Overall the visit was satisfactory. The cleaning of the room could have been better - ice bucket not emptied; only one glass replaced, etc.

Rooms and staff were great. Had a beautiful view of the lagoon. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Shuttle took us back to airport right on time.

Utterly joyless bar and restaurant, no service poolside, cold check-in staff, poor luggage handling and tiresome hotel gate. Offers nothing that can’t be found in more mainstream hotels.

« Very disappointing »

I stayed in your hotel for about 17 nights in a “Junior Suite” at my own expense, as I was attending an IATA training in the area. When I was getting myself checked-in for the first night the front desk staff told me that no free breakfast is included and I also have to pay for the parking lot “$10 per night” the room that I got was very old with no small kitchen just a coffee machine, I didn’t want to argue at that moment because I was flying for about 26 hours and I was extremely tired. Next day in the morning I talked to the manager and I told her about the case and I told her I want the room to be changed in addition to small table and a microwave where I can make a quick snack and water heater because I’m on extended stay, she said we are sorry we cant cater for your request however she waved the parking lot fees. Your staff were always late when I called for something laundry prices are way high no consideration for guests who are in an extended stay also staying in one of your expensive suites my situation was already stressful because the training was difficult and staying at your hotel made it even worse.

Overall, the stay was great. The only issue was the items left for me to use in the bathroom such as the washcloth, had hair in it before I even used it. There was also a hair on the floor in the bathroom area as well.

We upgraded to a suite in order to check in early, this was a comfortable room with good facilities. Some of the furniture was a bit tired looking, however, overall appearance was good. Breakfast contained a good selection of good quality food, and staff were efficient. Carlos at the bar was friendly and made a fantastic cocktail for us. Front office staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in good proximity to Miami International Airport. Spacious rooms with comfortable and plush beds. The gym is pretty good with several options for a good workout. The food in the restaurant is very tasty; I highly recommend the creme brulee! During the week I stayed, I didn't have good experiences with the shuttle service which I one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Of the 5 days I needed the shuttle to take me to my office 1 mile away, it was only available 1 day. The other days I had to walk, Uber or the hotel got me and my group taxis. And this all happened after confirming the night before the time we needed the shuttle and checking in early each morning. The concierge most often was not helpful in these situations with the shuttle.
