I was told this was a new hotel so my expectations were somehow high. However, I found a desk chair with the synthetic leather peeling off, bathtub was not 100% clean, one of the bath towels was ripped in the middle (it had two holes) and the drapes in the room didn't close properly.

When I checked in, i wasnt upgraded, as i normal allways do and i wasnt told why. Futhermore i didnt recived any welcome gift and no welcome drink. Next morning i went to teh reception and kindly ask for the welcome drink, but i was told that that i couldnt get one, since the lady behind the desk, couldnt find the voucer. Then i kindly ask if it was posible to go to a small cafe in the lobby and and ask for a coffe or coke, or i somehow could get something to bring with for the road, but was told that it was not possible. I never tried so bad service before. The room was in really used condition, especially the bathroom with a loose showerhead and tap in the bathtub, but to be fair the room was clean and stayed like that during my stay. Since the hotel is close to the airport, please expect noise during landing and take-off at all time of the day and night. Staff at the resturant was kind and food was good, not a hugh variation, but covers all what I desired. I allways stay at accor hotels due to loyalty when i am out traveling, and have a platinium card, and this time i drove more than 45 min each day to see my friend, because i wanted to stay loyal to the accor chain, but this stay was honestly so disapponinting that i am considering my loyalty to this chain. I really travel a lot, and i dont mind driving or paying extra for a nice room, but the lack of service and the condition of the room was honestly far from what i expect from Pullman and the accor chain. I belive in allways being polite and ask in a polite way and the whole issue about a simple welcome drink should not be something a platinium member should ask more than one time about.

Bugs crawling on the carpet. Water spots on the mirror. Previous person’s garbage/flight information inside the locker. Smelly cabinets. Room layout and amnesties were nice however, initial cleanliness of the room (ie. vacuuming, aroma) would have resulted in more satisfaction and better first impression. To note, wifi at this hotel could use a signigicant improvement. I signed up to be a member for a faster wifi connection which turned out to be a terrible idea.

Hotel seems to be struggling just as much as all European Accor hotels I stayed in, over the past 2-3years. Elevators gets stuck with people inside, bedsheets look yellow, very basic service

No bath towels in guest room, upgraded to junior suite..... Bar tender failed to come over to our table, then after going to the bar, forgot half our drinks order. Checkout took 15 mins with no communication to a long queue that formed. Too many other hotel choices to consider going back there.

No TV in the room, I was told that "they" were working on it. Reading reviews it seems that it was going on for several days / week. The food was very basic. The veal is not an escalope as expected but 3 small bits and the pasta sauce tastes like a can of chopped tomatoes...

Sad, pretty depressing room with a very small bathroom with old-fashion bathtub (with a curtain)... Very average breakfast buffet. You can have to wait up to 45 mn to get the airport shuttle

Everyone was very personable and attentive. Room service staff was top notch. The shuttle service is dependable and an important value add. My room was clean and comfortable. Only thing I wish I had a thicker comforter, despite the heat outside, I like my room colder and to sleep under heavier covers :)

It was a disappointment for a so-called 4* hotel. It was quite underwhelming. The first obvious turnoff were the lumpy beds, untidy with mattress toppers, mismatched sheets, flat sheets--no fitted sheets. The TV did not work and although there was compensation by waiving the parking fee this was disappointing to my teen. Now I don't trust your offers. I would have paid more for better accommodations.

The staff at the Pullman were wonderful; however we found the facilities a tad run-down. Our conference was chipped, the chairs a bit worn, and additionally - when I returned to my room for the evening; I discovered empty and partially used toiletry bottles in the bathroom, along with DIRTY sheets. I had to wait for the young man to be sent to my room at 10PM to change them; despite having asked the housekeeping crew that were in the hallway at 4pm to attend to them.
