Easy check in, following an airport transfer. Nice, comfortable room with an excellent bed. Plenty of facilities, nice pool and a welcoming bar where a brink and snack was enjoyed. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. A hotel we with use on our next Miami trip.

Hotel is clean as usual. Not enough pillows on beds and unable to get more due to full occupancy. Hotel should always be prepared for sell out and have more than 2 pillows on a bed

« Excellent stay »

We stayed one night, september 7th, fabulous service and hotel, everything was right from when we pulled up in the taxi, Great customer service from all involved, room was spacious and clean, (great view of the airport) Pool and area was clean with plenty of seating and sun lounge chairs, Restaurant was excellent with great food and service. Check out was noon, which was a good time, Check out procedure was easy. Airport shuttle was a bonus

We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Miami, travelling as a party of 4 and stayed 1 night in 2 very spacious rooms. Hotel has good facilities and is a good location close to airport and a shopping mall within walking distance. The hotel has complimentary airport pick up and drop off. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We dined in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast which offers good range of food choices.

the room #529 carpet was extremly dirty , as soon as I opened the door there were white stains everywhere, I even took pictures of it and was afraid to take my shoes off. The resturant was horriiable we were told the fish of the day was chilian sea bass,, so we ordered it , it smelled horriable and we could tell it was not chilan sea bass. When the waitress returned we asked her and she said no she told us it was Asian Sea bass, it was nasty. I think she pocketed the cash that was left on one of the checks becasue we asked for a copy of the receipt and she gave us a hard time, we insisted on getting a copy and we saw her take it out of the trash can. She never brought us water which we asked for. Breakfast was not good eiither, we asked for your famous chocolate crossiants and she charged us eight dollars for 4 that were cold and she never returned so we could have them heated . I would not stay there again

The concierge team take a lot of time to find girlfriend´s birthday gift that a bought previously at Amazon.com, and the bar at the lobby have a delay when serving the guests.

« one night before Irma »

We only stayed for one night after getting evacuated before hurricane Irma hit, Booked room online at 8.30am, arrived at hotel at 9.45am, room was ready for us. excellent service, (we were told to evauate previous hotel at 8am) Room was very good, king size bed, bathroom, closet, safe, 2 large windows, plus desk and chair, Very comfy. Pool area was good, plenty of chairs etc, Plenty of seats in lounge area, nice looking bar (though we didnt use it), small starbucks type shop. Restaurant was good, smart area but relaxed, Breakfast buffet was good value, plenty to pick from, Dinner was excellent, Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed due to the approaching hurricane and as we were due to fly out the following night. Certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a excellent hotel at a fair price close to Miami airport, Hotel also operates a airport shuttle service.

We we left the Hyatt Hotel next to this after they shoes us six rooms all had hair on the bed, and my fiance can't stand other people hair. We went over to the Pullman and the first room we went to had hair. The second room also had hair, but they still had housekeeping on staff to change the sheets. The last room we was in was OK, but the AC was not able to cool the bedroom.

I purchased a room in advance and I was told I could not cancel my reservation because it was prepaid. The reason I wanted to cancel was because hurricane Irma was heading our way . I called over 30 times to speak to a manager but he would not come to the phone. If I could give you guys 0's I WOULD!! I got hung up on at least 10 times..Terrible customer service.. I will not be coming back and I will tell everyone I know not to visit your hotel. One of the worst experiences in my life!!!!

We had a layover so only had one night here. It was clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We didn't get to eat anything at this hotel due to a later arrival and early departure.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the employees were pleasant. The hotel location is not ideal - isolated and surrounded with a chain link fence, giving the feel of being in a compound. There were no restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a restaurant but it was closed at 3:00 when we checked in, so we had to eat at the bar. Two sandwiches, a soft drink and a beer were over $50. Absurd. Later that night we wanted a snack, and there was NOTHING - no small snack shop open or convenience shop of any kind. I found that very strange - most hotels offer something! Thank goodness we booked a room with breakfast included and were able to eat in the hotel restaurant before leaving - I can't imagine what the cost of that would have been if paid for separately! The pool area did look nice, but we were unable to use because it was raining the short time we were there.

we stayed 3 nights and I use Pullman in Europe every week. that is why as a platinum member I always try to stay with Pullman any where in the world. Miami is not only poor from design meaning bathroom half redone and Not cleaned (found hair ) and toiletries for 1 while we are 2. in the middle of the night we had an fire alarm. my husband had to open the gate to the fire brigade that was standing waiting for the gate to open. it was confirmed to be a false alarms for 2 floors only. when we got back in room we had it 4 more times. the next morning while mentioning this to the superviso he told us there was an explosion on the roof and was aggressive as I was asking compensation for this bad experience. I do expect compensation and hope I will do something about it as I am staying 6 nights again on this trip on accord properties.

The Place is Beautiful, but if you are tired when you arrive late, it is not pleasant to notice that there are not enough towels (2 towels and had reservation for 5). WE had to wait like 10 minutes before we got them. Your taking a shower and there is no bath rug also had to wait another 10 minutes. Afterwards we all had a good sleep though.

When I first arrived to the hotel, I was a bit aggravated, because the clerks at the desk, didn't greet us and it took about five minutes for a clerk to come to her station to check us in. But once we were checked and lead to our room. THE ROOM WAS EVERYTHING! It was nice view, cozy and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and nice! The staff was nice and helpful as well.
