Excellent - clean, quiet room. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet area a bit cramped when busy, but the woman in charge during our stay was a marvel at keeping things topped up.

We picked the hotel for the location which was perfect for our stay. Two adults sharing a twin room could however not get separate keys for the room, which I found to be quite bad service. We had not intended on synchronizing all our activities. The room smelled like it had been smoked in, but reception assured me it was non-smoking. Cleanliness could be improved a lot - for example vacuuming underneath the beds!

Dirt, unfriendly afternoon and night staff, lack of service

Initial greeting was good from the daytime reception. After that the afternoon and evening staff were rude, did not want to help. We also found they put out the breakfast the night before and left it uncovered and room temperature which was quite warm. This includes cold meats, cheese, yoghurts, etc. the aircon didn’t work in our room, there was hair all over the toilet from the previous guest. We had 5 rooms in total and 2 rooms had no soap. They had to ask fir 2 days before being given the soap

The front staff females were hopeless. Not friendly or inviting. Always felt like we were hassling them. One then heated their lunch up and stunk the whole lobby out. They would also lock the front door and go eat in the cafe area so when you got back you would have to interior them to get their attention. Pregnant lady and a younger blonde lady. The blonde also booked us wrong cabs. The men were great. The room was tidy but nothing special. The air con hardly worked. It was very hot. The food for breakfast was also left out over night. Currently at an Ibis Barcelona and a WAY different experience. Very happy.

On check in staff where helpful but that was the last time we saw that member of staff, room was cramped but clean. Bed was comfy but again the sofa bed was worn and tired. The photos of the hotel where definitely taken either after a refurb or when the hotel had first opened and did not reflect the hotel we stayed in. Tea and coffee was offered daily in the dining area, but only a hand full of tea bags or coffee was available and milk was also very scarce, when we asked the staff on duty (twice) they didnt even know where things where. On one afternoon we sat in the garden area the patio area was clean but the garden and grass area was strewn with litter and old cases pilled up by bins. Would I stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone? No not at all. The only positive thing about the hotel was its proximity to Gare de Nord.

The location is ideal, 5 minutes from the station. Reception was very helpful and we were checked in quickly The breakfast was outstanding and the best thing about the hotel was the lovely garden which we sat in for breakfast and in the evening.

After a long journey from Bangalore we landed at the hotel by 10 pm, only to hear that there are some problem in their integration system due to which they can not accommodate us in the hotel and re-routed us to IBIS GARE DU NORD TGV hotel. the rooms were very tiny in the other hotel, even for the small luggage that we had. Felt totally unprofessional. especially I had written a mail 2 days prior to my arrival to the hotel confirming my late time or check-in and they mentioned nothing that time and gave a big bad surprise when we finally reached. I would have had a touch time, if I had big bags to drag them to the new hotel. Never expected this from IBIS and will never ever book IBIS hotel in my life. Thanks and Good Bye

Room was ideal for what we needed. Clean and comfy enough. Slightly ageing and with areas that could have been improved - hair dryer didn't work, no soap, cleaner let herself in when we were asleep!

It’s a small hotel but it is quite comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful. We have 4 rooms however 2 of the bathroom doors do not close.

I stayed at this hotel several times in the last few years mainly because of its convenient location and the Ibis brand. The quality deteriorated the previous time but we decided to give it another chance - this last time it was worse so we decided to never stay there again. While some of the staff were nice and helpful, the indolence and unprofessionalism of others have made a future stay impossible. We did not receive the room that we reserved, the room was not clean, we found bugs in the bed, there was not enough soap in the bathroom, there was no soap in the reception bathroom etc. We asked for a baby bed - one uninstalled was thrown in our room - it was very dirty and the mattress was improper so it was completely unusable.

Front desk staff was polite and very helpful. They were able to answer questions about luggage storage, safety deposit box by email prior to my arrival. Also loaned us electrical adapters to charge appliances.

I stay regularly at Ibis - this was up to the usual standard. Clean comfortable bed. Air conditioning very welcome in the heatwave! Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice little garden to relax in.
