Great staff, but an awkward and difficult to access location along with dated common areas and small rooms make me question the Sofitel badge on this property.

It’s was ok, however I had to call everyday so the bring me a towel because they always put only one and we were two ppl , I though at one point they did it on purposed because every day I would call first night all the towel had ink stain also

The hotel seems hold, the rooms are ok but the mattress is already very deformed. The wifi very poor, losing connection each 3 minutes. The breakfast was complete, but not what we should expect in a 5 stars hotel, there are much better with lower cost 200 meters far. I have been already in several Sofitel hotels, this was the worst.

The entire experience had been a disappointment from check in trough the stay until the end, the hotel pictures with the real rooms are far from reality and I understood that it’s undertaking refurbishment very soon but until then I’ll avoid the place

A very warm welcome at the reception despite my arrival late at night. Beautiful, quiet room with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Impeccable service, the wake-up call ordered arrived promptly. The BOSE sound station in the room is a fantastic bonus for someone who likes to wake up with good music like me :) Thank you!

Mattress was really uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well. From the restroom a noising water sounds was going on many time during the night. As i took a bottle of sparkling water I was expecting to find a new one the day after but unfortunately only still water was available. When i reported this experience at the check out, the person didn't reply and even excuse. Really surprising for a 4/5 stars Hotel

We only stayed one night with two rooms and found the service to be fine however the rooms felts dated, especially the furniture which needed updating.

The food for the evening isn't great and I had expected much more. it is very low-regular and overpriced. I normally get some vouchers for drinks and this time no-one offered them nor anything to feel best welcomed in the hotel. Service from the staff is extremely friendly and positive.

ALL THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT, BIG ROOM. ACCESS TO METRO WAS EASY. BUT ACCESS TO TAXI AND UBER WAS SLIGHTLY DIFFICULT.

I was generally satisfied, but seeing that I have to pay 50 euro more than my colleague for the same night. In addition my colleague got breakfast included, which I did no get. Accordingly, my feeling is that I paid too much for what I got.

not a 5*, bathroom old. Arriving and no amenities into the bath room, empty, nor a minimum soap , need to call hauskeeping.. I though is this kind of hotel housekeeping check the room. not the case. Other room I come back after working at 7pm and room was not ready. all furniture is damaged , not possible to switch off /on the light from bed I need to stand up and go to the door, amazing. Breakfast repetitive and no health options to eat. Price of a beer 12€... just one elevator , other id OOO.,no comments. etc etc. Staff friendly and helpful.

Most enjoyable. Room superb. Staff extremely helpful. One minor moan was maybe a lack of choice on the menu and the spirits very dear. However, with all the options on the doorstep, it could be remied. Would stay again and recommend.
