It is a great source of happiness to come to sleep Novotel Bercy. The security is excellent. You swim in a world of smiling employees and very professsionel. From the check-in at the reception, you feel that you do the maximum, of course. The rooms are exceptionally clean. But it is at breakfast that you can understand everything: A nice place, games for teenagers, and surout a very very competent staff. Congratulations to all this team. They are world champions at novotel Bercy France

« Overall a pleasant experience, room very comfortable, no issues in the room, breakfast pretty good. »

Room was very comfortable and had no issues, other than trying to find channels without French voice overs. Breakfast was pretty good, but was surprised waiters did not speak much English at all. Check in was very quick and smooth and the receptionist was very friendly. The receptionist on the second day was a little cold in her manner and seemed like she wanted to answer my questions with as little effort as possible. But I got the information I needed in the end. Overall a pleasant experience and would book again.

We enjoyed the hotel a lot and all staff were very polite and helpful. Only problem is that 5 days after checking out we are still waiting for the money that you blocked when we checked in to be unblocked from our account You have been paid from our account for your final invoice . So this puts me off booking again unfortunately .

I stayed for 3 nights for the BTS concerts. The location was perfect, and the room was good enough as expected. It would be nicer if the hotel security guards could speak (at least basic) English.

« Disappointed With Novotel Paris Bercy - not worth the money »

It did not start very well as we arrived early and of course our room was not ready. We managed to drop off our luggage and opted to stay to have a coffee at the bar (it was 1pm). We asked to put it on our room bill, which was refused as the check in was not done - but the manner of the refusal was borderline rude. When we returned and arrived to The room, it was very tired, and was also small to fit a family of four. There was dampness / mould in the bathroom, the handle of the shower was very loose and the size of the toilet cubicle was also an issue - it seems to be fit for a child of 5! We relayed our concerns to the reception but aside from noting it, nothing was done. We had breakfast as well, and again we were disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. Our children wanted boiled eggs - the eggs were there but the machine had broken down, the employees had just removed the machine but not the eggs or notice and timers, meaning we had to ask where it was!! When asked, the employee made no effort to even help us to get boiled eggs, but instead told us to have fried eggs. The jam dispenser was not working either. Overall we do not see how this hotel can be 4 stars, and pales in comparison with Novotel Amboise and Novotel Versailles. Novotel Paris Bercy is definitely NOT worth the money and is not a four star hotel.

The place is perfect if you want to be near of the Accor Hotels Arena because you will assist to a concert ! The hotel staff was so nice and useful. But for 170E the night, it's not worth the price. The room is not that big and not that clean. In my room, there is a problem of light so I have to open and close the digital door several times. The bathroom sink was clogged and stank, there was hair in the holes, it was quite disgusting. More than that, for such a price, I thought there would be a toothbrush and goodies but I only had a very small tube of soap... So basically : you will pay the location of the hotel but inside of the room, it could be way better.

It is at a central location. There is road works going on right in front of the hotel so the outlook from the street is not so good. But inside is very modern and bright. Room was good size with full size wardrobe, etc. Language was a bit problem but every time I had difficulty I spoke to reception and they were really helpful on all matters. Very happy overall.

« Once again with one of our grandchildren »

We enjoyed another stay with one of our grandchildren who are 12 years old and gladly share the room, an excellent offer by Novotel. Breakfast was nice too, specially the new "pain noir artisanal" - very good! Reception and service was friendly, interest also caused by the African lady serving her fruit juice. One single "problem" was on the last day before leaving shortly afetr 2pm: in the bar, restaurant or terrace no clean table available to take a drink even though almost everyone had left. Eventually a table was then clened and we could sit down and relax before leaving the hotel. Will be back with another one of our grandchildren - they all come to Paris when they're 12! Ulrich F.
