Our check-in was fast, the facility and rooms were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very good. Plus the location was great, and I thought the rate was fair for this area of Toronto. I would stay here again for both business and personal travel.

Great service and product, but there is a need to look at how your PMS/Payment Systems are affective Customer Experience

The team was great as were the rooms product, amenities and F&B outlets....but there is a challenge with how the PMS and automated payment system are working together. I booked as part of a conference room block months in advance. Before arrival, received an email about payment of 1 night in advance, then arrived and all 3 days were charge up front. I was actually ok with that, but before I arrived, the front desk trying to uncharge the other two days. Then the 2nd day, I started receiving alerts from my credit card about another charge, so went back to the front desk to make sure that it was not an accidental charge and was then informed that it was an incidentals charge and that they would do that same charge nightly, and so the 3rd day, because of all the alerts from the credit card and needing to validate to amounts and activity, I spent 15-20 minutes going through the bill with the front desk associate. Now I'm waiting to see if I was properly charged or not and hoping that I don't have to fight incorrect billing or issues via my credit card company. All that said, I really liked the team and the hotel, but as a customer, I don't need the stress of monitoring what's hitting my account daily or not. I travel frequently for business and this part of the experience was a little too messy for me and haven't experienced like this at other brands. Also, I noticed other customers also having similar conversations about the charges etc. which is a sign that something isn't communicated up front when checking in, or something isn't working between the systems for your guests. This hurts the guest and affects the efficiency of the front desk and making their experience with customers very transactional rather than service oriented. Also, when there is a line of guests waiting, they're able to help guests less efficiency. I hope you can look at the systems as it would be of benefit to you and the guests.

Good, but we selected a vegetation menu with tofu for the lunch, but there was no tofu on it and the dessert "selected cakes" gives not enough variety for people who doesn't like cake. A big her variety would have been appréciated.

Loved the hotel! I arrived earlier than expected but had no trouble checking in. The hotel smelled great and all the staff were very friendly. The only problem I experienced was the outlet in the bathroom did not work.

Rooms were great. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and efficient. Food that we had at our event was good. Location was great. The only real issue that I had was with the internet not working. I was transferred to the company who looked after that to do some trouble shooting. After speaking to that person for a few minutes he said he would call me back and never did. So I couldn't use my computer for the 3 days I was there which was very annoying. The only other issue and it was minor, was I asked for more hangers the day I arrived and they never came. I had to call again the next day.

We booked last minute and was excited to try a new hotel as we usually stay at the Sheridan however this was close to our event. We attended a concert and only was able to enjoy the room for about 9 hours - 7 of those were sleeping. It was more than we would have liked for a short stay but the place was clean, nice and the staff was great.

Staff made my stay welcoming and homely. Nice upgraded facilities. Comfortable beds. Could look into changing the bathroom doors as the gap in between makes the bathroom super cold due to the draft of wind coming thru the gap. Otherwise, everything is good
