Received texts stating checked in successfully, key ready and to go to concierge to collect it. Yet no concierge available and reception took 5 minutes to complete check in on PC when already checked in on line. No meet and greet at the door and no porters to assist with luggage. In the room requested more coffee but only enough for one cup. No fresh milk, no tea, no mini bar, lighting in bedroom poor and only one robe. In the bar area only one member of staff so service was slow and dirty glasses, dishes etc were not cleared away giving a poor impression. The service and food quality in the restaurant in the evening was good but the ambiance could be improved with dimmer lighting, a candle & flower on the table. Breakfast however was average with slow service and the hot food was cold. On check out I was asked if I would like a receipt and was informed it would be emailed but not given the opportunity to check it was correct. The overall impression is that service needs to be improved with little touches which make a big difference

JAMIE at the front check-in desk was amazing. My nieces wheelchair broke while we were in South Beach and he assisted us with locating a new wheelchair for her to take on the cruise. He went way above and beyond his normal duty and we greatly appreciate his extra efforts.

The location is close to many areas. The free shuttle is a great bonus to the clean rooms with great view. A nice swimming pool to refresh in. The lobby could use more seating areas with so many customers.

The room was not what we expected.. it didn’t have a coffee maker, despite the fact that we called the Front Desk and they said it was on the night table. There was only one night table which didn’t have a coffee maker and when I asked if someone could come to the room they told me everybody was busy.

The overall hotel was nice however, I was there for an event and by the time I went to bed, I did not notice that there was Blood stains on the sheet. I slept on a stained bed! That is not acceptable.

The attention to details was missing. Wine glasses left on the floor in the hallway for more than 12 hours; luggage cart left in front of the elevators on the floor. At Check in no one even inquired if I had a vehicle or not so that I could easily exit the premises. As the Sofitel, these things were always taken care of. Each time I return to the Pullman, I see additional decline in service.

The room was nice and large, and the view was pleasant. I was not 100% satisfied because I am a nursing mother and there was not a freezer available to freeze my breast milk. This was necessary for me to transport my milk through airport security. This was a business trip so my infant was not with me.

I had a pre-paid booking for a superior room with city view , however when I checked in I was told by Emily that there were only accessible rooms available and when i expressed that was not what i paid for she said all there were only partial accessible rooms available with pool view. So I had no choice but to take it, located on the 6th floor. The room smelt muxy, there was a used hand towel on the sink, to top it all off the bed was not fit to be slept on, it was sunken and caused tremendous pain in my back. I spent the rest of the night sleeping on the chaise. that was absolutely unsatisfactory given that last August my daughter and I had the most awesome experience at your hotel and now to get this service....very poor. However, the next morning I went down to the check in and complained about my experience and was greeted by Leonard who was quite empathetic and who apologised and changed my room to what I had originally paid for a superior with city view on the 11th floor, just like the one I had last year. the room was extremely clean, had a lovely scent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thanks to Leonard's exceptional commitment to quality customer service, that I left a happy customer. I only hope that this will never occur again.

I usually travel for business always by ACCOR, I decided to make my trip with family to MIAMI also with ACCOR, because I wanted to delight my family, but the frustration was very great. Terrible service, extremely small room, non-standard PULLMAN breakfast, Overpriced hotel for what it offers. Costumo viajar a trabalho sempre pela ACCOR, decidi fazer minha viagem com a família para MIAMI também com a ACCOR, pois queria encantar minha família, mas a frustração foi muito grande. Serviço e atendimento terríveis, quarto extremamente pequeno, café da manhã fora do padrão PULLMAN, Hotel muito caro para o que oferece.

I decided to reserve the PULLMAN MIAMI AIRPORT because of my previous experience with the brand, it was very important for me to have good moments with my family, but the Hotel is terrible, the services are terrible, we are very disapointed, a lot of money for nothing.
