The furniture at the room were very old and very cheap. There was no hand and face towel in the room, only two small bath towels. There wasn't a bin in the room to throw garbage except from the bin in the bathroom. The breakfast was of a very low quality. There is no availability for fresh coffee only the one from the machine.

The breakfast was consistent and diverse. The staff was friendly. The hotel is very close to the main attractions of the city. Also, the botanical garden is only 10 minutes on foot from the hotel, and 20 minutes from Japanese garden that during autumn is fabulous.

« Nice visit to Nantes »

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. The only problem I had is that some days I left the "Do not disturb" sign on the door because I did not feel the room needed to be cleaned, yet the cleaning staff went in and changed the towels and cleaned the room unnecessarily.

The one night stay was very well handled and we were well welcomed and the check in was swift. Room was comfortable and of adiquate size. The single beds were rather close together, and the loo paper rather budget. All together a very happy stay .

Overall positive. Room furnishings were basic but in good shape. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Prefer to have bar soap instead of the odd body wash provided. Lobby comfortable. Good breakfast with quality food but a more daily variety would be welcome.

My stay was for 7 nights. Beds comfortable. Quiet location near restaurants and the Congress hall. Rooms well cleaned each day. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

This a very conveniently located hotel. Easy to find. I was initially given a room that was not done yet. J little surprise that was immediately corrected. The personnel is very nice and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom clean. Internet was fast. Breakfast buffet was rich and varied. Check out was fast. Will remember this hotel next time I visit Nantes.

« This is the most stripped ibis I have ever been to, really just a dormitory »

It's really below he Ibis level, more like a motel experience, but with clean rooms. There aren't even tissues in the room or bathroom, which exist in other ibis. Service is scarce, hardly exists. Attitude from the staff. I already recommended people to avoid this place. Location also is unpleasant to get from the train station (really all that matters for this location) in the evening, that back street it poorly lit and sketchy.

Hello Ibis, Overall the food was great, the room was tidy, no issue here. I had an issue with the temperature of the room for some reason. My partner and I came to your IBIS Nantes Sud for a night on 19/08 and the room was far too cold. My partner was really sick and I wanted to ask for help. I think that since a heat wage was on the last few days before we arrived the air con was used very much and so the room was extremely cold. I went downstairs to ask how I could heat up a little bit the room since it was really cold. The reaction of member of staff was incredibly unexpected and rude. The only thing said was him, laughing at me, stating that it is hot enough and that they can't do anything about that. He went outside, laughed more, came back and stated it was a warm evening. As you can imagine since other guest were around I felt really uncomfortable and I believe this service to be extremely disapointing from Accor group. I would have left the hotel straight away and ask full refund only based on this terrible member of staff but it was already 11pm and with a sick lady to look after I decided to stay. I saw your challenge 15 mins / we help you or we refund you, I am still waiting for someone to help or at least with professional.
