Good overall. The bed was very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was also on point. The darkness of The Sofitel is an aspect that I did not like. I was not overly impressed with the pool, also, frankly. I wish there had been a hot tub. I had requested someone to come and wake me up because I'm hard of hearing and miss sounds and unless I'm physically woken up, sometimes I just sleep. Anyway, no one ever came to wake me up, but thankfully I was up already on my own--probably due to going to sleep early.

« Very Nice Hotel, Great Service »

My stay was almost perfect. The bed was absolutely amazing. The room service so fast and the staff so helpful and pleasant. I arrived early and requested early check in and was pleasantly surprised by how accomodating Jack Wellford was at check in. The only drawback was the busy street down below and the cars racing down it in the middle of the night. The windows did not block enough of the noise from the engines as they sped down the street. I would stay here again but I would need white noise to block out the sounds from the street.

we stayed 'sofitel beverly hills' for our son's birthday. and we had a very good time there. all staff is friendly and nice to us. specially Minzhi (^^) , she's very kind and gave us a special memory. thanks for all. your hotel is one of our best hotel ever. ^^

« It was a wonderful family reunion in a perfect , beautiful place. »

Jack Wellford was very helpful. He helped us to upgrade our room, get settled and simply feel at home.. The concierge staff was amazing. They helped us with reservations, prepared a list of late evening venues that fit our family and generally helped to make the best use of our limited time. The outdoor patio could have done with a second chair and I missed a full length mirror when trying to get ready for our fancy dinners. Those are small things but thought you might like to know.

I was ignored. My emails were ignored. My phone calls were ignored. I was lied to about price. I didn’t feel anyone actually cared about how much money and time I was putting into an event that was incredibly important to me. I still haven’t even gotten the final bill even though I have requested it several times. I was made to feel unimportant.

This was my third time staying at the Sofitel Beverly Hills, and as always, I was extremely satisfied! I will continue to stay there and other SOFITEL and Accor hotels. I will be in New York next year and would love to stay at the Sofitel or Novotel NYC.

The most comfortable bed I have personally slept in. Shower was wonderful. Room was very clean and well laid out. Joyce, at the front desk was phenomenal - so friendly and helpful. She alone tipped the scale for me, making our stay at Sofitel an unqualified 10!!!

Carlos at the valet was extremely accommodating when I needed to just run in to change, asking him to leave my car for "just 10 minutes" He did this without question (I made my SoulCycle class easily!). Front desk gracious, room ready and very clean. Lovely smell and selection of bath products.

The bathrobe was old, shredded and had holes. There was food in the garbage by the elevator when i left at 8am and still overflowing in the garbage when I came back at 5pm. Nobody answered the phone for room service.

My experience was amazing. I left completely satisfied. It was a very stylish, trendy, but beautiful hotel right in the heart of beverly hills/west hollywood area. I would 100 percent stay there again and appreciate all the amenities that was supplied as well.

« Great service and location »

Warm welcome from everyone upon entering the hotel. Very clean and convenient location. One thing I noticed was when a gentleman brought my luggage and a bag from the luggage room when I was leaving the hotel, he held it in a way that was damaging to the bag. I wouldn’t mind it if it was a non luxury bag. Since it was a Celine bag I was kind of worried that he would scratch it. Just be careful with luxury bags in the future!

« Favourite hotel! »

This is our families favourite Hotel and this would of been our 7th time staying here. We were celebrating my husbands birthday this time. The bell man was so friendly and took us to a few rooms as when we arrived and saw our room we realised we had two twin beds not two double beds so being my husband myself and daughter we asked if we could change rooms. The bell man took us to three and was very knowledgeable and helpful we were happy with the new room we were given. I left my sunglasses in a Uber whilst returning to our hotel and was unsuccessful in trying to contact the Uber driver to have them returned. I approached reception and got Raymond who was exceptionally helpful and offered to call the driver from his phone which the Uber driver this time picked up. Raymond was instrumental in the return of my sunglasses which I was extremely grateful for they were rather expensive sunglasses so was very pleased to have them returned. I do believe that if it wasn’t for Raymond stepping up I would not of had them returned as I had tried to contact the driver about six times leaving multiple messages but he wouldn’t return them or answer my calls. Raymond was so pleasant and professional and a real asset to your hotel. I will never forget Raymond and what he did for me, thanks again Raymond. I would also like to make a special mention to door man Shawn. We first met Shawn in 2009 and having been back most years since he always remember us and is so pleasant with a very warm smile. We love Shawn another asset to your hotel.
