« Looked great but room was dirty »

Shuttle service was great, all the staff we spoke to were very helpful and the ground floor and entrance was very impressive. However there were lots of long black hairs all over both bathroom floors and I mean like handfuls, the 2 rooms we had were on different floors.

Room was nice, not quite the view I thought I would get, but it was okay. Was told at checkin that there would be complementary breakfast and it ended up being a very expensive one. So that was disappointing.

« The hotel quality decreased overall »

I'm really disappointed with the hotel quality overall. As soon as I got to my room, I was surprised by the smell of cigarettes. When going to bathe, there was no hot water available. I reported the problems to the concierge, but at night I still had no hot water. The next day I requested the room change, however according to the reception, there was no other room available and the next day, finally the water problem was solved. Another problem was the pigeons, with nests in the outside of the window, where there should be a flower box, but the space is empty, facilitating the installation of these nests. The quality of the breakfast has decreased a lot, since the last time I stayed at this hotel, the variety of food available is extremely small and the hygienic aspect of the provision of these foods is also poor.

« Bad customer experience. Won’t recommend this hotel to a colleague or friend. »

We waited 40 mins for checkout. At 3 am. Tired from the flight. Had to ask again to front desk to see if “system is down” wasn’t the reason anymore for me waiting in the lobby, right in front of the front desk agents who didn’t seem to care for me waiting there. Went to the bathroom... it was really in bad shape. Very very dirty. Like when a party just happened and somebody had a tough night. Discusting. But what really annoyed me is that I did complained. For several channels (online and personally). No one seemed to care. Honestly, I do not understand the good reviews of your hotel. To me, the worst experience of indifference I’ve had for years. And I do travel a lot.

I will not come back to the Pullman due to my experience with HOUSEKEEPING. During a one week stay my room failed to be serviced on three different occasions. There is nothing more frustrating than returning to your room after a long day and finding it has not been cleaned. I spoke to several supervisors about the situation confident it would be fixed to no avail. Instead, it was insinuated the room had not been serviced bc, while taking a shower, I had left a "do not disturb sign" on the door handle so "obviously, they could not come in." My response to that is they should be noting which rooms were not serviced so they could return later. On another occasion I was told the housekeeper had "too many rooms" to service. Dinner was excellent- Chef's new menu is exciting and delicious. Bar was also excellent. Excellent pool. But, you can eat outside, you can have drinks outside, you don't have an option of sleeping elsewhere. For that reason, I'm not returning and telling my friends.

We used the hotel for a day room after coming off a cruise and having to wait until evening for a flight. Not many hotels will offer day rooms so was great to offer this facility. Staff and hotel facilities we good. Rooms felt a bit dated and tired but not a problem for the amount of time we were there. Very convenient location and would use again.

Overall, my kids and I enjoyed our stay. For a family who just spent a week at a cruise, and were spending another 4 days in Miami, we were hoping not to spend too much on meals. The hotel should offer a breakfast meal; eggs, bagels, coffee and cereal free of charge for guests. Maybe moderate prices on a few select items for lunch and dinner; burgers, pizza, fries etc. Families would definitely return.
