« Noisy rooms and poor breakfast »

First we had room 611 which had a broken window that did not close properly. After complaining to the reception we received another room which was better, but still we couldn't sleep well cause we heard literally everything from the other rooms. Also, in our second night the fire alarm went off for no reason at 3:00 AM in the morning. The breakfast options were very limited and we couldn't find any seats at 8 in the morning

We have stayed with you 4 times when going to the Paris Masters andhave been happy with the hotel however this time we stayed in Room 101 and the bath sealant was covered in black mould - photo available we thought this was unnecessary as neither sealant nor bleach is expensive the light by the bed and the light in the entrance did not work presumably because the bulbs has gone. On the first morning the restaurant was very full for breakfast but they had closedhalf of it and it was difficult to find somewhere to sit.

The hotel was convenient, the rooms was always clean, the Wi Fi access was excellent. The breakfast wasn't that good but acceptable. Very near to the Metro station which makes it very easy to go to any place in Paris.

I stayed for business but in hindsight I don’t think it was a great hotel for business. While the location was great and the rooms were comfortable there wasn’t a desk and the breakfast experience was horrible (chaos).

« A pretty good stay »

I stayed here for business. The location is great. But it wasn't really a great place for business - there was no desk in the room (but there was a sliding table) and there were so many people staying that the breakfast experience was horrid (too many people / messy / noisy / not enough cutlery). On the positive side, the room itself was nice (but small) and the bed comfortable.

« Ok for overnight stop, 2 nights cracks start to appear »

Bedroom good, bathroom ok but if u hang towels/ robe etc up in covers loo roll/ gets it wet. Came back after day out to no water at all, local problem, they put info on reception desk but as we had checked in the previous day we had no reason to go to reception. Should have put notice in the lifts so everyone could see. We had planned to shower and change and go back out.Pretty unpleasant not to wash! Was off for 2 hours, we even had to buy water , they had no change for the vending machine. The hotel knew at lunch time this would happen they should have prepared by putting jugs of water out etc, not impressed having to pay 3 euros a bottle. Tea and coffee in reception was very inconsistent and not available when water was off. Again not rocket science to keep flasks topped up . The bar service was very slow although the chap very nice. Breakfast felt like a school canteen, the guy in charge seemed on a mission to tell people to move, a section was vaguely cordoned off don't know why place was heaving but even if guest had started to eat breakfast he made them move, a young couple with a pram and baby were clearly upset, it was extremely rude and unnecessary in my opinion, they are guests not school kids. The morning we left we had NO HOT WATER! had a delightful cold shower, couldn't be bothered to complain as the front desk staff were busy, overall not a good experience, got the impression hotel is usually busy so you don't need to make the effort to please guests.

Booked a room for 2 nights to attend a concert nearby and I couldn't dream of a closer accommodation. Really nice and clean room as well as welcoming and helping staff. Would recommend.

« No frills urban hotel with convenient location & good breakfast »

The room was stark and small - no chair!! and bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. Bar area was VERY noisy at night. These drawbacks were evened out by the convenient location, metro stop, and extraordinarily plentiful breakfast. I am unsure if I will stay again, knowing what I know about room itself. I needed a car to travel to the meetings outside of Paris. The parking garage underneath was convenient but price seemed high. I did not compare to know if it is competitive.

« Disappointing but passable. »

I thought the staff was not particular helpful or friendly. They couldn’t be bothered to look up from their desk unless you made it clear you needed their attention and then they weren’t very helpful. My room smelled like sewage most of the time.

« Nice and friendly staff, good value for money and perfect location! »

Very good location, easily accessible by metro and RER to almost anywhere in Paris. Bercy Village located just one metro stop away or 10 mts by walk from the lovely gardens with plenty of choices of nice restaurants etc.

Nice location, pleasant staff, easily accessible to every part of Paris by metro or RER, very close to Bercy Village with plenty of nice restaurants, good patio for sitting outside on a nice weather, right opposite Accor Arena and a garden across the hotel for a pleasant walk

« Amazing. »

Amazing and lovely. The staff is super kind and caring, the place itself is really comfortable and relaxing, the room is fantastic. Soft bed, perfect view, and a handy shower. It's really perfect to relax and I'll surely recommend it to whoever needs a room for their trip. Also I hope to come back really soon!
