The property is a well maintained, older property that has been taken care of pretty well. The room was clearly middle-aged, but was still sufficiently appointed for our needs as travelers. Housekeeping did a fine job of cleaning. The desk staff and concierge were efficient and cheerful. The pool area overlooks the lagoon and has a nice waterfall. As for negatives, there were only two. First, the water in the pool was very cold. So cold that my hardy girlfriend wouldn't swim. Second, they charged me $18 for a Baileys and coffee, which is pretty steep. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay.

Everything was good about the hotel. The only issue I had was paying for the parking if I was a guest of the hotel. The guest shouldn’t pay for parking in the hotel they are staying in.

Hotel had a comfortable bed and an avg. size bedroom. Breakfast was ok, but too expensive If its not included iwithn the hotel rate. Good location if you're doing business in the Blue Lagoon area. Hotel parking should not be charged, since it is not in the city or in a crowded area.

I've been staying at this hotel since it was the Sofitel. I typically overnight or stay for a few days when on business. This time around my business meetings were at the hotel, and the experience was great. The Concierge (Fadil and Jerry) were quite accommodating, and the restaurant staff were excellent.

I stayed at Pullman for 3 days to attend a meeting that was held there. The conference room was comfortable, except for being very cold at times. Breakfast, lunch and coffee break were efficient and delicious. Dinner in the restaraunt was good - I had the Miami Spice menu. My room was comfortable and all amenities were fine. The staff were friendly and I had no issues during my stay. A gift shop on property would have been nice as I had no time to leave the hotel.

Stayed two nights on separate bookings split over a few days. First visit was excellent, with a superb greeting etc. And room on 10th floor was great. 2nd visit was not such a good welcome, had to ask about the welcome drink voucher, and the identical room on the 6th floor had the fridge hidden in a cupboard in the bedroom. Previous room it was in the living area. The 2nd room also had no Nespresso coffee machine, it was a Keurig which I did not use, as the coffee is revolting. Both rooms were clean and quiet.

The cleaning service was well timed for my "out of room" periods and hence no disturbances, which was welcome. The food and drinks service for both the breakfast and the dinner was superior - really enjoyed the Miami Spice menu at the restaurant. The Concierge team is really the heart of the service received - both Jerry and Fadil were very accommodating of my requests, addressed my needs in a timely and professional manner. I truly believe that they made the difference for a Pullman stay versus any other hotel.
