Room and staff were good. My partner is celiac so can’t have gluten. We asked for gluten free bread and they bought it out frozen. There was only 1 toaster which was used for normal bread so she couldn’t use that.

We had a lovely stay in Lille. The hotel was ideally located it was really qiuet and the rooms were clean. Our only criticism was that the drain in the bathroom was really smelly. We did not use the restuarant so cannot comment.

Staff friendly particularly the restaurant staff. Room bit tired looking needs some attention. Not enough storage for clothes for two people. Restaurant menu limited. Prior to arriving, found it extremely frustrating that there is no phone number direct to hotel desk. Overall the hotel was good value for the price charged.

Enjoyable stay as on previous occasions. Breakfast was good and the clearing of tables and replacement of food items as they ran out was much better than the last time when the hotel let itself down by not having enough staff doing breakfast.

We last stayed here in 2010. The hotel has not moved forward. The hallways carpets need to be replaced. The restaurant was a failure with half the menu not available. We were told that salmon was out of season??? Why do you offer a payment at the opera under ground car park at 15 euro when the same car park offers 12.5 euro. Will not be back

Warm welcome and parking advice on arrival, all the relevant information one would need. The location is good, breakfast definitely worth the extra. Rooms are OK and ours didn’t have much view to admire. The games area by reception is good for the kids.
