This was my first time at a Pullman hotel and I had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and as pictured. I did appreciate the in room refrigerator and ability to control the temperature in the room. My only complaint was that the air conditioning unit in the hallway outside of the bathroom was leaking water. (Room 929) I would not have noticed until it dripped onto my head while I was walking and also noticed the stain on the carpet. Otherwise, the staff was professional and courteous, the breakfast buffet was delicious (albeit pricey), and the pool area was relaxing. The cats in the outdoor eating area were friendly as well.

We stayed here three nights and after my husbands conference ends we are returning for another two nights & were very pleased with this hotel in general, rooms were clean, staff all very helpful and friendly, free airport shuttle very good, facilities are very nice. Really our only small criticism is that the food in restaurant though tasty is extremely expensive, usually when ordering a steak for instance fries or potato would at least be served with it & included in price ( also portions were quite small ) in the Pullman they were classed as 'sides' and cost $8 /£6 for each vegetable which meant a single course meal for two was $112 not including drinks.

I was surprised when I booked a 9 hour room at the hotel for such an amazing price. My friend and I thought it might be a scam but risked it anyway. When we got there we were happy to find that it wasn't too good to be true and that we would indeed be spending our transit at the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was amazing! It was like sleeping on a cloud. I have never felt such comfort. All the staff were also warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I've stayed at a few airports near Miami airport now, and the Pullman is by far the nicest. Great room and excellent service throughout. Our only issue was towards the last night of the trip where a large group of people including children occupied a number of the rooms surrounding us and made a significant amount of noise walking in between rooms over and over again late at night and early in the morning.

Hotel seemed empty. My room was really cold and could not change the thermostat. Went to highly taunted on site restaurant after 9PM, only one couple there. I was seated half way to the REAR. My order of French onion soup and crab cakes was awful. the soup had very little broth and way too much bread/cheese: the crab cakes were crispy on top and soggy in the middle AND nearly tasteless.The waiter simply set the food down and walked away! I lifted the tops of the crab cakes and very obviously didn't eat them. The check was delivered and collected without asking why it wasn't eaten! Never checked if I needed anything in the empty eatery. On my exit the maitre'd asked 'how was my meal, I simply put my finger over my lips in a don't ask jesture...

Service and attention to detail is not up to par. My room didn't have water, they wouldn't replenish the hygiene products. My lights in the room and phone did not work. There was blood or ketchup on my pillow. Most importantly when I booked the stay, and when I checked in I told them of my food allergies. Everytime I ordered breakfast I advised them as well of my dairy allergy. Yet every day they were putting Parmesan cheese on the vegetable. I do not trust that they know what they are doing. Even after I told them on the phone about my allergy and I even wrote out "no dairy" on the breakfast order form, they told me they don't have access to the system so they don't kno I have an allergy.

I thought the rooms and bathrooms would be nicer. The pool, lobby and gym were very nice. I am very disappointed with guests bringing their young children into the gym and letting them run around and leaving dumbells all over the floor when they left. I was unable to maintain my training regiment due to kids under 10 always being in the gym on the machines and using weights. I said something to the parents every time and it always turned out to almost in a fist fight. They would get very defensive when I would point out the rule sign on the wall. This needs to be monitored every 30 mins by an employee because not being able to complete my workouts really ruined my trip. I stayed at your hotel solely based on the gym that you had. It is superior to other hotels. I wish I could have cancelled my other nights after seeing that the 1st night there. I think the staff needs to be more responsible for certain rules around the fitness center and pool area.
