« Great stay. »

Here for a small conference of about 25 people. Food was excellent, rooms well appointed and clean. Staff were accommodating right from check in to check out. Great service in the lounge/restaurant....although one improvement would be to make it more known on your website that they are the same room. Thanks for everything.

my stay was good the staff is always very pleasant and the room is very clean. I had 2 small concerns that I never mentioned while I was there (did not have the time and they did not overly impact me) 1 - my door did not automatically shut behind me. I noticed this after being in my room about 10 minutes. I had to manually shut it. 2 - the room did not have a clock.

Very modern, clean rooms. A light was broken and the bathroom fixtures were a bit wobbly or didn’t work as I had expected ( main shower head didn’t work, only handheld) but this did not affect my stay.

I advise front desk that my phone was not working on the Tuesday morning. It was never fixed. By Thursday night I looked at it closer and tried the cable in a different jack on the phone which fixed the problem. Would have appreciate if it would have been fixed when I came back Tuesday evening..

Very well appointed refurbished rooms. Clean and convenient location. Temperature in the room is always too warm in the winter months as the temperature in the room can only come down to about 17-18 degrees. AC is turned off during winter months. Great customer service at breakfast and reception area.

Overall it was good due to the service I received from the front desk. I encountered a couple issues, such as the heat running too high even though I turned it down multiple times; in addition the safe in my room didn't lock. I spoke to the folks at the front desk the next morning and they had both fixed by the time I returned that evening.

Rooms are always okay...but come on people...your fitness centre needs a serious reboot! It's 2018 and I've been staying with your hotel since 2007 and it looks and feels the same. « basically fine but disturbed because the room was in poor repair »

i was disturbed by the following items. one of the two bed lights was taped to the stem with black electrical tape but it wasn't even taped well and the light was dangling down. i worried about electrical shock if i was to touch it. secondly, the toilet kept running night and day with periodic big surges like someone was flushing it and i was not even in the bathroom at those times thirdly, the towel rack inside the shower was poorly attached to the wall and hanging at an angle. i was disturbed as the front desk person told me he had"upgraded" my room and i thought, if this is an upgrade, what does the rest of the hotel look like?
