I had to call 8-10 times to correct simple errors which should not have been made in the first place. The automated system numbers are not matched with the departments they're supposed to be attached to. As a result I ended up spending unnecessary time on hold to be transferred. There was also a completely unauthorized cancellation for this stay. I specifically said "never mind, please keep both nights." I then got a call from my coworkers stating that the entire reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. There was also no cancellation email. I am very very unhappy with this service and will not be returning if I can help it.

Great hotel.nice staff .... ..the view was fantastic,my room was in high floor very comfortable and large .the pool was amazing .would definitely stay in my next trip to miami. Thanks Pullman team!!!!!!

I had always stayed in the Miami Sofitel Hotel which is now called Miami Pullman. I enjoy the remodeling made. Same great hotel only better.

The physical property you can tell was pristine at some point. However clearly lacking in attention to detail in all areas of their operation. Front desk did not have welcome package for Le Club members said it would be delivered to the room never happened. Room had coffee maker but no condiments called front desk said it would be delivered never happen. Trash from some previous guest in form of bottle cap in plain sight in floor in room. Room dusty around head board and night tables. In the restaurant signature burger served burnt. On close examination clear the grill not cleaned properly. Entrance from car park strewn with litter and cigarette boxes and butts. Appears no one pays attention to the details around here. Disappointing!!!

Not the suprior service we are used to with this hotel. Our room was not cleaned. We left a messages for house keeping and no one responded. The bathroom had dust bunnies in corners of the ceilings and the mirror was soiled. On a positive note, the lobby staff was very helpful.

globalement satisfaite de mon séjour comme d'habitude. j'ai quand meme fait remonter 2 informations: 1. no bathroom rug for the floor 2. macaroons announced on the welcoming silver member letter but no macaroons in the room besides that : perfect!! and i am coming back from august 13th to 16th

I had a pleasant stay in Pullman Miami. The room is very comfortable and the environment is peaceful, even being next to a rather busy airport. I felt welcomed in the hotel and the overall experience was pleasant.

« Very good, but we had one little problem. »

It was the 4th time that we chose the hotel. We always liked very much the stay, however this time we had some problems. First, the day we arrived we told we wanted to pay with the points of Accor membership program of the both hosts, but the guy in front desk said it was not possible. We knew that it was possible because we were already told that before arriving but the guy didn't want to give any better atention. When we were checked out, different information was given and we were able to pay with both hosts points, showing we were right at the beggining. Wendy was the one that checked us out and she was great. And worst: one night we woke up almost midnight because of the phone ringing. It was someone from the frontdesk (I think his name is Moreno) to confirm some expense of my daughter in the restaurant. It was midnight!!! He could have waited until the next morning. What he was thinking about us? At the next morning we went to frontdesk to complain about that. We talked to Wendy, and she was very kind and apologized for the event. She also didn't understand why someone would called us so late. Thanks Wendy again, she was a great employee.

We got to the hotel about 4:00pm and we had to wait for about an hour to get our room because it was not ready.....Not a big deal though because it gave us the opportunity to meet with our friends who were there and already checked in. My questions were answered and when we made a request, they were taken care of in a timely manner. Only issue was that the free Wi-Fi was too slow and because of that, it did not work very well. Overall, we had a very satisfactory experience.

« Room Not Ready and Air Conditioner Not Working »

Good Day, I stayed with you on July 29th and checked out on July 20th. We did not get in until about 10pm, only to be told that our room was not ready. This was not what we were looking forward to after a long day of travelling. All we wanted to do is shower. When we got to the room the air conditioner was not working properly. As we only were there for one night, it did not make sense complaining about this. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past but this is the first time I have had anything negative to say about the hotel.

« Everything was perfect! »

Very warm welcome at the front desk. We habe been offered an complimentary upgrade to a nicer corner room at the 15th floor. The service at the bar and at the pool was prefect /Thanks to Carlos. We have been using the following services: restaurant (twice), pool, bar, luggage service, airport shuttle. Every thing was beyond my expectation.

It was ok. When we went to the room the door was open. Everything was fine but thought that was strange. Also the power went out the next morning we couldnt take showers or brush our teeth and had to catch a plane so that made that part of the trip uncomfortable. Also when the power did come on as we were leaving you only had one elevator working so it took forever to get out of the hotel.
