Upon arrival (late at nigh) the receptionist was not very nice and not really helpful. This is the first time at this hotel. Normally they are very nice and helpful. To be improved, this behaviour of one employee jeopardizes the "credit" you have with your clients.

A very clean bedroom although on the smallish size. Clean bathroom and a decent shower. If you need to pamper yourself you need to bring your own toiletries. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine, typically continental but sufficient. Very friendly staff from check in to departure. A convenient location. Ideal for sight seeing.

The staff in unprofessional, the restaurant is very poorly provided with the food disclosed on the menus, and shouldn't be called a restaurant as everything is from the freezer. The cot bed we asked for was not in our room when we came, despite it has been asked for 2 times, and when it came, it was really dirty. Finally, the air con was not functioning properly and we were almost suffocating in the room. And as we were on the 1st floor, with a window on the street side, it was not convenient to open (noise, pollution, light).

Dirty bathroom on the door and edges, breakfast was very limited, no access to cold drinking water. Staff were generally friendly but we had to ask things like checkout times as we weren't informed. Major renovation works going on in the hotel which we were not informed of at any point in our stay. Generally did not affect us as we were up early But on our last day, we were woken up just after 6am with drilling and banging!

The breakfast-buffet contains of all the types of pasteries, cereals and fruit and also the continental "cold part" with ham, chicken filet, cheese, eggs, yoghurt etc. In the french hotels the system is the same. However, considering your discontent about the early renovation works, I can assure you that the workers could not start the drilling at 6 a.m. as they arrived only at 9 a.m. and could start making noises from 10 a.m. Nevertheless, we will make a point with them and ask why would it be different during your stay. clean room, everything is rather matter-of-fact, but reasonable "rapport qualité-prix". receptionist should be more efficient. I was unhappy because my online check-in did not work and I still had to arrange things with the receptionist and waste my time upon arrival which was already rather late (19h30).

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay, all the basics were provided for, and the staff were attentive and helpful during our stay. My only complaint was that I requested a change of the bed sheets because they were made from a kind of fiber that made me sweat and irritated my skin a bit, but unfortunately they couldn't provide an alternative, as all the beds are the same. It has a great location, 15 minutes from the Sacre Coeur/Montmartre area. Although it was a bit hard to find at first because there are two other ibis' on the same street! All in all it was a very pleasant stay, great for a couple on a budget.

The room was not as described on the website and all the TV channels were in French even though we asked at reception more than four times to resolve the issue but nothing was done. The main reason for dissatisfaction was due to the single bed not being a proper bed as described on the trip advisor website. One the reason this hotel was chosen was due to the fact that it stated that there would be a single bed and a double bed. Upon arrival we were given a room with a double bed and a unstable sofa bed which collapsed. This reservation failed to meet our expectations of the Ibis brand, having stayed in your hotels around world: Dubai, Belgium, Milan and the UK.

Overall please with my stay. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Only negative was that the toilet bowl is positioned behind the door, so I either block the door or can't get into the squeezed area.
