« Very warm in hotel room, refridgerator not working »

The hotel room was very warm, I had to sleep with the window completely open to have any kind of sleep. The refridgerator was also not working. Went to reception beginning of the week, only last evening of my stay it was finally working.

I stayed two weeks in your hotel and many times before as location convenient. If not location, would not choose this hotel again. 1. Room - ok quality to price. Some days towels were missed in provisioning, and coffee not given even if used, but provided if asked for. 2. Reception - Good service and helpful. Manager of hotel nice to talk to and accommodating guests requests. 3. Breakfast itself - very good. Breakfast service - TERRIBLE. Around 09:00 some food is naturally over (sausages, scrambled eggs, white bread) and needs to be filled up. I was waiting 15 minutes without saying anything but no food was filled back. Then when I asked for sausages, the guy said: its 15 minutes. so it is 30 MINUTES altogether and only if someone asks! Please, do not treat guests like idiots who will give up when they hear 15 minutes - the time when breakfast is usually over and you do not feel eager to provide full set of food till breakfast time is done. I do not mention the guy started cleaning joghurts and other stuff FAR before end time of breakfast. Fix it, bad impression. 4. Hotel entrance. Embarassing. Rubbish bin can be full and trash outside - it was like that for 2 (!) days! In front of hotel where hotel service walks around all the time - nobody bothered to clean the bin in FRONT of hotel. 5. Bar - good service

Our offices are in Diegem so this hotel is the closest Accor brand and I was not disappointed. Rooms are huge even if the hotel itself is not that big. Breakfast buffet is well stocked. All you need to be aware of is that NATO is next door so do not be surprised by people in uniforms.

We like the check-in process on-line and the fast check-out. The hotel is well located, ear the airport. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was nice and professional.

Breakfast service fell apart when dealing with a coach load of tourists - ran out of food and utensils, and coffee machine was broken resulting in an extension cable being run across the floor.

« The dirtiest hotel I have ever been »

My room was all broken and dirty and there was still garbage on the ground from the previous guest. There is no plug near the bed which makes it very difficult to charge phones and computer.

Everything worked ok. The shuttle bus only runs on certain times but the local bus from the airport (12 or 21) passes the hotel (stop: Da vinci).

In town on business and wanted to stay close to airport. Location of the hotel is good for that reason, however the Hotel itself is in dire need of some upgrades. Staff is OK but not very attentive. Rooms (I stayed in one of the studio´s) could really do with an upgrade. The day room in the studio was just a couple of sofa´s and a TV. Nothing done to make this attractive to use during daytime, so I actually used the desk in the bedroom. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and again could do with an upgrade. Some chairs had broken armrests and the coffee machine was leaking all over the desk and the floor and it took over 20 minutes before staff noticed and fixed it. I would like to commend the Hotel cleaning staff, who were helpful and understanding and made the extra effort
