In town on business and wanted to stay close to airport. Location of the hotel is good for that reason, however the Hotel itself is in dire need of some upgrades. Staff is OK but not very attentive. Rooms (I stayed in one of the studio´s) could really do with an upgrade. The day room in the studio was just a couple of sofa´s and a TV. Nothing done to make this attractive to use during daytime, so I actually used the desk in the bedroom. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and again could do with an upgrade. Some chairs had broken armrests and the coffee machine was leaking all over the desk and the floor and it took over 20 minutes before staff noticed and fixed it. I would like to commend the Hotel cleaning staff, who were helpful and understanding and made the extra effort

Room was good. Gym facilities were good although there was no water in the cooler so couldn't get a drink. Service in the bar area was slow (I was the only person in the bar and took me 15 minutes to get a drink). Food options available in the restaurant were extremely limited - little more than pizza was available

Dirty room, full of spider webs looking like never cleaned in the past few years, stained drapes and carpet, broken furniture. Room full of mosquitos, so many that I couldn’t sleep for a minute the whole night and anyway next morning I was full of mosquito bites.

the stay was nice, the room was clean and the restaurant was pleasant. The staff gave me an iron, so I was delighted with the service also. the shower would be OK with just one shower head, it was complicated to take a shower.

Positives: Good location, comfortable beds, spacious room Negatives: Room was dirty in places (the bathroom door had something spilt down it), the room service menu was very limited and very poor value for money, long queues at check-out (couldn't do speedy check-out as the invoice was wrong)

« About what I expected and a little better in some areas »

Room good size but decor looking a little tired, desk seat stained, edge of wood around doors chipped and scratched, grouting in shower stained & repaired too many times etc- generally OK ish. Plus side bed comfortable, evening restaurant food good but menu v.limited; wine choices excellent for this level of hotel. Few staff so fairly long waiting times leading to slow service.

From my experience during my short stay at the hotel I found the staff to be very congenial and helpful, helping to make my stay very comfortable. The location was ideal for the purpose of my stay. Really bad breakfast and shower. I have stayed atleast 6 times this year and I have told them this every time but no action was taken. The staffs are nice though.

good stay overall, check-in a bit lengthy, friendly staff good breakfast. Didn't like that "do not disturb" sign was not respected, and room was made up instead - I had put it for good reasons: 1. I like my privacy and nobody around when I didn't have time to hang up my clothes etc. 2. Housekeeping in most hotels changes towels anyhow - no matter what you do to tell them they shouldn't - which I consider a waste of resources. Certainly the intention was good but guest wish should be respected.

AIRco not working (making very loud noise) . Had to open the window during the nights which brought many mosquitoes and noise from outside. For the 2 nights I stayed I could not sleep much. It seems that it was not only me , as when I complained at the service desk other guests complained as well. If your air o does not work, please advice guests about it.
