Started poorly taking 15 mins to check in. Bathroom extract fan had dust & dirt on the wall and ceiling. Ironing board was missing 2 of the rubber feet making it unstable.

Staff service excellent but Internet access very difficult. The Manager at Reception (Lithuanian) and assistant (from Poland) were very friendly and helpful. Sadly I neglected to get their names. The Internet access on the free computer kept timing out on me as I was trying to book flights, which was very stressful.

Pillows were so hard we hardly slept all night,we were in a disabled room which gave a lot of room but I felt I was staying in a care home and it smelt like one.Mirror in bathroom showed a lovely reflection of my stomach as it was wheelchair height.Fan in bathroom was on all night,which added to not being able to sleep.

The service levels at IBIS Greenwhich have remained consistent since I first stayed there 10 years ago and that explains why I keep going back. you get a good sleep, the rooms are generally clean. However, when you add breakfast to your booking then the service café rouge which is attached to the hotel is not that great. In my last stay, it took them more than 10 minutes for them to take my breakfast order on 30 September 2018. The front desk staff are very friendly though and helpful with information as well.

Room was comfortable but we needed two pillows each, very clean and welcoming. Only criticism is the fire alarm went off at 4.00 am and it would have been nice to have received an apology or notice in reception. The breakfast was not really very good.

Was given complimentary late check out as I'm a silver member but no welcome drink and I forgot to ask though I shouldn't have to. Room only seemed to have fan system and no air conditioner so very warm despite leaving window open and limiter stops window from opening more than a few inches

Room very small and compact, the servicing of the rooms was a total lottery, every day there was an issue, one spare pillow for a double bed? No towels, no milk, no replacement of plastic cups, or a combination of the later take your pick. Breakfast time was equally average, with poor ingredients, badly cooked and always served lukewarm. To be fair all of the issues were addressed once highlighted but felt we spent our time chasing concerns.

Good location. Close to local amenities. Small but clean room, same with bathroom. Room felt quite dark at times, lighting could be better. Some noise in the morning but to be expected in London!

I like staying here and the price is often very competitive for London; it is close to Greenwich Park which is great for run around in the morning (or a walk on a summers evening); and there are fast links into London Bridge for work. The hotel rooms are nothing special but are clean and tidy; staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything and the local restaurants provide a range of foods.
