« Comfortable room and tasty breakfast »

We upgraded to a suite in order to check in early, this was a comfortable room with good facilities. Some of the furniture was a bit tired looking, however, overall appearance was good. Breakfast contained a good selection of good quality food, and staff were efficient. Carlos at the bar was friendly and made a fantastic cocktail for us. Front office staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy check in. great room (suite) with everything and more we needed. Easy check out. All staff were polite and helpful. « Good hotel but mixed experience depending on staff »

Nice hotel in good proximity to Miami International Airport. Spacious rooms with comfortable and plush beds. The gym is pretty good with several options for a good workout. The food in the restaurant is very tasty; I highly recommend the creme brulee! During the week I stayed, I didn't have good experiences with the shuttle service which I one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Of the 5 days I needed the shuttle to take me to my office 1 mile away, it was only available 1 day. The other days I had to walk, Uber or the hotel got me and my group taxis. And this all happened after confirming the night before the time we needed the shuttle and checking in early each morning. The concierge most often was not helpful in these situations with the shuttle.

Cleanliness and friendliness was great. The TV in my room did not work so as I was leaving for the day, I asked for it to be fixed. When I returned at 5:00, nothing had happened. I called down to the desk and was told a ticket had been written. I said when does that mean it will be fixed and asked if it could be done now since my expectation was to fix while I was away for the day. Someone came and fixed within the hour. Headed down to the bar for happy hour. Service was slow. Ordered the final round of beers just before 7:00. Took about 10 minutes for them to arrive. Then saw we were charged full price since they were delivered after 7:00. Did not return to the bar for the rest of the trip because of this. I stay here for convenience when traveling to Miami. Other stays would rate higher. This stay was a bit of a let down. Hopefully this is a one off experience and my next trip will be good service as usual.

« Nice hotel, some details need improvement »

The hotel is in a beautiful settings with a nice business center. Starbucks is a plus. I found it odd as did my coworker that both of our rooms were missing a top sheet beneath the duvet. The duvet is too warm for Florida and there was no in between/top sheet to cover oneself at night. I also report that my room 1407 smelled like asparagus pee. The hotel offered to let me switch. However, the room smelled even after running the air conditioner and treatment with room freshener. Please have someone do a deep cleaning of this room.

Partial business and leisure weekend. The service staff that made up my room was fantastic. The staff at the reception should take them as an example as they looked pretty uninterested. The food in the restaurant was below average and that is me being polite. The gym was good but could have been cleaner. On my first day at the pool I was tortured for three hours by compressor noise as the staff decided to clean the pool during the day instead of the morning.

The front desk check in process left us with too many questions. When putting the deposit on our card it ran twice and just as I expected only one of the charges actually came off the bill. When I called back to resolve it the front desk said I need to contact the billing department and it was after hours so I would need to call Monday. Directions to our room and explanation of breakfast was very sparse. We had reserved breakfast ahead of time and it took some arguing with the front desk to get them to understand. Thecommodations were very nice and bfast was nice but there our waiter was visibly ill, could not speak well because of a cold. This left me not wanting to drink any of the beverages he brought and soured the experience when combined with the rather unpleasent check in experience. Checkout was no better with confusion about the charges.

« Amazing service wonderful Team »

Well lets see. Check in was a breeze. Front desk staff was amazing and friendly and welcoming. Meals were on time and fresh. Food was tasty and well prepared. Great variety. Would have liked to have had more cereals but i was reminded that we had pre selected the menus. We had the most accomodating and gentle attendant didnt speak much English but saw to our every need with grace and professionalism. Thank you to the tall statuesque beautiful young woman on the evening shift who sought out and delivered tea to my room. Again names escape me but kindness and professionalism must be acknowledged. The pick up service was excellent. TEAM PULLMAN thank you for a wonderful stay.
