From front desk to concierge to valet to housekeeping. Just phenomenal experience overall. We had a great time. It was my daughter's 16th bday, and the team made sure that she had a great and special experience along with her three friends. They made her and her friends feel at home and comfortable and often times and luxury hotels, teens can be made to feel out of place. We will be back!

Our suite badly needs renovation, the HVAC doesn’t work—cold in the room, NO control. Very disappointing

From the moment pulling up, was greeted right away by the valet attendants (even though taking uber). A gentleman helped with my bag into lobby. While waiting, the front desk acknowledged I was there and that someone will be with me shortly. Once checking-in, I got escorted to the elevators and was given the breakdown of all amenities and the event going on that evening. Room was clean and comfortable. My first time at a Sofitel in the US - I have stayed in the Bangkok location couple times - and it’s been great. Amazing job to the team!

drove 7 hours and our first room was horrible. I bring my own bed linen and when I pulled the mattress pad back it was full of feathers and what looked like old blood or mold stains. Made me sick to my stomach to find luxury hotel with this type of problem. Immediate attention was given to us for another room but they had to move us all over agAIN and I was tired from driving seven hours. Apparently housekeeping needs more training on cleaning a room. When I arrived late one night, my reservation could not be found. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful so she was great, however I cannot figure out how a confirmed reservation is not found. What’s even more surprising is that despite not having a reservation, I had been charged the amount of the room that very morning.

We had a free upgrade and the room was fab. However between 1am and 3 am there was a custodian filling wheelie bins and pushing it between rooms, banging the doors closed each time. I went out to see what on earth was going on and he apologized. After that he was quieter but I could still here the trolley wheels and doors opening and closing. So I didn’t get a great nights sleep. Not sure if we were upgraded to that floor because it is always noisy like that on that floor and no one wants it?

Besides the unfortunate earthquakes while we were there The staff was amazing & a great experience Some suggestions is that the pool area have umbrellas & more seating And the rental of the private parties infringed on being a guest Such as Uber wasn't able to pull up through Valet to pick us up The clientele was loud & rowdy bringing the classy hotel way down
