After staying 2 nights at Novotel Bercy Centre, I can say it was amazing! We loved that every time we arrived, there were different candies, it was like home. Also, giving us free bottles of water ❤️. Our last night we ordered room service and it was one of the best pizzas we ever had. Definetly Accord Hotels are THE BEST! From Nice, París, Berlin; we love your Hotels.

« A pleasant experience. »

Fast check-in, easy check-out. The rooms were nice! The USB ports next to the beds are definitely a great plus value. When help was needed, the reception has been friendly and effective. In regards of the improvements, the shower door was not designed perfectly. We ended up with a pond in the bathroom. We had to use towels to absorb the water.

« Discrimination from restaurant because we're Chinese? »

Arrived on 27th Nov, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant plus spoke perfect English. The next night, we decided to try out the hotel restaurant around 6.30pm for dinner, we came out of the elevator to the front reception and saw many Chinese people at the lobby and bar just hanging around before the Jacky Cheung concert. We went up to the bar and asked for table for 2 and your member of staff said "we are not serving food, only some light bites" while pointing to the cured meats and cheese on the bar table. He then turned around and spoke in French to 2 other staff members and then laughed. The restaurant was clearly serving dinner as we later saw a table of 4 Caucasian people being served food. There was a waiter putting down plates of food on their table as I waited at the elevator to go back to my room. I hope your hotel can give me and explanation before I post my experience public. And please to not use the language barrier excuse, we're born in the UK. Even if you had spoke French to us, we wouldn't had mind.

Know that on evenings when there are concerts at the AccorHotel Arena, we offer cold cuts and tapas for our customers, that's why they told you there was no food . After talking about your case with the chefs from the catering team, they tell me they have not had a problem with customers that night, and they are not making fun of you either. We are sincerely sorry if you thought that if, and that you felt a real lack of respect. Hoping that you will not hold it against us, I reiterate my apologies and sincerely believe that this was a mere misunderstanding. Please excuse us again. Before Arriving : It was hard to communicate by e-mail with hotel staffs. I ordered pick up taxi services but hotel staffs rarely replied e-mails to me. Finally I called them. Beside, the price of pick up taxi was different what hotel said. The driver charged me extra 5 euro. After Arriving : Staffs were friendly. Cleaning of the room : Unacceptable. The bathtub was grimy. The cups of tea and tissues were not restocked every day. Breakfast : Very good. It opens 6:30 am. So we can move out the hotel early morning after the break fast. Hotel Key card: sometime it didn't work well. We don't need to give the card the receptionist when we go out the hotel. That is useful. When Depart: We don't need check-out. Just returning the key card. The driver of another pick up taxi to the airport was so kind and nice.

« The staff was excellent in every way and the location perfect. »

The room was small, but adequate and clean. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was very good, but would prefer to have it available a little later. The park behind the hotel was very nice, but nobody mentioned it or that the Seine was nearby. I discovered the Seine and followed it all the way to Norte Dame and the Luxembourg Gardens. It was a wonderful walk. The metro was across the street, as was several restaurants and a convenience store. All in all, it was a great hotel and I will return.

Lovely hotel situated right next to Accor arena so perfect if going to even there. Modern clean rooms and great breakfast. There are a number of cafes/bars across road but no other shops nearby but underground station is across road.

It is a great source of happiness to come to sleep Novotel Bercy. The security is excellent. You swim in a world of smiling employees and very professsionel. From the check-in at the reception, you feel that you do the maximum, of course. The rooms are exceptionally clean. But it is at breakfast that you can understand everything: A nice place, games for teenagers, and surout a very very competent staff. Congratulations to all this team. They are world champions at novotel Bercy France

Room was very comfortable and had no issues, other than trying to find channels without French voice overs. Breakfast was pretty good, but was surprised waiters did not speak much English at all. Check in was very quick and smooth and the receptionist was very friendly. The receptionist on the second day was a little cold in her manner and seemed like she wanted to answer my questions with as little effort as possible. But I got the information I needed in the end. Overall a pleasant experience and would book again.

We enjoyed the hotel a lot and all staff were very polite and helpful. Only problem is that 5 days after checking out we are still waiting for the money that you blocked when we checked in to be unblocked from our account You have been paid from our account for your final invoice . So this puts me off booking again unfortunately .

I stayed for 3 nights for the BTS concerts. The location was perfect, and the room was good enough as expected. It would be nicer if the hotel security guards could speak (at least basic) English.

« Disappointed With Novotel Paris Bercy - not worth the money »

It did not start very well as we arrived early and of course our room was not ready. We managed to drop off our luggage and opted to stay to have a coffee at the bar (it was 1pm). We asked to put it on our room bill, which was refused as the check in was not done - but the manner of the refusal was borderline rude. When we returned and arrived to The room, it was very tired, and was also small to fit a family of four. There was dampness / mould in the bathroom, the handle of the shower was very loose and the size of the toilet cubicle was also an issue - it seems to be fit for a child of 5! We relayed our concerns to the reception but aside from noting it, nothing was done. We had breakfast as well, and again we were disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. Our children wanted boiled eggs - the eggs were there but the machine had broken down, the employees had just removed the machine but not the eggs or notice and timers, meaning we had to ask where it was!! When asked, the employee made no effort to even help us to get boiled eggs, but instead told us to have fried eggs. The jam dispenser was not working either. Overall we do not see how this hotel can be 4 stars, and pales in comparison with Novotel Amboise and Novotel Versailles. Novotel Paris Bercy is definitely NOT worth the money and is not a four star hotel.
