The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious enough although I noticed that the bed sheets weren't changed everyday. One time I used the same bedsheet with a stain spot for 3 nights. Another time, right after the housekeeping came to change the sheets, I found the remote control under the comforter. This was apart from the days when I took advantage of the 5 GBP rebate if I didn't have my room cleaned. The rebate was a very incentive for us. The aircon would become very hot at night so that I had to sleep without the comforter even if I turned the thermostat all the way down. The wooden board on the tub was misaligned.

Check in was like going to the Apple store. Very slick. We had our key in seconds. Room was large by London standards and was cleverly thought out with all amenities. 2 minutes walk to Euston Station. Not too many dining options close by unless you like Indian.

We booked this location because of its proximity to the London Underground and Eurostar terminal, and the price. It was clean and though the room was small, had everything we needed. The air conditioning however in the room was awful. The hotel restaurant was pleasantly surprising in the food quality and prices.

The staff called Luca who helping me to check in was inefficient and ineffective, which he cannot find my 2 books through the computer system ,using 10 minutes to do the same things and still cannotfind it. Another staff came and helped which only using 1 minute to make it. But the 2 staffs did not give me the breakfast voucher. Totally our family was waiting 20 minutes in the lobby for the check in process , nobody cares and no apoploy at all. During the breakfast time the receptionist of the restaurant was very rude to my family because we don't have the breakfast voucher and said breakfast was not inclusive of room 208.

It was a very good stay overall. However check in experience was not good - we were given a room that already had open cases in it and had not been made up. On returning to reception we saw a long-line for check in but were handled immediately which did lead to some disgruntlement in the queue. Housekeeping were late in making up our room. We felt that the staff that were available were very helpful but there were not enough of them.

We stayed in the perfectly located Euston Ibis. We traveled from Gatwick up to Liverpool with a 2 day London visit. The hotel reception and restaurant were excellent. We noticed that with the mobile receptionists we didn't have to wait as long to check in - that was great. Our room (131) was standard, very plain decoration, not very welcoming but fine for the price. Great breakfast and great left luggage service.

After reading some nice reviews and being impressed when we entered the hotel, these were the only two good things that really stood out. Sadly, where you advertise 'staff will help remedy your problems otherwise the stay is free' is surprising because you would think the staff would want to help to ensure that this doesn't happen. Issues - the bathroom was disgusting - hairs (not ours) on the sink, floor and bath. Tired room/bathroom - expected ALOT more for £200!!! No soap - and when I asked two different people for some, I was told you don't supply soap. You had biscuits for tea but no soap? When asking if you had a phone charger we could lend for an Iphone, or if you knew where we could get one, we were told 'no' and told there 'might be one in the vending machine' - not really the 'staff will do anything to help' service you advertise sadly. So on reflection, this was one of the poorest Hotel stays I have encountered, which is a shame because the location and sales pitch the hotel offers is attractive. I had decided to not email and complain, and put it down to experience BUT the more I have thought about the trip, the more annoyed I have become - to save up to a stay in London takes time and for it to be such a huge disappointment is a real shame.
