« Great stay but bed needs a little work »

The bed isn't that comfortable. Infact if I'm not mistaken, the king bed is comprised of two (2) smaller beds put together. A little more work and tlc needs to be performed on the need to bosst comfort.

« Comfortable and slightly expensive for location »

The room was comfortable and reasoably quiet for being next to the runway. There could have been more coffee in the room for the machine. The in room dining was quick and very tasty and ample portions. The bar staff seemed to convenient forget that the draught beer was 50% reduced cost, so ended up with two drinks for the price to save any re-charging. This is more a businessmans hotel where guests are on expenses.

« Food Poisioning from your bar food »

FIrst night in I ordered the Mahi - mahi grilled sandwich at bar and had 2 glasses of ice water, 2 hours later I was puking my guts out along with non-stop diarrhea all night long. When I arrived I was doing perfectly fine, and the fact that it was ~2 hrs after eating your food the sickness started an lasted basically till mid morning the next day.......... Then after taking Imodium, I was better and could keep water down, but sill couldn't eat until the following day. What was worse is I called the front desk and ask if they had a small store area in hotel where I could buy some Pepto Bismol or other stomach type med's and was told no nearest pharmacy was few minutes away. Told the person I couldn't make it to a pharmacy even if they drove me due to constantly going to bathroom and ask if they could have someone go pick up some "over the counter" med's like Pepto Bismol or Imodium for me. After putting me on hold for ~5 minutes, the person checked with his Mgr - who said "NO - they would not go pick up any med's for me even over the counter" ............. I pleaded but to no avail the person said he couldn't do that regardless if I came down stairs and puked in their shuttle van or even in the lobby - they would not get the med's for me - I'd have to go myself. After coming down and having a heated discussion with the young (idiot) at the front desk - who couldn't seem to understand that if I stood there very long I was going to puke again and I would in their shuttle van if they drove me to the pharmacy.......... he proceeded to threaten me with calling security............ I then went down to the bar area found the restaurant mgr (older more experienced gentlemen) and explained it to him and he said he would get someone to go to the pharmacy to get me the med's so I wouldn't have to puke in your hotel shuttle van or lobby............ I gave him $$$ for the med's and then 15 min's later he personally brought the med's to my room an I tipped him well. I've traveled the world over the yrs and been sick before outside the USA and gotten far better help and treatment from motel staff who are willing to help chase down something as simple as over the counter med's for issues like food poisoning or head colds........ I've never experienced such poor customer service from a hotel before. In addition I've never run into a such an arrogant young staff person on your front desk as to threat a sick person in their hotel due to your food with calling security. I wish I had captured his name as I'd strongly recommend he needs some customer service training or to just be fired for incompetency an lack of demonstrating basic common sense to try and help out someone sick in your motel especially given the source or the sickness. As an FYI - I've contacted the Miami Health Dept. along with their restaurant inspection agency and notified them of my illness at your motel - date, time and food type. I suspect you'll be in for a surprise health inspection of your kitchen soon - good luck with that. PS - I'll also be posting my issue to Yelp as well, enjoy.

Everyone was very nice. The room was nice but the bed didn’t have a sheet to cover us and when I called to have it delivered it took 2 more calls and over an hr to get the sheet

Disapppointubg, again..... getting out of parking area, unattentive. Rooms booked on a company card despite staff awareness continues to get charged on the guess’s credit card given in good faith for “incidentals”

Only one problem. We booked the bed and breakfast rate (originally direct online). We must have overlooked the number of guests section. Even though there were two of us (my husband and I), the Pullman would only give us breakfast for one.

« Overcharged room rate »

I initially requested a room with 2 full size beds (my wife has had recent surgery and I did not want to accidentally “kick” her during the night). I was offered an Executive Suites at plus $21. I accepted but the room did not have separate beds. I requested a room with 2 full size beds. At breakfast, my wife and I ordered Continental breakfasts and were overcharged.

« Avoid the bar... »

Waitress for the long lighted table (very nice btw) forgot a quarter of our order, then served us something we did not order, and surprise, the tip was already included in the bill! That explains it all; no incentive to pay attention to customers whatsoever... She deserved a minus 20% tip!

Extremely Friendly & Professional Staff, love the location of the hotel nice & quiet. The room very clean, & soothing color palette. My only disappointment is the bathroom a the free standing sink is the culprit. No room for morning grooming. This would be a 10 plus rating if a vanity was added.
