The room was tiny. Smelly fridge. Remote control batteries needed to be replaced. Breakfast is totally overpriced. Overall design is pleasant.

Our family had a pleasant 2 night stay at this hotel in mid Jun, ending our 3 week summer vacation in Europe. We had no issue with the room except the sofa bed where my kids slept in was not comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. I consider the hotel was a decent value considering how expensive Zurich is.

Service at the reception was very polite. Room was clean - I lived in room 425. The stay was short. No time to enjoy all service. Some remarks about room (not to blame anyone, just for improvement): - there is a damaged contact socket near the bed (it is covered that is why you can't see defect). - In the bathroom the outflow of water in the wash basin (sink) was closed and took some time to find where to open.... ;-)

I normally stay with you when visiting Zurich, but this visit was not as good as previous visits. The TV didn't work. When I mentioned it the following morning to the woman at checkout, she said that I needed to hit "5" on the remote to turn the TV on. It would be nice to have known this prior to entering the room. Also, the shower did not work (the water ran through the faucet, but the button to turn the shower on would not engage). I complained about this too the morning of check out.

It wasvery nice and kind staffs. Also good location to access downtown as well as shopping center. Though I lost driving license card in room and still working to find it, it was excellent!

The card access to my room was faulty & no one bothered to fix it despite being informed twice. Staying in a hotel that I can’t get into my room is ridiculous. Very poorly managed. Will tell everyone via Facebook not to stay or used Novotel.

Ambiance was good, reception approach good. small suggestion .. please do not say no when people ask for tea bags and its milk.. we received no from your reception.. second thing in your menu u wrote for indian food but when we called they said no indian food.. so we had to went out,,, you should have system so that at the time of enterance we knew that availability of food.. (Any indian,chinese) ...

Not pleasant. We arrived after midnight & left at 7am. The main bed was very uncomfortable & the sofa bed (which I slept on) was worse- large depressions - felt unsafe to sleep on. Breakfast ok

« Nice Hotel very near train station »

Very nice, good, and clean hotel with comfortable beds. Toilet is clean. Receptionists are very good and friendly. It is located near the airport and even closer to the tram station to airport or to Zurich city centre. For house keeping, some are friendly while others not so much (maybe it’s because they can’t speak english, but perhaps the least they can give is a sweet smile. Unfortunately, they did not).

« Easy to get to, Great links to the Airport and friendly staff »

I was grateful to be quickly checked-in when i arrived are a long day and the BBQ in the outside area helped me to quickly relax. That evening I slept very well and the next morning had no issues with my 5am check-out. My only disappointment was the lack of anything sweet for people leaving before breakfast.

The room was good and clean as usual. The hotel is very quiet and acoustic is perfect ! The personal at arrival was very kind and accommodate a new room (Queen bed instead of 2 beds). The lounge was OK and the waiter perfect :) I strongly recommend !

The building where the hotel is situated is under construction and I was awaken on satarday morning by load noises of construction. If this information was know to me on the time of booking., i would have not booked this location. Cost of parking is outrageous.
