Good hotel in a good location. Helpful and attentive staff. The room was excellent, good size, quiet and peaceful. The double door bathroom door arrangement was a bit of a pain and felt unnecessary. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice and lovely staff. Concierge and limo service excellent. All round good stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was super clean and the staff were amazing. They even let us check in early as we had so much stuff with us. They made the process a breeze and also walking around downtown was so easy with the location we were in. Our bed was made and towels were replaced each day we were there. Thank for everything, we’ll definitely be back!

My husband and two young boys (3&5) stayed for one night- went to see Bluey at Meridian Hall which was insanely close. Parking on site, many restaurants to enjoy, we loved St. Lawrence Market, our boys had the best time swimming, the rooms were updated and so nice! Staff was outstanding and so kind to our boys. The restaurant on location was exceptional as well as our server- we absolutely will be booking again. Price was very reasonable, parking was extra and check out made our stay more enjoyable at 12pm. We also really loved that guests of Novotel with key access could use entrances and elevators, an easy and awesome safety precaution for a comfortable stay.

For our needs it was close to Union Station where we arrived by train and needed a place to stay before departing by train the next day.. close to shopping and numerous eating establishments ..
