« I was very relaxed. »

It was a beautiful hotel, and upgraded the room. The staff was very kind and answered accurately to the questions. The suite room was very spacious and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that there was no toothbrush and shaving. Other pullman hotel were prepared. Other amenities have empty boxes as well.

The attention to detail provided by the ground lobby staff was exceptional. I also appreciated the daily shuttle buses to Myeongdong and Insadong. But what really shines was the warmness of the hospitality. I would stay here again for my next visit to Seoul.

This is my third time stay at the hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, easy to book, quick respond from management regarding our request. Excellent service from the staffs. The location is strategic, KAL Limousine from the airport, free shuttle to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun, bus stop in front of the hotel, subway station just 5 minute walk, close to convenience store.

I initially booked a total of five (5) rooms consisting of one deluxe room and four superior rooms for six nights. I was traveling with my family. Upon checking-in at the hotel on 2nd January 2019, two of the superior rooms were upgraded to deluxe type of rooms. I was so excited and thankful as the rooms were on the same floor except for the superior rooms. However I was not worried much as the superior rooms were connected to each other with internal doors. On the contrary, I was also able to use the SPA facilities for free. The SPA facilities were located at basement and provided a world class facility. The hotel had provided a shuttle bus service daily for the guests departing the hotel every hour until 10:00PM for Myeondong, a popular tourists spot for shopping and eating. This service was set free which we really enjoyed as we did not have to walk to the nearby Metro Station to move around. We checked out the hotel on the 8th January, leaving with us a great fond of memories and enjoyable experiences.

Good service We book 2 different room, one is deluxe and another is twin bed standart...got upgrade to deluxe king but we rejected because we need 2 beds. From the moment we arrived and greet by the concierge we felt warm already eventhough it was -10 degree outside. The check in process, 6 nights stay everything is smooth. Room service is efficient eventhough we order foot at new year eve Housekeeping is very fast service everytime we call and ask for something we get them in a flash.. « Great Service, but smell of smoke in air conditioning system was a big let down. »

Service was great from start to finish. Dining was great. Staffs were very helpful. The biggest draw back was the smoking smell in the air conditioning system. We have to open the window to get some fresh air.
