Staff are lovely and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with all our needs catered for although there wasn’t a toilet brush. Breakfast choice was good but the quality of food wasn’t great, I personally would also like to a later breakfast time.

It was Ok the staff were very helpful but the food selection was quite limited and to add to that it was reduced even more due to the fryer not working...however the food I had was very nice

You must sort the breakfast service. I walked into a deserted breakfast Restuarant. eventually a member of staff appeared to direct me to a table. The self service cooked food had probably been drying out for an hour. Dried beans, rubber egg, frazzled bacon, half burnt sausages. Hash browns were like rubber. Please introduce some staff who could serve tea or coffee rather than have to refill small cups in an area of spent teabags. One member of staff would cost less than one vacated room through a dissatisfied customer. Please please take note It reminds me of the worst of motorway services 20 years ago

Location is close to my clients so ideal, room rate varies day to day son not always sure I got the best rate. Breakfast is very good. Drinks (including coffee and tea) are expensive. Room was clean and comfortable although I requested a quite room for working but there was a screaming baby in the room opposite. Could do with more coffee and sugar in the room - only 4 sachets of sugar but did get some more from reception . Will re-visit

Reception area welcoming clean and tidy .Reception staff 100% friendly and efficient ,accommodated moving us to a room that we could obtain internet connection .Rooms are dated and a little worn.Our particular room had a telephone with no connection wire attached ,when reception wanted to let us know our taxi arrived they had to come and knock on the door. Breakfast was satisfactory .

I have made the Novotel in Worsley my home away from home. A atta girl needs to be given To Joanne in the restaurant. She has recognized me as being a regular customer. My room is Always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast is always exceptional. Customer service Is not put aside considering all the people from overseas that stop and bring their manners With them.

Warm friendly greeting on check in, spacious room but very basic. Food extremely expensive, pub next door is better value. Can be very noisy as the corridoors seem to echo the sound, but room had a second inner door that drowned it out. Plenty of parking spaces, and right off the M60 junction, but not much around the hotel within walking distance. Can be good value for money, but the price fluctuates too much and can at times be way overpriced. I don't find it acceptable for a hotel to charge 3 different rates per night for a short stay surely its the same room and the same facilities so it should be the same price for all 3 nights ???
