Beautiful refurbished lobby but rooms still in good old Novotel décor. Room was pretty standard but quite and breakfast was more than sufficient and lot's of variation

Location is close to my clients so ideal, room rate varies day to day son not always sure I got the best rate. Breakfast is very good. Drinks (including coffee and tea) are expensive. Room was clean and comfortable although I requested a quite room for working but there was a screaming baby in the room opposite. Could do with more coffee and sugar in the room - only 4 sachets of sugar but did get some more from reception . Will re-visit

Reception area welcoming clean and tidy .Reception staff 100% friendly and efficient ,accommodated moving us to a room that we could obtain internet connection .Rooms are dated and a little worn.Our particular room had a telephone with no connection wire attached ,when reception wanted to let us know our taxi arrived they had to come and knock on the door. Breakfast was satisfactory .

« Amazing Stay in MCR West »

I have made the Novotel in Worsley my home away from home. A atta girl needs to be given To Joanne in the restaurant. She has recognized me as being a regular customer. My room is Always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast is always exceptional. Customer service Is not put aside considering all the people from overseas that stop and bring their manners With them.

Warm friendly greeting on check in, spacious room but very basic. Food extremely expensive, pub next door is better value. Can be very noisy as the corridoors seem to echo the sound, but room had a second inner door that drowned it out. Plenty of parking spaces, and right off the M60 junction, but not much around the hotel within walking distance. Can be good value for money, but the price fluctuates too much and can at times be way overpriced. I don't find it acceptable for a hotel to charge 3 different rates per night for a short stay surely its the same room and the same facilities so it should be the same price for all 3 nights ???

I’m staying here for work. The staff have been friendly and welcoming on every conversation we have had. I am staying here for a long period of time and each staff member has made the effort to get to know me and even my drinks and food! The rooms are clean to a high standard, spacious and the double door gives the room a quieter experience than others I have been at so I cannot hear corridor noise. The food is nice with big portions. The only thing I would comment on is (and I apologise) that I have to use my spare towels as a bigger bath mat as the water goes outside the shower curtain as they just don’t reach far enough so the floor is soaked. Free WiFi at a bonus and even the gym!

Very good easily accessible hotel for wheelchair users. Corridors are wider than most hotel groups so make it much easier to access. Excellent wet room with shower chair. Breakfast excellent and very good value for money.

The single beds were more for the use of children and not adults. You turn over and fall out of bed. The separate toilet had no washing facilities. In this day and age? Will definitely not stay in Ibis again and tell my friends to stay clear. Sorry but it was nowhere near even a cheap budget hotel standard.

Our stay suited what we needed the accomodation for. The bathroom was a big disappointment and not as advertised and I would not have booked this accomodation if the bathroom we got was advertised. Needs renovating.

Checked in online and also set up credit card for room bill. When we arrived only one person on checkin with about a dozen guests waiting to checkin. Nobody dealing with online checkin guests. After queuing I had to advise the reception that we had checked in online where she struggled to find our room key. Then I was asked for credit details for the room bill which I had already preauthorised online.
