Most staff was casual and ill-informed but for Michelle at front desk and Dagmara at housekeeping. I was told I can't make tea in my room even though I brought my own tea bags - I don't Brits like their tea- but last day Dagmara personally showed me that I could get boiling hot water from the coffee machine and make my tea in the room. Only these two were professionals - most staff was casual!

Seemed like a factory in moving people in and out. -Dated throughout, reminiscent of the 80's. -Coffee shop has no way of warming cold pastries up. -Restaurant is very low quality. -Front desk does not listen, stated wanted a quiet room, got one next to elevator. -Gated entry is unmanned. Cumbersome for visitors. -Room A/C performance spotty, leaked water all over bathroom.

The staff was very good and accommodating. The rooms were nice. We also ate at the restaurant and enjoyed our meal. Our only objection was that the restaurant took the Duck Margaret off of the menu and that is something my husband looks forward to as we have stayed with you before and apparently it was just removed.

Stayed only one night, very nice room overlooking lake, had a drink out by pool in lovely surroundings! Only disappointment was the wi-fi in the room we were allocated; very difficult to sign in and very slow! We have had much better in other rooms when we have stayed previously

WiFI did not work, so the customer service rep at the desk did not charge me for parking for the 2 nights I was there... that was very nice and appreciated. Ordered a meal... burger and fries... it was decent, but would not rate it above average for hotel restaurants/room service. again, it was decent. Lobby music was pretty loud, even upon my checking in at the desk... was a bit too much. Appreciated the discounted rate for being with Burger King

Most importantly the WiFi was extremely slow, and it was not possible to check emails. It is rather basic that this service is provided without any problems, as I typically need to do a little work. Other minor things were disappointing as well; room service etc. This experience will not be repeated.

Friendly and approchable staff, breakfast menu did not have enough variety and room carpet was never vacuumed throughout my 5 days stay and dust was settled on all telephones. Coffee maker which was used by the previous guest was never cleaned. And bathroom tub pipe was loose and almost coming off.

As a traveling businessman I rely on working on the road which includes access to wifi at the hotel. I was unable to get connectivity. The front desk tried to help unsuccessfully leaving me to work a great deal of time at the lobby computers. Very inconvenient. Staff's constant comments were "ya, I know we have had problems with that for a couple of weeks now". I would not stay here again unless I was assured the wifi worked well in my room.
