The hotel is situated in walking distance to everything you would need. Reception staff where very helpful on check in and check out and room was clean. The room was rather hot when we arrived and the air con did not work, however leaving the window slightly open did sort this.

Stayed here many times, but check in was poor - all our requests were ignored & room was dreadful. Luckily the manageress responded to our complaints & moved us. Also the welcome drink policy is very inconsistent. Some accors give you 2 glasses of wine, here you get 1 glass which cannot be wine!

Rooms are small but the bed was comfortable and you were able to adjust the air conditioning and open the window. Bring your own shampoo & conditioner! The breakfast really ends at 10am, everything will be cleaned away and closed by then. Many items ran out before that, did not manage to get scrambled eggs or salad even once. Hotel is located next to Flanders station and less than 10mins from Grand Palais and old town
