The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. But i requested the nespresso machine to be fixed multiple times and had to ask for a cup of coffee from breakfast area instead and it always seemed like an imposition. I checked into a different room the next week and had the same issue.

We had a nice experience at your hotel. The room was not ready upon our check-in but front desk people held our luggage while it was being prepared and we left to go explore the city. Room was cleaned nicely every day. The only issue we had was the toilet seat that was cracked and it pinched the skin at every use. I had to request twice to have it replaced. The first person kind of blew off the request. The second young lady had it replaced with in a day. So thanks to her. The hotel was at a good location near the tram and groceries. Water in the shower sometimes would run cold while taking the shower. Overall it was a good stay.

The room is very basic and the service at the front reception is not up to my expectation. I wanted to keep my luggage at the hotel and I was asked to pay a handling fee of 5 swiss franc per luggage. I did not want to pay. Subsequently, one of my colleague left the luggage at the hotel and he was not required to pay for it. I do not know the reason for the double standard?

Last year I had reason to put in a negative feedback regarding our stay. This year, our experience could not have been in more contrast. From the help with getting luggage down the steps when we arrived , to betting it back up again when re departed In particular, the assistance I was given in tackling the 'amac' wifi for our flight check in. There is still the problem of the narrow lifts but without a major rebuild, there is not much you can do about that. There is one point. The tel number on your website comes up 'invalid number' Well done .We hope to be back next year,

The hotel is old and not in a good condition. The halls and public places need deep cleaning. It was the most disappointed Novotel we have been in in the last 8 years.

oriented on people travelling but not customers. Hotel modern and comfortable. nice restaurant (dinning room outside). Good service. I have had to pay the shuttle for the return to the airport (10mn travelling).

The hotel is a bit old, nice neighborhood, need refreshment And a goooood cleaning. The rooms were ok , the breakfast Was a bit disappointed compared to other Novotel’s breakfast we had before. It is the less good Novotel experience we had.

We stayed one night and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, the Shuttle service to the airport, the room in which our family of 4 could stay, and for the AC. Everything was fine, room was small, but clean and the AC worked. The shuttle cost 4 Swiss Francs per adult (older than 16 yrs) to the airport from the hotel, but is free if you are being picked up at the airport. When checking in and checking out, I had the nicest young man and young woman take care of me, they were both very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the Shuttle driver on the evening we checked in.... my husband and I drove the rental car back to the airport to drop off, and waited in the incorrect spot at the airport. (where it said shuttle buses, and not Hotel shuttle) We didn't realize this until we saw the shuttle (after waiting close to 10 min) and waved to him and he pulled over, put the window down and in a very unfriendly manner told us we were in the wrong spot, and to go to the correct spot and we'd have to wait for him to return. This is crazy that he wouldn't stop for us. We had no luggage, and would have just hopped in very quickly. I don't even think he had any passengers in the van. He was very rude. So, after he left us there, we went to the area for the Hotel Shuttles and waited for 10-15 mins. for him to return. Maybe strict rules dictate you can't pick up anyone unless they are in the designated area, but he could have told us that. He said nothing to us when we boarded to go to the hotel. If you do use shuttle service to get picked up at airport, just make sure you are in the correct waiting area.

Everything was good except : The sofa bed was appalling, the springs inside were digging into me all night. Very poor. Only two servings of milk were provided. We had to ask for more. The check in staff were not exactly welcoming, quite stern. Otherwise the room was nice, a good shower, and the free table football and games was welcomed.
