« Overall, I was satified, but there is still room for improvement at Novotel. »

Rooms of improvement include the state of towels, the cleanliness of bed sheets. I also had to send reminders for the daily tea milk to be replenished, since this was already missed for 02 days.

it was not a good experiance from the first day the hotel bus was not there, where i arrived at 2AM and i asked one police man to drop me at hotel.

Though some of the rooms need to be renovated I had a very pleasant stay, mainly thanks to very friendly staff. The rooms are big enough, air conditioning and the fridge were working fine. Internet is a bit slow but it is the same everywhere in town. I requested a boiler and got one within the next 10minutes. Every single staff was nice and ready to assist immediately.

I stay at Novotel La Tchadienne once a month, I've been doing this for several years. My first visit was in 2006. I like the staff - they have become friends. iI like the location. I love the pool.

It was good in the context of Ndjamena. However, I have found that there is no improvement in terms of modernizing the hotel. It has still kept the prefab look it has ten years ago when I was working in Chad. There are many new hotels in Ndjamena. Novotel will end losing higher class customers if it keeps att the same level.

I have never seen a branded hotel giving such a worst expeeience. Hotel could not send or receive emails. Hotel could not arrange complimentary airport transfers. Hotel didnt have wifi internet. In spite of making prepaid booking, hotel charged us again at the time of check out. WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

The rooms in the renovated wing of the N'Djamena Novotel are comfortable. The internet wifi connection was very poor, and become just awful at the end of my stay, when the hotel was changing system to go to a satellite based one. For a hotel belonging to a French chain, the food should present more variety (the menu is fairly limited) and be better tasting. Its presentation also was not always up to par. Most of the staff was courteous and some of them were outstandingly pleasant.

Well, the hotel is generally good but no internet or WI-FI on the old wing, with today and time technology is key. This is very depressing especially knowing the good reputation of other Chain of Novotel hotels. The bathroom soaps have all expired, this is a major concern.

1. The staff is friendly but lacks initiative and drive; 2. The Director is doing a tremendous job trying to compensate for the shortage in his personnel, he should be promoted once he is done in this place; 3. There is no Internet access, how can one do business in such case !!!; 4. The menu could be more varied; 5. My points take forever to be hadded in my account, how is so ???

Sir, I would like to congratulate you on the management of your establishment. As you are probably aware I was responsible for the booking of reservations, logistics and security of up to eight clients including myself during a recent short term contract in Chad. My work was a large responsibility but again the professionalism of your staff eased a lot of my concerns. My clients were extremely happy with the location and service and I can assure you these clients can sometimes be difficult due to the stress of their work. I did not have any complaints from any clients during my stay of almost two months. I would especially like to mention Ms Maimouna Abdoul who was my initial contact at the hotel and could not be more welcoming and professional. Monsieur Mokrane for his ever present assistance, I do not know how the hotel would manage without him frankly. The two young gentlemen who work at the reception desk and the two back office staff including Monsieur James. Monsieur Brahim Badari was of assistance to me in all my initial tasks and continued to be available for questions. If you would provide me with an email address for the French Headquarters I would be happy to forward a thank you letter. Poor quality of services, old staff not client oriented, particularly at the reception which is really unfriendly and perhaps rather incompetent. Also, rates negotiated in an untransparent manner, on a case by case according to the person (notably my case of a long term stay, still not convinced on the willingness to make business). Slow management reaction on client's requests.In sum: extraordinary expensive for the quality of services provided.

Curtsy of the staff is very good. I am enjoying my stay. Shortcomings are the Internet connexion; the food who is not as good as I think it could be AND I have not yet been given my full entitlement of points for my stay... Please do send me my CLUB card or copy it, unfortunately I noticed that I am still missing the month of September (send my card to NOVOTEL N'Djamena) That said, although the hotel is in need of repairs in some areas, the efforts of some of the staff are to be commanded, while others need a bit of encouragement to fulfill their mission. A challenge for the Director, but one that I am sure he will be able to rise-up to.

The renovated room was ok, the assistance for the meeting room was great. However, I spent 4 nights, only once was my room done. I requested several times a technician to check the water evacuation of the shower. The problem was never resolved throughout my stay.
