We had an amazing time celebrating a birthday with two nights at the Sofitel. We spent one night in the beautiful penthouse and the second night in a standard room. When we got back from exploring the town, there was a bottle of bubbly, balloons, and a personal card from Yuang at the front desk. The level of kindness and help was greater than expected. We truly loved our stay at the Sofitel! Thank you!

I was given a room on the 3rd floor. The room had two small square windows and felt like a prison cell. Also the room was not decorated as a luxury hotel should be. The keurig coffee machine needed to be pulled out of the closet and I had to search for an electric outlet to use. There was no desk or chair even though there were large empty spaces available. I chose to stay in this room as I was only there one night and my daughter didn't want me to complain. The pictures of my Superior Double did not look anything like the room I was given. My room was a disappointment.

Rooms are nice. Location is good. Room service brought me the wrong order, then when the corrected it, my waffles were served with sour whipped cream. Apparently it wasn’t that big of a deal for them to serve rotten food because all they offered was to take the item off of the bill.

Greeted professionally at the valet area. Check in with Ben was fantastic! He was professional, a gentleman and very service oriented. Our bed in our room had a dip in it. Did not sleep well at all. The pillows were flat. There was a beautiful welcome bowl of fruit, that was addressed to another guest. In room service, the food was good, however the person answering the phone was not so pleasant.

Checkin was easy and room ready when I arrived. Room was spacious, bed comfy and lots of reading lamps and places to charge electronics (iphone, laptop, kindle etc) - breakfast was yummy, the egg maker is a master of the yolk! Redeemed my drink coupons for a made to order tequila drink. THe only shortcoming was that I ordered a NYTimes for Sunday which didn't come (MOnday was delivered)

Your hotel is lovely, however it was problematic with no porter at the door. I arrived with luggage, just as a big event was leaving and struggled to get all my luggage to the reception desk (four pieces of luggage). No doorman or porter to receive incoming guests.

I was going to a fancy Hollywood party in the immediate area, and wanted a nearby room to use as a staging area for dressing for the party and/or possibly to spend the night, depending on how the evening went. The room was glorious and comfortable. All was ideal.
