Bed was comfortable,good breakfast,WiFi was out of order for two days so couldn’t check my work emails,the shower was leaking but as I made the reception staff aware they got it fixed.Some of the reception staff were very welcoming but some others were not as nice.Isolation of the windows could be improved as could feel fresh air through windows and noisy outside.

« Run down, poor breakfast, small rooms, less than expected. »

We had a group of 8 rooms. They were small and not very clean. There was no desk which made working difficult. Housekeeping was inattentive, not refilling soap until I specifically left a note. Hairdryer was left broken for several days. One day, they took the dirty towels and did not leave any clean ones. Breakfast was poor, not restocked often enough and with with very few fresh options. I would not stay here again. The front desk staff were very kind, however.

Generally speaking our stay was good. Only complaint was that when we arrived (at noon) we were not able to check in because the our room was given being given as a late check out to the previous occupant (according to staff). We had come in on a international flight and were very tired. We left and came back at 2:30 and the room was still not ready for almost another half hour. Otherwise our stay was good.

A lovely stay. We stayed here for 3 nights and travelled to Disneyland Paris and back for 2 of the days. The hotel was clean and our room was a great family suite. Enough space for the 3 of us! Transports was close and easy to use. Breakfast was good. Would return!

« A nice and easy hotel for a short get a way »

One major advantage is the fact that the metro stops literally in front of the hotel! The check in experience was nice and quick and the room consist of all the basic wants and needs, a great bed for sure! However, we woke up every morning quite early because of loud talking people on the terrace (we suppose). We like sleeping with the window open, so this was quite a bummer. But overall, we had a good experience!

Our stay was short but thorougly enjoyable. Nice clean rooms, very nice staff. Breakfast was good, but very, very busy. One additional distribution point for the hot items would help reduce the waiting time.

« NOT REALLY AN IBIS STYLE !! »

I would like to highlight that it is not enough to paint the walls with nice images and put modern furniture to transform an old and "very used" hotel into an ibis style. Bathroom with mold everywhere!

Welcoming and very fast check in, clean room, quiet, and with a "street art" deco rather nice. All the people i've ran into were very polite, nice and helpfull. I was there for professionnal reason, and could conduct my business in the best conditions possible. I'd recommend this place.

« Excellent quality for the price »

Perfectly located for visiting Paris, with the metro right on the doorstep. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well equipped. We had a family room which gave us and the kids our own space. Breakfast was included and had everything you could need to start your day. Will definetely stay again.

« Noisy rooms and poor breakfast »

First we had room 611 which had a broken window that did not close properly. After complaining to the reception we received another room which was better, but still we couldn't sleep well cause we heard literally everything from the other rooms. Also, in our second night the fire alarm went off for no reason at 3:00 AM in the morning. The breakfast options were very limited and we couldn't find any seats at 8 in the morning

Everything was great! The room was small but clean. The only "negative part" was that the restaurant was not working during my stay.
