Our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was lovely plenty on offer. Rooms comfortable. Do not like the set up with the bathrooms, it’s like the toilet is in a cupboard.

Good and well located hotel for overnight stay visiting family. Poor restaurant menu and not particularly nice hotel surroundings and atmosphere, Also no draught English smooth bitter at bar ............ just foreign lagers ........ Manchester and no good bitter ??????????????? not good!!!!!!!

Thanks for your feedback, we actually take pride in the fact that our menu is more comprehensive, and freshly cooked than the Novotel standard, I guess you cant please all the people all the time, so apologies for that. You perhaps noticed our fully refurbished restaurant and lounge/bar, just to let you know the bedrooms will also be completed soon.

The rooms are a good size. Good bathroom. Everything clean and in good order. Breakfast good. Furniture and furnishing all new. We are regulars and will remain so.

Accommadation was very good as were the beds. Room was okay. Not enough tea bags or milks and biscuits were just about okay. However the big let down was the breakfast a lot dearer than a Harvester and compared to them a big let down. Had to wait 10 to 15 mins for fried eggs whilst the rest of the breakfast got cold. Had to keep getting up to make tea because the cups were to small. Remember the people staying in your hotel are normally working class not used to dinky cups we like a drink to enjoy not keep leaving our companions and refilling the cups. Next time Ill bring me own mug. Hotel staff very good, Bedlinen staff very polite top marks. Kitchen and staff need to up there game and attention to who serves who. The customer do not owe them a living poor delivery leads to loss of trade and future custom as feed back will show. clear tables quicker and restock them for immediate reuse nothing worse than empty tables full of dirty used dishes and unusable so groups who have to clear them or sit apart. One department let the other two down badly.

We’ve stayed many times at Novotel in Worsley. There is always a very pleasant welcome at reception. It was good to see that the very tired and dated reception and dining area had been refurbished. The bedrooms are still to have their makeover, I do hope the lighting will be improved then and also the showering experience. It would also be great to have larger thicker towels available, the present towels are not good.

Staff always welcoming. Recent staff changes are a loss but new ones are friendly and helpful. Room has all I need including a fan, which is essential for me. Recent refurbishment improves first impression. Menu could do with occasional changes as i have eaten my choices many times now! Breakfast staff especially ann Marie are lovely.

cannot complain about the comfort albeit the room decor is in need of some TLC and modernisation but got a good deal on the rate. Breakfast was not too brilliant, empty containers and not filled very quickly, fried eggs continued to cook and were like rubber, has browns...none and no one around at time to ask for some....all in all not to big a deal for me as all staff I spoke to were very pleasant and accommodating. Would certainly stay again if I got a similar deal

Stay here several times a year and its always good - situated right next to the M60 and yet very quiet. Food was good (dinner and breakfast) and the newly refurbished bar area is very comfortable.

Foyer quite nice though soulless. Biggest issue is the loud totally inappropriate music being played throughout the hotel - unwelcoming I’m not entering a club or rave. Staff are very helpful especially the lady at breakfast. Rooms are adequate but corridors are tired.
