The phone system wasn’t working so it was very difficult to book my visit. Also the crab cakes were over breaded. The cream de brûlée was excellent.

« Great beginning »

Very good beginning of our Florida vacation. Shuttle Service very friendly and helpful, professional and warm welcoming reception team and funny waiter at the breakfast restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. a lot of pool towels available. Great to keep the luggage in your storage while exploring the area around the hotel, after check out. Will come back :)

Nice hotel, comfortable room, close to the airport with shuttle service. Friendly bellmen. Other staff a little off. Had late night issues with shower, receptionist came and looked at it. offered new room but i was too late to move so stayed in room

I enjoyed the hotel; it's convenient and beautiful location set the tone for our event. The hotel is laid out conveniently and all attendees were complimentary of the amenities. My room was comfortable and I enjoyed a beautiful view. The banquet staff was helpful and the food quality exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff was all willing to adjust to our needs. I would have appreciated a bit more engagement from the event hotel staff during the prep day and early morning prior to the start of the meeting. The lighting in the room was dark, but after sending an admin to find hotel staff, they were able to resolve the issue.

« The matress was so old that the feet were above my head »

The room was clean. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The AC was not good enough. There was a constant background sound of water flowing. The Front desk personnel were very attentive and nice.

« be carefull not to decline »

The overall experience was still as expected and good - but be carefull not to decline as.... ...TV not working after asking two days in a row with not improvement i just stopped asking as i could get along also without watching tv for one week ...one light bulp in bathroom not working when arriving, fixed after mention it to front desk ... one hotel shuttle bus driver (older man, gray hair, glasses) is simply not capable to handle this task, he has trouble handling the big bus, dont know where to go and honestly i felt not really safe, did you not check the persons if they are able to drive the bus before letting them drive it and your guests, i had the impression you could care a bit more about the safety of your hotel guests

We have never thought about staying at any other MIA hotel for our layovers. This trip presented situations that appear to be lack of attention to details l or budgetary challenges??? The airport shuttle bus leaves the hotel on the hour and half hour...we know this as we have stayed with Sofitel and Pullman for over eight years. The shuttle did not arrive and I called the hotel and was told that it had been there ... what door was I at...I was at the correct door! After explaining I was at the correct location she explained that the bus would be there in 15 minutes....when he arrived he was distressed that we had 5 pieces of luggage and two backpacks...he went into the luggage hold of truck and made my 65 yr old husband lift the bags onto the bus. The bus was in disrepair with cracked upholstery, and a door that made a horrendous noise when it was opened and closed. No water was offered after ournwaiting over 50 minutes for bus. Upon checking in my reservation could not be found...thankfully it was...and I did receive an upgrade, which we are very thankful for. The evening was delightful upon our arrival to the bar area as we were once again greeted by Carlos...the real,reason we stay at Pullman...we met him years agar and he is the best asset that MaiminPullman has. He is warm, welcoming, professional and so knowledgeable. We have referred many of our friends who also have layovers in MIA...please stay at Pullman...have dinner at the bar and make sure to say hi to Carlos!!!...my mantra! We purchased the add on breakfastvand were very excited to partake as we have in the past. The food that was offered was not that of the past. Everything was ordinary..scrambled eggs, potatoes..sausage...no lox for the bagels...mini croissants that were cold, and make your own waffle unit...the same appliance used at budget hotels...shame on Pullman. All in all, we hare returning in a few months and thanks to Carlos we will give The Pullman one more try. I only spent this much time because I do love this hotel but send in someone in to inspect...the bus, the cheap one ply toilet paper and the ceiling light bulbs that are out....save the old girl that was The Sofitel.

This was my 1st time at the Accor hotel in Miami. Great food and service, desk staff very helpful. Need electric outlets in the open lounge area for people meeting and working,Rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable

Everything was wonderful minus the parking fee. The pool was nice although a little on the cool side. The kids loved the waterfall and the stray cats at night. The sheets and blankets and beds were so comfortable.
