« Expected better on last stay compared to previous stay. »

Last time, the service level was better. This time, it was nothing special and the service personnel especially front end like the old gentleman in concierge seemed very preoccupied once asked for assistance though he was very free. The reception service level was better in the previous stay. This time was very disappointing especially when I kindly requested for booking Chinese restaurant. I usually visit Seoul on business every quarter, my next stay will surely reconsider my choice of stay. Thank you.

Room was great, but I had registered for estandby and wasn't offered an upgrade even though those rooms were still available when I checked in. Also was disappointed that basic amenities (toothbrush) were in minibar and had to be paid for.

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 kids. The hotel room is terrifice. we had 2 twin bed, but the size of the bed is big and very comfortable. the breakfast was good. they have shuttle service to Myeongdong area. Their front desk and guest relation service are also excellent. they handled our problem perfectly.

Although this year, my status dropped to gold and i can't enjoyed the accor privilege within this hotel.. the overall experience still great. This time no club lounge and best room upgraded but the prompt service for shuttle buses make for it..

« Very unpleasant surprise on my first stay at Grand Ambassador »

Upon arrival, we were arranged a 3-bed room on 3/F. However, both my wife and I found a strange smell like rotten stuff in the toilet. We were then arranged another one on 5/F. The water tap on the washing basin has water coming out when I turned on the tap of the shower and bathtub. The holder of the shower was also broken and can’t hold the shower firmly. Your engineer couldn’t fix it on the first night and needed to come again on the second day.

A few minutes walk from the tube station. No proper supermarket but a few convenient shops near the hotel. A bit out dated but well equipped a room with a big work desk, comfortable bed, tea making facilities..... And, The poor sleep quality caused by some noisy neighbors, especially kids. A few black molds on the walls in a bathroom. Not clean bed spreads, cushion covers.

Coming back to a Pullman Hotel always feels like home, since I used to spend many nights in Pullman Jakarta. The staff here is extremely friendly, the amenities are great and the shuttle bus drivers are the best. Furthermore, my requests for early check-in and late check-out was approved so that helped a lot! One tiny thing that miffed me was the executive lounge part. I was told that even if my room was upgraded to Executive, I could not use the Executive Lounge due to Gold status. This was a pain point, since I was on a 6-day business trip.

« great to stay there as usual but.. »

Everytime I stay there, I feel very comfortable but this time felt little bit disappointed due to some development area I found. Even be there with gold tier of Accor, I didn't receive welcome gift which is guranteed as membership benefit. Also TV in the room didn't work well. I had to repeatedly turn it on and off to avoid blackout. Also, hand towels was not prepared in the washroom as well. Except those, I felt comfortable as usual.
