The location is very good but just the stay is not really satisfying. Had to pay for parking, most of hotels i went to were free. We have to request for the kits (toothbrush, shaving kits... ) that took soooo looonggg, which should have there automatically. One thing that made us happy were when we had breakfast at Trio and met the super friendly Adam.

However, please be aware that the underground parking is privately owned not by the hotel. As for the requesting of the kit is a part of our sustainability action to prevent improper waste though I do apologize for the time it took for you to receive the kit upon requesting. Great location. Central air, AC was broken, fell asleep sweating every night. Pool is under construction.

I was staying to visit good friends from England. We all stayed in the same hotel. It was nice to be able to see so much of each other. The restaurant was very nice. Great service! Being on the subway route was extra convenient as well. I would recommend others to stay here.

Bed linen had a red stain on it, not sure what it was, it looked like a blood stain. The pillows had a grey streak across the back and there were no cups for the coffee. I have been going to this hotel for sometime now for work trips as it’s near the site I need to visit, but this recent stay was not one of the best.
