Always "on point". Good welcome, decent room, good breakfast etc. However, one person that regularly makes it nice to stay is Joanne in the bar. She has a very natural, open and welcoming way of talking to you. Staying in hotels away from home can be a soulless experience. She makes it more relaxed and homely, for want of a better description. She ranks alongside a few other top Accor staff that I have met over the years for being happy, good natured, chatty (but not intrusive) and hard working.
