I love Pullman properties in Europe. This hotel was at a much lower level. It has bare amenities, the room had not been conscientiously serviced (when i checked in there was trash in the waste basket, a used Kleenex on the floor of the closet, there was no washcloth, etc).

« Excellent hotel for my first time in the US »

My overall experience in this hotel was very good. The staff was always nice, chatty and helpful. The chamber was large and comfortable, with a nice view on the lagoon, and the conference rooms were spacious. It was a bit far from locations to visit, but the shuttle to the airport made it easier to move around the city.

Everything was great, but the free WiFi was quite unreliable and would cut off or slow down significantly at times, to the point of being unusable.

« The room felt humid and had a strange smell (like a mold) »

The room despite the airconditioning had a strange smell (moldy) due to high humidity. Also, the staff forgot to include clean towels in the bathroom one day (we needed to call in the missing towels). Otherwise, the room was clean and spatious.

« It was wonderful »

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to my friends and family. I did have one issue though when we had an issue in the room no one called to help us even though we called.we waited for a long time. That and parking is pretty high. Other than that it is a beautiful hotel

« A Hidden Gem »

Stayed for a night post & pre-cruise (we had back-to-back cruises out of Port Miami). All hotel staff, from reception to concierge, room service to housekeeping, were very warm & welcoming. We had been given a room with nice view of the lagoon & Miami airport & the welcome drinks from Starbucks were cherries on top. We ordered bacon & cheeseburger from room service to snack on & they were very tasty and price reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel specially to cruisers. It's just 15mins away from Port Miami.

« Not happy »

Tv did not work ...There was no complementary breakfast and what they had cost $23 per person.... with 3 of us eating breakfast and the cost of the room it would’ve been over $200 a day and I could’ve been staying at a suite another hotel for that much .... So we left after one night and went to the Hampton .....Very disappointed

« Poor and not the same as I have always experienced it »

Room was too cold and thermostat did not respond to heating. Room Service was understaffed and I had to go without dinner on one of the nights. Electric outlets on the lamps do not work which means there are no electric outlets near the bed.

« Expensive for what you get. »

The hotel itself is fine, nothing fancy and rather pricey for what you are getting in terms of quality. My main issue is the restaurant. The menu is fine, but the food is poor quality and over-priced, especially the breakfast. Whether you opt for the buffet or the ala carte menu, you struggle to get value for money. The real insult comes with the less than stellar service and an automatic 15% tip being added to your bill. I've stayed here twice and had the same experience both times. It is not a coincidence.

I stayed there one night to get a good night sleep before a long flight . Was very disappointed. People were running up and down halls till 2 am . I went down to front desk . Nobody did anything about it
