« Comfortable spacious room and satisfactory service »

Great front desk service, checked in early and was able to assist me with a room I requested. Comfortable stay overall, room was spacious and I liked the separate shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Minor issue with cleaning service, we came back at 4pm and room was still not cleaned, wish it started earlier. And asked to have the Nespresso machine looked at since it was not working properly but no one came to take a look. Other than that, a great stay, staff is in general very professional and helpful.

Stayed for 1 week in the executive room. The room was ok. But looks old and outdated. Shower pressure was very weak. Lounge was good. Breakfast and evening happy hour was good. Food variety was good. Service was good.

It was a privilege to stay again at the Grand Ambassador Seoul, Enjoyed the comfort of the executive room and lounge and best hospitality of the supportive hotel personal. Room is well equipped, comfort bed with great bedding, sofa and the Nespresso coffee machine, bath with shower and bathtub all very clean. The Gym is just what I need after a long day of hard work, clean with all practice instrumentation. Highly recommended

I like to stay in Pullman everywhere in the world. However, it was my first time staying at Pullman Seoul. I like the housekeepers, they were very kind and they greet the guest in english with a warm smile. I met a few staffs totally the opposite of the housekeepers. They didn't greet the guest and not even a smile even though we had an eye contact. The service was good and the communication was okay. I felt the tense of the staff when they are dealing with foreigners. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with different type of veriety foods. Since i couldn't try the facilities and the restaurants, i would definitely come back and have a greater experience.

« As a platinum member, this property did not meet my expectations compare to other properties. »

Pullman stay was somewhat disappointing compare to other properties. As a platinum, I had higher expectations. Unfortunately, the service was poor. 1) Room/Bathroom outdated, property seem old, needs a good remodeling (Totally not what I expected from a Pullman label). 2) Check-in / Check-out, did not feel the warm welcome like other properties. 3) Food service - happy hour / breakfast was very disappointing (ran out of food and did not restock). Did not have access to the spa/sauna (charge a fee for a platinum member), not acceptable.

The room is good, service is good, but cleanliness has to be improved. There is a bunch of hair near the toliet door and red lip mark on the cup. The are also stains on the pillow cover.

We had a great time during our stay. I booked for 3 rooms and so far the rooms assigned to us are all good. We love the espresso and the shuttle bus because we can always go to some tourist destinations with the help of the shuttle bus. The rooms are spacious and clean.
