Thank you for the rooms. I never found a bad service in the restaurant for the breakfast. In the rest, nothing special. I didn't felt my Ac cor privilege card. Even I announced my in satisfaction, the people from the restaurant had the same attitude.

« Value for money with good location »

The hotel is located near to the Bercy metro station. The rooms are clean but could have been little bigger. The breakfast was good and had different options. The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall the good budget hotel.

« Great Stay »

Nice clean room and hotel location is close to transport routes. Breakfast included with choice of breads, cereals, cheese, coldcuts, juices, coffees, teas, fruits. Our twin room had very comfortable beds and pillows.

« Worst hotel I have ever stayed in »

I arrived at 9.30pm last Saturday night having arrived on the train from Nice. The reception sent me to the wrong room first off so dragged all my luggage back downstairs to the reception to find only green tea on the free till 10pm drink trolley - or I was asked to pay over 3 euros for a black teabag on the bar - ripoff. I got to the room unpacked and went to bed - Got up the next morning to the dirtiest bathroom, black mould that you wouldn't believe all over the shower, a plug socket that was broken next to the bed. When I challenged the reception the duty manager he offered me some points as a recompense after seeing the pictures, the comment about the tea was thats all they provide. The staff at breakfast were in a huddle talking, no good mornings or asking if I could find everything I needed - this hotel is dirty, old, and poorly run with a staff that don't care about its customers.

« Terrible experience, won't go back »

I had a terrible experience at this hotel! it was a very hot day and the air conditioning was not working. when I called the reception they told me that indeed it was not working and that he was no idea when it would be fixed. his recommendation was simply that I should open the window! then, in the evening it was VERY noisy (big club dancing party in the terrace) and even with the triple glazed windows it was impossible to sleep or work. I went to the reception and the answer again was that there was nothing they could do, that I should simply wait till the end of the party, which ended up lasting past 11pm! to complete this disastrous experience, the next day at 6am I got a wake up that I have not requested!!! in sum, avoid this hotel! very disappointing!

« Won't recommend to friends »

The toilet had a foul sewage smell coming from it. there was electrical maintenance happening in my floor and the electrician thought he could just open my bedroom's door and walk straight in without even nocking at the door. First time me and my girlfriend were still sleeping at 7 am (!!!!) and on the second time I was just outside of the shower half naked when he decides to open the door. On top of this they had cut off the electricity of the bedroom 5 minutes before so I was forced to open the bathroom's door to let some light in.

« A hotel to avoid! »

Our stay was ruined by a couple of things. The lady looking after the bar meals (restaurant closed all day Sundays in Paris?) was extremely rude, complaining she was working on her own. Stomping around like Basil Fawlty she insulted my wife by ignoring her several times and finding other things to do instead of serving us. We complained at the time but the receptionist did nothing. We booked a suite which was basic to say the least. Dirty toilet which made us want to vomit. Damp was so bad, there were thick black lines around the windows. Don't stay in this room if you have children! Room number is 819 on the top floor. Add all this to banging noises coming from the roof most of the night - avoid at all costs.

« Great location to attend Bercy Arena's event »

I was there to attend the event that was held in Omni Sport Arena (now called Accour Arena). This hotel is the most convenient location and it was great. The room is clean, but wall was thin and you get to hear every conversation in the hallway. Also the heater was not working well and room was cold. They couldn't fix it while my 4 nights stay, but I survived.

« Decent accommodations for decent price »

We came to this hotel in order to be close to the arena where we wanted to see a concert. There was nothing very remarkable about the hotel. It was an average price for an average hotel. I did not like that it didn't come with hygiene items like toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc, but I learned that most French hotels don't.

