« Very enjoyable overnight stopover which I have used before and will do so again. »

Excellent ! Receptionstaff helpful and friendly, restaurant team also very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. My dog was also made very welcome. Evening meal and breakfast very good.

Hotel well situated for autoroute and tram, plenty of open parking. Rooms small and functional, no kettle, towels very bald. Ok value for money. Restaurant on site with commercial hours, menu limited.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The only problem we had was it was extremely hot inside the rooms and restaurant. The air conditioning appeared not to be working.

The bed was no good in fact needed throwing out ! Had hardly any sleep. People were banging doors till 2am. Had to serve ourselves with dessert and not good the whole meal was not very good.The hotel needs redecorating it's a mess. Will not go there again.

Overall good experience but both the room and corridor would need some refurbishment: the poppied carpet is far to be trendy and smells unpleasantly, the bathroom shows some mould staining. The breakfast was good.

I found the staff to be courteous and efficient. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was just what was required. I would recommend this hotel for overnight stays.

« Rooms mixed up and lied to »

Your online reservation system does not work! Technical difficulties are mentioned when trying to book or confirm. Also your reservation phone number was not available. So we had to book through a phone number in the Netherlands! And the guy on the phone had selected the rooms, wanted to confirm and the second room was not confirmed. Even when he had selected the rooms already. Secondly, on arrival (15:00) we got our room keycards. Entered the rooms 117, tried 116, but 118 opened! So we got our luggage in but could not enter the room any more! The woman at the reception presumed we were guest from the previous day when we told her (15:30) the keycard did not work anymore ("ca ne marche plus"). Saying the keycard only works till "midi" (12 am) while we just arrived! Turned out the keycard was wrongly programmed. Personnel must always presume something is the fault of the customer? And this woman had an attitude: how dare we try to complain. Personnel should always be helpful? She or her colleague made a mistake and she starts thinking it is always the customer's fault! And thirdly, one room was a smoking room. They give people a smoking room without asking! And then come up with a silly excuse the hotel was fully booked. Plus: so they said one smoking and one non-smoking room was given. Only there were ashtrays in both rooms. Please try to train your personnel properly and have proper procedures! Finally, your systems sends out two exact the same emails when two rooms are booked in one booking phone call. One can not discern whether the same email is sent twice and only one room is confirmed. Or whether everything is ok. Then we crossed our fingers and knocked on wood.

Very sad that hotel was so tired and downtrodden. First room smelt like someone died in it, and very helpful staff tried but couldn't provide a suitable alternative (no twins, only doubles). How did housekeeping not report the smell? Why did a guest have to discover it?

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Bonus was found in the adjoining Courte Paille restaurant. We had driven 1100 kms and liked the idea that we didn't have to drive to find a restaurant. We think that the bathroom could be better designed with toilet and wash basin in different positions.

« Hotel was good but the food offer was poor. »

Hotel provided comfortable accommodation but the food menu was disappointing so we ate in a local restaurant. The breakfast was poor because 1. Only a choice of 2 cereals 2. The bread with grains ran out so only baguette left 3. The fruit on offer was far from fresh. Some was going rotten and the rest was battered and bruised. A very disappointing experience and I will be contacting Ibiza about this matter.
