I stayed at Pullman for 3 days to attend a meeting that was held there. The conference room was comfortable, except for being very cold at times. Breakfast, lunch and coffee break were efficient and delicious. Dinner in the restaraunt was good - I had the Miami Spice menu. My room was comfortable and all amenities were fine. The staff were friendly and I had no issues during my stay. A gift shop on property would have been nice as I had no time to leave the hotel.

Stayed two nights on separate bookings split over a few days. First visit was excellent, with a superb greeting etc. And room on 10th floor was great. 2nd visit was not such a good welcome, had to ask about the welcome drink voucher, and the identical room on the 6th floor had the fridge hidden in a cupboard in the bedroom. Previous room it was in the living area. The 2nd room also had no Nespresso coffee machine, it was a Keurig which I did not use, as the coffee is revolting. Both rooms were clean and quiet.

The cleaning service was well timed for my "out of room" periods and hence no disturbances, which was welcome. The food and drinks service for both the breakfast and the dinner was superior - really enjoyed the Miami Spice menu at the restaurant. The Concierge team is really the heart of the service received - both Jerry and Fadil were very accommodating of my requests, addressed my needs in a timely and professional manner. I truly believe that they made the difference for a Pullman stay versus any other hotel.

« Although the hotel was beautiful, I probably got 2 hours of sleep. »

There was a constant clinkering noise that kept me from falling aleep. I barely got a wink of sleep. It sounded like the pipes in the walls were humming and clinkering throughout the night. I got up several times to see where the noise was coming from. I was totally exhausted the next day for my business meeting.

Need better quality towels, must repaint rooms they are pretty bad shape doesn't look clean especially since you are classified as a 4 star hotel. The front desk guy wasn't as friendly very stand off. The shuttle service is a plus the drivers very friendly. Because of the location you should have higher standards right now I would classify you as a 3 star not 4 and definitely not 5. Especially since I've stand in nicer 3 stars that were cleaner, better quality towels and sheets then this hotel.

・Pullman Miami Airport is situated near the Miami Airport, and there is shuttle bus between the hotel and airport, it is very useful on the stay. ・The employees are polite and helpful. One of the day, i put the tip and one greeting "Thank you for keep cleaning", and housekeeper(?) responded "Gracias!", i felt the close to the staffs. ・Breakfast is so nice, It would be better to put more greens(cucumber, lettuce, onion etc,). ・The room is very comfortable and keeping silent, so i enjoyed the stay. Especially, the sunrise was do beautiful. And i think it's better for customers to put the slippers on the room. ・One of the receptionist translate my short message for postcard from English to Spanish by my request, and he made me special souvenir for my friend. "Gracias!"

Sleeping experience terrible, Restaurant price not fair for what is delivered, shower experience is good, A/C does not work properly at guestroom, Welcome experience/receptionists is overall good.

The hotel is fabulous and the food delicious. Our problem began at the airport when we had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle. When I called to report we were still waiting, I was told the driver had a "slight delay". Check in was very pleasant. When dining in the room we were unable to rent a movies as the screen said we were not checked in. When we called the front desk we were told to try again...still not able. We gave up and were not very happy. These negative experiences overshadowed the beauty of the hotel.
