« Well appointed, clean and friendly, helpful staff - but slipping a bit. »

The "reception" area has never been as efficient as it was before the old reception desk was removed and is particularly confusing and frustrating when the hotel is busy. Juggling with phones and tablets and a laptop on the bar and then nipping out the back, all just to check us in. No complaints with the staff - just the system. We reported a malfunctioning bedside light on the first night. This wasn't fixed by the time we left two days later. The short flush on the toilet didn't work. The hotel is ideally situated and is perfectly clean. The rooms are simply yet adequately furnished and the beds comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful as always.

« Clean, modem room but stay were not were great »

Lets just say ordering a drink at the bar was slow. We ordered pizza in and waited at the bar for a drink. To cut a long story short the pizza arrived before the drink.. an hour later. Ignored by staff. Only wanted a bottle of coke. Room was lovely and clean, just very disappointed in the attitude of staff members/being ignored.

We stayed here overnight whilst attending the Country Music Festival at the O2. Easy online check in, courteous receptionist. The room was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, and free WiFi. Nice English breakfast the following morning. So all in all, an ideal place to stay.

when you arrive at 1am tired, really wanting to get to sleep the last thing i e letter was having a long discussion about parking charges. i was leaving g the hotel at 7am. i was told the fee for parking would be £15 for a 24 hour period. i only needed parking for 6 hours and i asked how much. the answer was £15. having already spent £95 on a simple room for only 6 hours use i feel trielt robbed a a further hyper inflated charge. to add further anger i found out that opposite reception, i could have left my car on the street for FREE! it is a shame that the informative receptionist didn’t share this knowledge and save me a further expense. I know that the parking charge is at the descretion of the hotel and feel that being charged £15 was not necessary

This is the first time we have stayed at an IBIS. Only needed a one night stay and the price was competetive. Booking was easy and the breakfast was very good for the price. Only issue, was we felt the toilet was a bit too cramped in our bathroom (not enough leg room and meant your knees touched the wall) Otherwise the bathroom was absolutely fine. The staff were helpful on arrival and during our stay. Breakfast was very good and well worth having. All in all an enjoyable stay and am sure we will consider again.

A warm welcome and easy check-in. All staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot, with a good shower. There was desk space for working in the room - but the room was not warm (even with the temperature set at the highest possible - maybe it was faulty).