« Dishonest and disingenuous. Do not trust the Ibis 'Best Price Guarantee' »

Intensely disappointing service. Reassured by Ibis' 'Best Price Guarantee', I chose to book directly with Ibis, rather than on LowCostHolidays, where the same room was £100 cheaper. Ibis' 'Best Price Guarantee' claims to not only better any other offer you can find within a 24 period or so, but to beat it by 10%. You are required to submit screen grabs of the better offer, which I duly did. Some time passed, and I did not receive anything from Ibis, bar the odd perfunctory email saying they were dealing with my claim. Over a 3 month period (during which my stay at the hotel itself came and went), I received nothing but a series of standardised emails saying that Ibis/Accor had 'escalated my claim to the appropriate department' (which I was told several times over a three month period) which I only received after chasing them myself. Eventually, I received a response, over 3 months after I had initially submitted the claim, saying that Ibis would not grant the refund I was entitled to under their 'Best Price Guarantee', because the screen shots did not include the Terms and Conditions. This was notably disingenuous for a number of reasons. Firstly, nowhere in the instructions for the 'Best Price Guarantee' was it mentioned that it was crucial that the Terms and Conditions was included in the screen shot. Secondly, I remain unconvinced that - given the dimensions of a screen shot - it would even be possible to include full text of Terms and Conditions alongside the fundamental details of price/date etc. Finally, if Ibis had got back to me in a timely fashion, (rather than waiting 3 months), then I might have had a chance of returning to the other offer to do a further screen grab of Terms and Conditions. In sum - I found Ibis customer service to be inconsiderate and ultimately dishonest. I would strongly recommend not booking directly through their website (and certainly not trusting their highly dubious 'Best Price Guarantee') and I will personally not be staying at an Ibis or Accor hotel again. Once at the hotel itself, the room and check-in were fine, however my experience dealing with Ibis/Accor customer service team eclipses the fairly unremarkable experience of my stay at the hotel.

- The receptionist provided very good service. - The room is cleaned quite well everyday. - I like the place providing in front of the breakfast area for temporary working or waiting for someone. However, it would be very kind if some books will be provided there. - Sometimes I saw that there are plastic glasses served in coffee corner. I prefer paper glasses rather than plastic glasses because of safe and protecting heat. - The kind of breakfast should be changed every 1 - 2 days. For example, new menu could be salad, salami, egg etc.

Concerning the books, we had last year the books and we will put new one as soon as possible. For the plastic glasses, be assured that normally we had paper glasses and not plastic one but sometimes we do not receive your order one time and we must put plastic one unfortunately. At last, for the breakfast, in Ibis Styles, it has been developed by a dietitian that is why we do not have some product like salami but we will think about some products which could be change everyday. « Not the Best Ibis style »

The room was OK. Bed was good. But No plugs was working in the room so you need to use the bathroom one to charge your telephone. It was warm in the room on arrival and Air cond was not working because it was September. I did the Online checkin but at arrival you need to queue still... It was fashion week and the price was very expensive on that night.

« What's not to like! »

This was a stress free stopover in a comfortable and convenient hotel at the start of our holiday in France. It is close to the Gare Bercy for car drop off on autotrain, near the metro for a quick trip into central Paris for a sneaky bit of sightseeing and Parisians watching. Back to grab our luggage and a coffee -no charges - then to Gare Lyon for TGV to Narbonne, car pick up then on to our holiday by the Med..

A modern hotel with generally good comfort. Only negative is the bed which moves from the wall if you lean on the headboard. Small room but normal for Paris. Good location with a lovely terrace behind looking onto the park for breakfast. Plentiful breakfast.

« Under my expectations »

Good - Hotel crew was helpful and friendly. Bed: - Hotel looks well used - Poor breakfast selection ( no hot breakfast at all, exept toast... ) - Restaurant crew slow a bit with the used dishes and cleaning and filling up the washed dishes - Cleanliness of the dishes was terrible for the breakfast. - Weird design for the colors and furniture

« Small room without proper table »

The room is small by ibis standard. I would had expected ibis styles hotel to have slightly better room space than ibis hotels. There isn't a proper table provided in the room but just a moveable table on roller. Service staffs are courteous and helpful.

« Fare price for the accommodation »

Good accommodation for the price. I’d like to congrats the hotel crew for their hospitality and kindness, especially for the employee Dior that provides a lot of useful information and has a great can do attitude. As a suggestion for improvements: both printers available for the guests were with toner problems (low level and empty cartdrige). I told to the front desk but 1 week later the problem persists. Best regards.
