I stay in this mercure hotel almost on a weekly basis and I wouldn't if I wasn't satisfied. While some rooms could use an update, everything is always clean and the service is remarkable. The fitness room is small but has all I need, the breakfast has a lovely selection, including cereal, fruit, different baked goods and there is non stop coffee.

« Good, but my request to have a room within the court and NOT on the street was not taken into account »

Good, but my request in my profile to have a room within the court and NOT on the street was not taken into account, whereas my assistant booked the room 2 months ago and with this reminder. No room were available anymore on the court when I check-in !!! I add really to insist towards the manager sothat she finds me another room on the court for the following 2 nights. She did it. I cannot sleep well if I am on the street side. I have already 3 nexts stays booked in March and April, so please make sure a room on the court as 443 for example is booked. Thank you for your understanding.

From the moment I checked-in until my last night the service was exceptional. I would recommend to install air cleaners for the bathrooms. I'll repeat next time on Braunschweig.

A warm welcome, an upgraded room, and a good breakfast. The only drawback was the very poor wifi in my room. It was fine in the breakfast room and lounge.

Great rooms, great staff, which is why I always stay at Mercure BS. I wis however you had a bit of a mini-fridge in the rooms, or at least vending machines for food/beer. This is definitely missing. A K.

Beverages were refilled every day. Daily cleanup was performed in due time. Wireless internet connection was flaky a bit. And of course the lack of kitchenette and relevant cutlery broke the deal.
