People there are extremely welcoming and nothing to complain about the service. I'm just very disappointed when i discovered in the middle of the night that the large bed was in fact two small put close to each other and as i moved during my sleep, the bed went aside and i ended up in the "hole" created. I didn't had a chance to talk to the clerk but I will make sure to ask for a proper large bed next time.

The water in the shower has had not enough pressure. I had to shower a long time because only a bit water came out of the shower in room 102. Please repair it.

Checking in was trouble free, the reception staff were very nice and efficient, the room was spotless. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it, but overall a very good experience.

Easy phone reservation and online booking. Friendly staff. Good access from highway. air conditioner in room was not working properly and was quite noisy.

Good, Just that the rooms are made smaller than they used to be..

I am satisfied with the overall experience in the hotel, however, the room was hot and the air-conditioner was not very effective. The breakfast options were very limited.

The room was too tide. I was not able to put my bag anywhere Breakfast doesn't have a lot of varieties Air condition was not working and when I asked them, they told that it is working on summer only
