It was not one of the worst hotel I stayed during this trip but I wouldn’t say it was great either. Photos on reservation website do much justices on actual conditions of room and overall environment. It has spacious bathroom but relatively small room with not enough space for my luggages. Moreover, when I first walked in, the room reeked of smoke despite being a non-smoking room...:( Picked this one over for its location and swimming pool but didn’t get to enjoy them well. One advantage is being located near a park with University where you can see good sights of sunrise and sunset

Overall the hotel is on a premier location close to harbor and city center. Also worth to mention I'm on Platinum Level, as I choose Novotel as my preference for all business trips. Both facts were base for that booking. We spend our waiting time prior check-in on the bar, which was nice due to the pretty view, although it took longer than expected to get the room. Unfortunately the tidiness of the room was not as expected. The floor was dirty and the overall condition of the room was not as I experienced from other Novotel houses. We traveled as a family (2 adult & 2 kids) and it was booked accordingly. But the room wasn't prepared and according to guidance from reception, we had to help ourself to prepare the bed for our kids! The welcome voucher was only available for 2 people instead of four. Plenty little things that could have been way better! Given the current experience I'd rather not come back or recommend that particular hotel!

Lovely hotel, very clean hotel, pool towels provided everyday, room towels changed daily. Free Bottle of Water provided in mini fridge in room everyday which is great as its €5 a bottle at pool bar . Staff very friendly.

Nice stay at the Novotel vieux port! I had an amazing view of the vieux port from my room... Facilities are good. The pool is cleaned and not crowded. THe Staff was nice and helpful. You really fell welcome and they are at your disposal for any needs. The hotel is well’located Not far from the attractive places. The view from the restaurant is amazing ! Eating the Breakfast face to the vieux port i loved it !

The hotel was welcoming and room was nice. It was confusing, however, to find that there were no proper cups in the room and that the 'glasses' were plastic. When paying a decent tariff for a room it ought to be able to be assumed that guests are trusted with proper glassware and crockery. It was also disappointing that dining discounts which are offered in Asia Pacific Accor affiliated properties were not available at the Novotel or adjacent Sofitel. As a long time member of Accor Plus this was a significant disappointment.

Generally a good stay but the room.aircon and wifi was very very poor. The beds have an under sheet that is plastic so it makes terrible to.sleep in the bed Food.smd service otherwise was good

We stayed in this hotel at the end of a touring holiday around the south of France. We had requested a room suitable for a disabled person as the friend I was travelling with had broken her ankle prior to the trip and was on crutches. We arrived early as we had to return our hire car and the staff were so helpful checking us in early and we spent some time by the lovely pool until our room was ready. Our room had a huge double bed and a double sofa bed. It had a good sized wet room type bathroom and the hotel provided a shower proof stool so my friend could sit and shower comfortably. When we were around the pool the staff worked exceptionally hard to keep it neat, tidy and clean, and were very helpful to my friend with taking drinks to her to save her from trying to get up and move around the wet poolside on crutches. All of the food was fresh and beautifully cooked and the only request I would ask was that they prune the greenery around the bar so you can see the beautiful view a bit more.
