This is the third time we stay at this pleasant hotel and were once again satisfied. One single negative comment, and it is important from my perspective: get rid of those heavy, awkward comforters on the beds---they are too hot even with the AC on, and if you don't use them then you are cold. I must also wonder about the hygiene of the idea: are they washed with every change of guest in the room? I doubt it, but if not, I hate to think of how unhygienic that practice would be.

Your hotel does not have a store where you can buy deodorant or any personal hygiene items. The lobby kiosk had very little In selection regarding juice or soda. I know it was suppose to have a limited selection but I could only choose from 2 different sodas and 2 different juices or coffee. There were only four ready made sandwiches in a large glass window for me to pick from and one of the sandwiches had a piece of hair on the inside of the sandwich container. It was very visible. I am mostly upset about your hotel not having small supplies, possibly around the front desk or near the lobby of your hotel because I needed women hygiene products and your hotel does not have a small store or section around the front desk for anyone to by small items. I was disappointed. I came to the hotel so I wouldn't have to sleep in the airport and because I needed female hygiene products and did not want to be at the airport during that time. However, I would have been better off at the crowded airport.

« A wonderful stay at my favorite Miami notel. »

My wife and I were given a room upgrade and a free drink at the bar upon arrival. We were allowed late checkout till 5.00pm the following day. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and the service was prompt and professional. All the staff were very friendly.

Hotel beautiful, room nice and nice size. Bathroom has been updated, but could be improved. TV subpar and WiFi a bit slow. Used WiFi for computer, but used cellphone without WiFi. Complimentary water was not in room. Tried to call the front desk twice, no answer. Went down to front desk where I had just checked in and they said they would send water up. It never showed up.

« Terrible »

I did a on line check in just to add a comment that my wife was supposed to arrived 2 hours before me and ask them to procced with her check in. For my surprise hotel front desk did absolutly nothing tp help her! She told them that I did an on line check in, show my email with confirmation and they just told her that for security reasons she cant go to the room and wish her "good lucky" ! Thats was the worst hotel manager I saw in my life, its an absurd!!! As soon as I arrived I went strigth to the front desk and ask for the manager and she was absolutly inneficient, terrible employee has no capability to work as a hotel manager. I used to be an accor frequent guest but after this terrible experience I probably wont be anymore.

Gold member, we were offered a room upgrade but a there was a bad smell in the room so we eventually went to a standard room. Decoration in the room was dated Service was disappointing Room service was very expensive

« Somewhat pleasant, unfortunate to find out that we were charged a fee just to receive small mail packages under our name. »

The overall experience was good, but it was a bit unfortunate to not hear about charges for receiving packages until we checked out (even after we had told the person at the reception desk that we were expecting some packages by the time we checked in). One of the other not so pleasant experiences was with the food during breakfast. Most of the items were a bit cold out of the serving trays (eggs, sausages, bacon, etc.). The quality of the food was acceptable, but it was a bit too cold both days we had breakfast at the hotel.

« Layover...Stayover MUST in Miami »

If you have a layover, stay at the Pullman. We have done this for years and it feels like family members are waiting for you. Carlos at the bar consistently makes our dining and wine experience an incredible re-entry into America. There is an incredible bar dining menu and we can resist the charcuterie and cheese platter with an excellent red! Jump the shuttle from MIA and in minutes you feel at home!

The bed had no flat sheet, only a comforter with a duvet cover? Flat sheet is a must have. Also, an ironing board but no iron? That doesn’t really make sense. Did online check out so I could do the “easy” check out. Had to call the day after leaving to get my reciept

Generally OK, I had reservations for 4 days at first, but I checked out after two days inexpertly it was late afternoon after cleaning the room. In the room there were two bathrobes every day one was taken out without his replacement, which means on the third day the room remain without one, Welcome drink for booked 4 days is same as one day only, In Hong Kong or Singapore each two days are cover by free voucher

Things were okay-food a little depressing. Service was nice. Did not care for my room much and downstairs was too much chaos. The low point was leaving some stuff behind with no help from the hotel to uber it to me in Miami or even to the office nearby where my employer puts up many employees at the hotel as guests.

« Beautiful hotel... poor systems and signage »

Check in was abysmal. Took about 15 mins. I made reservations on the hotel website but they couldn't find it even when I gave them the confirmation number. Next morning I went to the lower lobby and the signage pointing to the gym was nonexistent. And there was no hotel employee around to ask. I had to go up a level and ask at the front desk.

Comfortable rooms nice pool area , bar staff could be friendlier but are overworked so customer service is not apparent this could be rectified if more staff were available. Reception staff and porters very efficient as was the concierge.

This was my second visit to the Miami Pullman Hotel. I was just as pleased during the visit. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at our room, food was very good. I’m looking to my next visit to this hotel. Thank you
