I decided to reserve the PULLMAN MIAMI AIRPORT because of my previous experience with the brand, it was very important for me to have good moments with my family, but the Hotel is terrible, the services are terrible, we are very disapointed, a lot of money for nothing.

Here for a day from 9-5 and the following were positives and negatives: Positives-somewhat inexpensive, good location, and they gave me free parking (very nice, otherwise $10) Negatives- Housekeeping entered 3 times Sink drains slowly Room dirty and smelly (found hair on bed) Body wash seal was broken Fridge was open and leaking water when I arrived

Great room, v comfy, But I was missing the bar scene, and no snacks menu, no bar staff, no waiters/resses. I was thinking that the bar area looks like a waiting room/airport boarding area, really dull and insipid.. Make it welcoming, change the seating dim the lights get some friendly people in to serve, have a snax menu, offer the flight crews that stay there a discount so they party up. I was hoping to chill at the bar/pool but it just wasn’t that nice. Room service was good. The little coffee area was good but the shelves were empty. Go healthy then, make it different, sell smoothies made fresh, proper coffee and tea. Again, it was a bit insipid and please open the thing up past 5pm Its a great building but it just feels like you are not welcoming enough and certainly missing a big opportunity with that great big bar space.

They charged me double on my stay, as i was checking out the front desk said I haven't pay though I have it as a pre paid stay. Breakfast was good, customer service in the restaurant was great. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

Loved the cleanliness and modern decor. The bar with the view of the pool was lovely! The only recommended improvement is to have a more affordable selection of a la carte breakfast items on the restaurant menu. Other than that, it was a great experience!

I used to go to this hotel often but this last stay has proven that this hotel took a big drop in terms of C. service and cleanness of the room. The shower and bath tub was dirty, when I signal the issue the front desk told me they would send someone to clean the room. Five hours after nothing was done so I reach out to the front desk and they tell me the cleaning staff, clean only once a day and I would have to wait until tomorrow. I finally was able to change room which was a bit better but honestly the shower had dirty stain in the ceramic, I felt like in a 2 or 3 star hotel. The staff is not knowledgeable so this is why you get the run around. The front desk was not able to let me know the time of the shuttle with nobody around to help. It is a shame, this hotel use to have great service specially when they had a concierge that would be responsible for the well being of the client. Sometime cutting positions has an impact on C. service which is clearly the case now.

Came to check in both FD where in training without any supervision who actually knew how to check Somone in, the whole process took 20 min. Secondly and most importantly they didn’t except my SERVICE ANIMAL! , they asked for $50 deposit which is ILEGAL ACCORDIONISTS TO ADA REGULATION. Im very disappointed in Pullman and Accor Hotel in general. Im expecting a follow up before i go to further action.

Bathroom out out of Folsom prison. No space to even put deodorant. Shower was head rubbish. Bath filled up while having a shower. Tiny TV Poor cabinet. Woken 2 mornings in a row even after leaving " Do not disturb card" on door. Paid for better room no better in fact even worse than my 2nd room (1221) my room 1218. Can't say I enjoyed the stay at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with you guys and wish to pass my gratitude to the server who kept charging my phone - sadly I did not get his name but he was an elderly black gentleman who really went the extra mile. Overall the front office staff and cleaners were helpful and friendly. The downside for me was not having a spare phone charger at the front desk and a bar fridge in the room. It would also be helpful to know that the dolphin mall shuttle is not a direct one... Thank you

Nothing spectacular. There are visible signs of decay at the hotel and there is a need for refurbishment in quite a few areas. Which if this is attended to, will greatly enhance guest experience.

I was happy to have a nice and modern room and good amenities in the bathroom. Yet, I was disappointed when I found trash in one of the drawers from a previous guest. The lowest point was the quality of the breakfast. I am sorry, but it was one of the worst breakfasts for the price I've ever had; little choices from the buffet (and tasted so poor that I didn't even know what I was eating) and the oily but flavorless omelette. If I had known that they had a coffee vendor that carries better selections, I would never have wanted to eat at the restaurant. One another thing. I spoke to the Accor Hotels Custmer Support about the shuttle from the airport, which they suggested that I e-mail the hotel directly. I did so well in advance, but they never responded. Attending staffs were all great, though. Very nice to have a free shuttle to the airport. The hotel looks pretty fancy for an airport hotel, but I am not sure if I will come back to this particular premise. I expect more from the Pullman.

Aside from the staff being friendly and welcoming and the hotel being clean, comfortable, and attractive, two things made my stay an especially terrific experience. Normally, I leave a tip in my hotel room and I expect the cleaning staff to take it. I was surprised one afternoon when I came back to my room and found the tip still on the counter. I thought I had made it obvious that the money was a tip for whoever cleaned my room. Admittedly, though, I didn't leave a note like I typically do. Still, I've never come back to my hotel room, at any other hotel, and found the money still lying where I left it. I fully expect the cleaning staff to take it. Where am I going with this? It, apparently, wasn't clear to the cleaning staff member that the tip was for him/herand it was left there. Who does that? I don't expect a housekeeper/cleaning staff member to leave the tip behind. Leaving the money behind speaks to honesty and integrity. I hope the Pullman knows they've got a gem of a staff member in the person who cleaned room 1109 during my stay Sep 16th - 19th. The other thing that I like about my stay was that the meal I had on the 16th was delicious. Whoever cooked that salmon dinner did an outstanding job. Hats off to the chef/cook who prepared my meal on the evening of the 16th.
