Overall good experience, But I’m a tourist and i don’t speak french, the floor manager at the breakfast area was upset when I asked for “Herbal Tea “as he expected me to say “Infusion”

« Excellent service to help recover from a cold »

On Wednesday I literally lost my voice due to a cold and the nice lady (unfortunately I don't remember the name) managing the breakfast room made me a lemon tea with honey without any request from my side. What a nice surprise and it did help me recover a little bit better. On the morning after she offered to make the same tea again. Very good service and attention to the customer!

our first time . The rooms were nice . Breakfast was excellent. Would I come again - not sure as found the parking ( entering and leaving very confusing ) we wasted at least 15 min taking the wrong turns

It was ok. I had a lot of trouble getting the power outlets to work. In the end I had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone, I couldnt use the hairdryer. I could hear people in the rooms next to me or anyone in the corrider with the internal door closed. Bed was very comfy, shower was ok.

I have stayed at several Sofitels around the world. This was probably the highest price i have ever paid but at the same time the hotel was dissapointing. Very basic hotel and the rooms really lookes like they needed an update.

the room was very smelly - like someone had dropped a plate of curry on the carpet and it wasn't cleaned properly. when i asked to move room, there wasn't another one available and the helpful suggestion was to open the window. (though someone came and sprayed air freshener on the carpet). breakfast was not great either. not very many choices for 30 Euros.
