Rooms good and it was a pity I couldn’t say more than the one day . I asked when I left you could book me into another of your group’s hotels and your desk clerk said that at the Airport there was an IBIS that was part of your Accord group and he would get me in there. He gave me the exact address that he wrote down. I arrived there and they said no booking had been made and they also were full. They were more accommodating than your hotel and put me into a room that from the bathroom layout could have been a special disabled room They were very kind and helpful and the staff should be specially thanked if you can but after checking why your Novotel clerk only did half his job. Please confirm

We stayed 2 nights and as ever found the Novotel comfortable and of the usual good standard we've come to expect. However, we were annoyed by the lack of storage for our clothing - why can't they provide more shelves and at least a wardrobe with a sensible number of hangers. Three per person is just not enough. Also, the bathroom could do with more towel rails and a shaving mirror. Are they just wanting business travellers? We noticed this the last few times we've stayed at Novel and it's taking minimalism to extremes for a 4 star hotel!!

Extremely pleasant. Would have awarded the maximum score if the dining menu had been more interest and there hadn't been a slight smell of drains coming through the air conditioning vents. Staff were excellent, even providing a present for my husband in his special birthdar, so give them all a thank you.

Enjoyable break in a good spot. Comfy rooms, well cleaned, nice an quiet. Breakfast a little disapointing if you didn't like pastries and the cofee machine caused confusion all round! Nice staff apart from a miserable barman on the Saturday morning by the pool.

« Nice location and voew »

Very nice hotelClean, well located, nice view from the restaurant. The parking was expensive (22 Euro x day) but at least was available. Easy to get the bus to the city center and a nice park and city view is just 5 min close by. Well recommended by families.. The pool is a little bit small but it was ok, just requires a better cleaning around the entrance and space to walk around the pool.

Reception staff nice. Breakfast excellent. View wonderful. Room good. Key cards a disaster- Stopped working several times which impacted lift and room door. It was very frustrating. Corridors soulless. No pictures. Clean and appreciated drinks in fridge each day very much.

I always stay at Novotel for one night with my family in July. I was pleased that Novotel were able to accommodate us in spite of a difficulty with booking. com. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I was not satisfied with the noise in my room: some work taking place above with hammering and electric drill from 3 pm until 8pm. I could not rest in the afternoon and my partner was not able to concentrate on his paperwork. The swimming pool was not very clean., I caught an infection. There were lots if mosquitoes coming from all the green vegetation at the front if the bar restaurant.

We share the same building with Sofitel Hôtel and they didn't told us they had to change 2 fire doors in their corridors. It was a legal assignement but if we had known we could have warn you about the noise during the afternoon. Concerning the swimming Pool, it is too much crowded as 500 people could have acces to it. The water is sometimes blured because of the Solar Cream. A water analysis is carried out by the services of the Marseille city council once a week. These analyzes have so far always been good, including during your stay. I reserved on hotels.com and was told when I arrived that there was no room. After 15 minutes management found a room for me, but didn't tell me it was intended for handicapped people, with no separate shower cubicle.

Good. Could improve on following. Restaurant menu is very limited. There are many flies. Electric repelants should be installed and all food for buffet breakfast closed. The bathrooms need better water curtains and AC switches to be checked n replaced

Great location helpful staff! We were put in a handicapped room at first and they were able to change but only the next day. The next room smelled like smoke. Overall everyone was great and helpful and the view from breakfast is worth every penny plus.
