Staff were amazing, polite and very helpful. We asked for more towels and we had them in minutes. I liked that all food was clearly labelled at breakfast as one of my chilldren has food intolerances. Booking.com messed up by saying reakfast was included in te price when we booked, but it wasnt. However the lovely lady at reception sorted this. Was a pleasure to stay here. The only thing i would iprove are the size of te towels they are all hand towel size the sower despite using the screen would still flood the floor. But other than that i really couldnt fault the staff or the hotel.

We were guests at a wedding the discounted room rate is very poor. Our room when we first walked in smelt of smoke, we didn't report it we opened the window, when we went back to the room later the smell had gone. The beds were big and comfortable as was the pillows, nice towels, bed was too close to the wall and I hit my shoulder on the heating control box. The food at the wedding was very good both the wedding breakfast and the buffet later. There were some pluses and againsts' but overall our stay was OK.

Good service on arrival ,at breakfast &departure.Comfortable bed and clean & comfortable room.The only problem for us was that we thought there may be some children in an adjoining room (2 doors between) who woke up very early &we could hear them too clearly!

The staff were very good and as helpful as could be. The breakfast was good too. The room however was very dated and a bit small for use as a family room. The biggest issue was the bed way too hard.

Business overnight stay. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Reception, bar and restaurant area were fine, food okay and service excellent. Stairs hallway and room were tired. Separate toilet in room smelt like a previous guest had been sick in it and it had not been property cleaned up.

The hotel was great room was very very clean but I didn’t like the cramp separate toilet plus the brown doors to the rooms them selves wasn’t very cheerful to look .
