everything perfect, especially the breakfast. only two observations: - phone in the room was broken so we needed to call reception with our phones to order room service (and they did not answer the first 2 times) - the water in the jacuzzi in the spa was too cold

The rooms did not smell clean, the restaurant service was abismal, and I was shocked to find out the the front doors are locked after midnight.

« Good hotel in a good location »

The welcome by the receptionist was lovely and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean, modern and fit for purpose. Breakfast was really good. Our visit was overshadowed by the riots unfortunately. The only criticism of the hotel would be the bar prices which caused us to drink elsewhere.

« a nice and quiet place in Marseille »

it is a convenient located hotel, in a quiet place in Marseille. Rooms are quite ok, architecture is average and breakfast also. Very close to Faro Palace where I had the conference. The room was large but definitely need renovation, especially at the windows system. Internet was pretty much ok, but the telephone signal was weak.

All pleasant. However, on electronic bill after quick check out I found breakfast charges for two for two days. I did not have breakfast anybody besides was only one person anyway. After going back to reception they apologized and refunded. It should not happen!

« What a friendly and helpful place to stay. The staff were attentive and the hotel was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. »

We had a wonderful stay here. Our family enjoyed the use of the facilities and we especially enjoyed our breakfast overlooking the port. What a breathtaking view. Although on arrival our room lacked some towels and extra bedding, the cleaning staff couldn't be more helpful. A special mention for 'Ketem' who made sure we had some extra water in our room to make up for our having only supplies for two people initially. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and more. The desk staff were always happy to help and the morning waiters were efficient and friendly. We were impressed with the situation, the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. My only criticism, and this is only small, is that as a vegan with children who are dairy free I would have liked a choice of more nuts and seeds for breakfast along with some almond milk that would have been good. I really enjoyed the fresh melon and the brown gluten free bread slices with honey. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we would love to return.

the hotel needs to be refreshed, (at least Rooms).even if the rooms are clean.the menu could also include more options, more soups and fruits.desserts for kids menu should include fruits well. (not only ice cream and chocolates)

I was particularly very happy with the service. The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Specifically, there was one lady (I don't recall her name), tall, thin, and curly hair, who always went out of her way to help answer my questions and provide me with very useful information.
