The hotel itself seemed nice enough and the staff was friendly, but: 1. The hotel shuttle never came to pick us up from the airport, even though the website says it comes every 30 minutes and I called the friend desk to let them know we had been waiting for over an hour and they insisted that it came every 30 minutes and to just keep standing where we were. We waited another 30 minutes and then finally gave up and paid for an Uber. When we got to the hotel the shuttle was parked out front and the driver was no where in sight. We didn't want to risk the shuttle making us late for our cruise in the morning, so we paid for another Uber then too. 2. We made two calls to room service and no one ever answered. 3. When we called the front desk to ask about room service, they put us on hold and never picked back up. 4. The pool was closed for repairs. 5. I tried to use one of the drinking glasses in the room and it foamed up and bubbled over with soap residue when I put water in it. 6. The check out feature on the tv was broken so we had to check out in the lobby and wait in line. The website made it sound like the perfect hotel for people flying to Miami for a cruise vacation. It is close to the airport and port of call, and offered perks, like the free shuttle to make your travel go more smoothly. But it didn’t live up to any of it’s promises. With all the other hotels to choose from, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Just to clarify we have 3 shuttles, 2 parked at the Hotel and 1 ruining every 30 minutes. Also we don't provide guest transportation to the port. There is a third party company who does. Expecting a different type of hotel and service it was below my expectations. Bathtub of 1526 was with human hair and needed careful cleaning. Check-in was effective and not personal.

« It was OK minus... »

When we get to the hotel we thought that it is a great hotel that we don't care to stay there for a week and not a day. everything was excellent at the start, the staff and the shuttles was great, and the reception staff was friendly. But... We didn't had any warm water for shower and that was terrible. but it is not the big problem. we stayed at the hotel from morning to evening. at this time, 4 TIMES the staff came to our room and asked to know why we didn't check out. All of this never happened if the staff was reading the reservation document that writes that our room is until 08PM not 05PM. 4 times we gad to explain the same thing to other man from the staff. in one of the case, someone talked to me spanish although i told her that I don't speak Spanish! That was bad trip, never come back, and I am also asking for the Compensation for mental anguish! It is such a shameful that hotel of pullman which have great hotels, will have this bad hotel. NEVER COME BACK!

« The best place I could have chosen. »

Very good. The concierge is very attentive and also speaks Portuguese, my mother language. The service is fast. I was too far from the Congress I was attending, if I knew the town more, I would have chosen a hotel near downtown. But for a very first time in Miami, it was perfect!

I forgot my IPhone charger in the room, plugged to the desk lamp at the work table. I called the same day I checked out to ask whether it was found. They told me they will call back as Housekeeping was not answering. As there was no call, I had to call back just to learnt that house keeping apparently did not find it.
