Very conveniently located near the airport. The Air Condition was not cooling enough, the temperature was not comfortable in the room. The cleanness was not % as expected for a swiss Hotel.

1. Online check-in failed. My key was not ready, and I was compulsorily enrolled into Fast Check Out. Despite a request to change the payment card when I checked in, and despite assurances that the card could be changed at check out, an automatic billing was put through to the original card. 2.Breakfast service was poor. The restaurant is too small to adequately handle large tour parties, which turned the first day into a nightmare. One the second day, a party had clearly breakfasted very early and left, but their dirty crockery had not been cleared.

It was great to see how close it is to the airport. Great and easy access to the City too. Buffet Breakfast generous and delicious. Bus driver very helpful. The room was ok. Mattress's comfortable same as pillows. Bathroom had an awful sewerage like smell throughout the stay. No extra respect shown for Priority Members. No doorbell man to help with luggage and when you are on 24hrs flight that would be helpful to be offered. Disappointed not to have a luggage rail but to take it up to the bus by stairs. Hard work.

Scary and rude Airport Shuttle Driver but Warm & Efficient Front Desk Staff; No 24- hour housekeeping

1) We rode the hotel Airport Shuttle. You should Screen your drivers. He parked across the street unlike the other Shuttle buses that were parked right in the Airport sidewalk for the Shuttle stop. All the guests had to Cross the Street but apparently loading in not allowed across the Street because it is dangerous. The Mother of the Family before us was nearly hit by a Lady driver who even got mad at her. We all could not Load our luggage with the other passengers since we could not stay in the Street for fear of bring hit by the oncoming cars. Yet the Shuttle driver kept on getting mad and was really rude. We couldn’t understand what he was saying be ause he want talking in English. The Swiss couple with us told us that the driver wasn’t Swiss. The driver threw our bags inside while getting mad at us and even closed the door of the Shuttle on my son’s arm while he was trying to put our bags! Then, he started driving like a mad an and nearly hit a car! We would just look at each other. Upon arrival at the hotel, the Swiss couple initiated the complaint with the Front Desk. We were told the Shuttle is operates by an outside Supplier but the hotel should still assume responsibility! The Front Desk staff were apologetic and called the Shuttle company right away. They were very efficient. We were assure that we would have a different driver the next day for our Departure. However, we were still severely distressed over the driver and asked the Front Desk to just book us a private van instead. 2) Rooms were basic but size was relatively comfortable with our bags. However, we could small the cigarette Smoke in 1 Room. The carpet also looked old. . 3) Our major problem were the showers. The Glass divider were not enough to stop the water from the shower from flooding the entire bathroom 4) Their housekeeping is not 24 hours. Our sink drain was sealed tight so the water would not go down. However the Front Desk told us that no one could fix it! 5) Loved their food and the service was fast. We had Pasto and burgers for dinner. 6) Breakfast spread was also extensive and served both hot and cold items. 7) Check out was a breeze. Front Desk staff were efficient.

It was fine only because of the kids play area. And that is the only reason why I would be back, because it was such a dirty hotel. I never expected that from Novotel. Also breakfast was just average

We have stayed here before and we liked it so well we came back! Very clean and quiet, Breakfast is really good and the location to the tram to either the HB or the Airport is wonderful! People were very nice and helpful.

overall very satisfactory . very co operative & friendly front desk . very conveniently located for first timers like us with trams and railway so near . near to town center . only breakfast time was a chaos . understandable . you are fortunate to have so many tourist groups from india . our dinner experience was good . nice courteous staff . pick up & drop off is very convenient . room quality satisfactory .

I will never stay at this hotel. Room size is very small, there is no exhaust in the bathroom, toiletries are of cheap quality. I also was being nice to help one of the guests borrow my adapter for the night to be returned to the front desk upon their suggestions. When asked about it to the front desk next morning they acted as if no one returned anything and did not even bother looking. I am not upset about the value of it but just on principles

It was really warm outside and we naturally wore summer clothes. However, in the hotel room it was freezing cold. The air conditioning was at its coldest temperature and at its highest volume. We changed the temperature and turned down the volume but it took a long time for the room to become warmer and it was a bit cool still in the end. It would be nice to enjoy warmth also inside when it is warm outside. Other than that the room was tidy and good and everything went well.

Hotel is very tired, room overlooked the back coach park and breakfast was disappointing In that here was no little choice, no cutlery and no one around to help

Overall, it was ok. The reception service was quick and efficient but a little cold. The room was comfortable and clean but lacking warmth and personality. I did not use the restaurant and the bar was, surprisingly, closed by 11:30pm.

I was looking for a good place to work, with good air conditioning and acceptable gym to do sports. That's why I exactly got. Rest was quite average, specially breakfast that was even below average. Indian food is great (not surprising at all, 80% of the clients at the hotel, and also most of the staff are from India). Maybe the staff at the reception could smile a bit more and show some friendliness? I mean, they do their job perfectly, but sometimes it seems you bother them just because you ask.....

the location of the hotel is perfect and the room was well sized and clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast however was a little chaotic, no coffee cups, no cuttlery and a lot of tables had dishes from earlier guests still standing around. However this was fixed after talking to the team so overall stay was pleasant.

The hotel is in some proximity of the airport which leads to a very busy reception. I did online check in hoping to get my room quicker, but had to qeue with other for 10min as even the priority check in was occupied with non priority matters. The parking was the most expensivest ever for a hotel outside the city. I paid 30 CHF or 20% of the room cost. This becomes more and more a common but undesired practice to make the room "cheap looking". Hotels should be forced by law to uncover the extra cost like breakfast & parking. Speaking about breakfast - this was below average for this hotel class. I missed the fruits. ... and by the way... as a Platinum member I got a welcome drink and and a room upgrade. The room was finally the same as any other room in the hotel, the b ar was closed and the minibar had a single beer inside - I know what Hilton Honors does for their platinum Members - Accor is simply not competetive in this way.

Very basic; obviously this hotel is good only for convenience (proximity to airport). Carpet in the room felt grimy (dirty), no washcloth available, bed was very hard to sleep on.

i have very positive experience in check in and check out, very friendly staff on reception, but room stink in old socks, housekeeping stuff not aired room before we come in, (after 30min open windows fresh air come) room was super, breakfast was super, staff in restorant was very kind.

Rooms were not clean and ready with staff not prepared delaying our vacation

It has been very bad experience as the hotel room was not ready when we arrived. Bathroom was not clean with sink not working. In spite of more than an hour of repair work done it was not clean. They were hesitant to change the room per our request as we were losing our vacation time. After back and forth requests the room was changed which again was a smoking room even though we requested for non smoking as we have kids. Staff argued that room was clean when I got the manager involved who then agreed that there was heavy smoking smell and then changed to another room. Basically we lost 3 hours of the time which resulted in late in the evening as we missed our Zurich downtime trip. Experience was pathetic with the hotel and staff and also improper management.
