« Good location & value »

Allocated foom on ground floor on arrival but staff very helpful in finding an alternative on the 2nd floor. Breakfast just about OK but felt a bit limited. Room very comfortable - a bit small for anything more than a couple of nights though. Great for exploring Greenwich - but getting into central London needs a bit of a committment - wouldn't suit someone who needs everything on the doorstep!

« Young dynamic super friendly but under achieving »

The crew was fantastic but lacking some steering from management, with the exception of one, we could not get a smile from. The bar is very limited and seating was not always comfortable. Rooms are ok with the exception of the all in plastic bathrooms. The next door restaurant is fantastic with great “cuisine a la Française”

This is my second stay at this hotel. Greeting was slow both times and check in is a little confusing but the hotel is clean and comfortable and it is a great location in Greenwich.

My room smelt so bad I had to move, the air conditioning did not work for three nights and my room was not made up on my first night, all coping with my father in hospital. I was very unhappy being a member of your scheme.

Found rooms just a little small for 2 people. We also had issues with the electrical in our first room. Response to this was uneven. First, some night staff had no idea where to locate appropriate converters, yet next day other staff found several. Despite use of converters, electric in our first room appeared to not be working. There was no one on staff who knew how to fix, and when someone from outside did appear, no one knew where the electrical panel was. Eventually we changed rooms, to an "older-style" room. Actually liked it better. Enjoyed the "pod" bathroom there. Electrical worked, but in the end we had to go out to "Pound Store" and purchase a bunch of converters for ourselves.

« A good stay in Greenwich where at the Ibis Greenwich which met our expectations. »

We stayed for two nights using the hotel as a bed and breakfast while we are out during the days and evenings. Accommodation was clean and everything worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived about 2 PM and were able to obtain a car parking space the duration of our stay which was very helpful. All in all a good report.

« Very comfortable and a feeling of welcome »

We rejected the first 2 rooms but were satisfied with the 3rd. The check in person was very good in finding a good room for us without any trouble. The air conditioning system was disappointing as the best way to keep cool was to open the window - but the traffic noise was too much. Car parking was good. We will stay here again.

« Disappointing for the price »

Check in girl was a really polite and helpful and unfortunately everything else went down hill after this. Air conditioning did not cool the room but made a lot of noise. Shower room extract fan didn't work at all. Had to sit sideways on the toilet as no room to get knees in front of the pan. Lighting was so bad in shower room the door had to be left open to see. For a supposedly re fitted room for which we were charged extra for there was paint and plaster missing from the headboard wall. Then we went for breakfast! Cold plate, cold eggs, cold bacon. 2 black mushrooms stuck to the plate. The sausage was good and at least Luke warm.
