« A nice hotel »

This is a nice hotel at a reasonable price situated in a central position within Greenwich. You do however receive what you pay for.Firstly the room was not overly spacious though it as adequate. We were however only provided with 2 bathtowels but no hand towels for 2 people. We were given 3 pillows for 2 people which was odd. We did not have a bin in our room only a tiny one in the bathroom and we ran out of toilet roll. We were provided with more when we asked, but were disappointed to be caught short and have to ask!The breakfast was nice but I would not recommend buying in advance as we did as we did not always want a cooked breakfast and would have save £6 if we had paid on the day. Breakfast was nice though.The staff were young and not overly friendly which was fine but they were not overly welcoming.We had a great trip and only used the hotel to sleep so I will add the beds were very comfortable.

My experience was Good...for the price. My room was very dark. I didn't expected not to have a mini fridge or bedside tables in room. The air con didn't work properly.

« Good for an overnight stay »

The hotel is in a great location close to all the Greenwich attractions. The staff were very helpful and the bed was very comfortable, so we slept well. The room was very small, so OK for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't want to be there for multiple nights.

« Comfortable, cool and quiet »

Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Black out blinds a wonderful touch. Air conditioning that was reasonably quiet so could be left on without disturbing my sleep. And good insulation meant no noisy neighbors. Lovely breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs served until noon

Very good location. Booking, payment and check-in was fine, until the receptionist told me that only the "continental" breakfast was included in the price (when booking through hotels.com, it just said breakfast was included), which was a slight disappointment. However, the next morning I spoke to another receptionist, and she said that the full breakfast was in fact included! Very confusing, and troubling that the staff don't know what is included and what isn't, and also that it's not specified when booking. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We're not at all fond of the tiny, caravan-style bathroom, but it works, and is more of an aesthetic shortcoming than a practical problem. The AC stopped working on the final evening of our stay. Never bothered to tell the staff though, and it started working the next morning.

Excellent location for central Greenwich. Very clean and good shower room. Breakfast in Cafe Rouge was very good. Bedside lamps were excellent for reading. A few niggly things could improve the room: a bin in the bedroom, hook on bathroom door, 2 bedside tables. Desk/dressing table was so long you could not get around one side of bed very easily.
