We have stayed here 4 or 5 times previously,bed very comfortable and room adequate for our dog. The new menu looked an improvement although we didnt eat. We did have drink as the the prices are now reasonable

Driving from Scotland to Andalucia, via France, so a lot of pit-stops. Picked this as looked easy off the motorway, and it was. In an industrial zone, near the airport, which looked unpromising, but was actually great. Loads of good restaurants, hypermarkets, fast food places, in a 10 - 15 min walking zone, as had more than had enough of driving by that point. Hotel has loads of free parking, inside is very nice. Wifi excellent, they even have a zone near reception that has UK sockets, if you forgot your adaptor or can't get your device to work with it. Room and bathroom great. Breakfast exceptional, even a thing to boil your egg the way you like, crepes, dried and fresh fruit and nuts, etc. Staff were beyond helpful. Less than half the price of the IBIS in St Malo, and miles nicer, and friendlier. Would use again without hesitation.

Staff are very friendly and helpful We travel with our dog and it's good she can go anywhere in the hotel without question She is very nervous and cannot be left the staff understand and treat her well The rooms are always clean with lovely comfy bed

Functional bedroom; bathroom lacked tissues and a shelf in the shower. The quality of the meat at dinner was appalling, and triggered a complaint to the restaurant manager.

Typical Ibis, but, more expensive than the excellant Novotel we stayed at in Lyon the previous night. The restaurant has adopted a very dissapointing Italian theme and worse in the Pessac part of Bordeaux, no french wines available on the menu.

Room too small even for basic gym. Not enough electric plugs (only one - I had to unplug the TV !) Very noisy if I open the window Very noisy if I close the window (we hear all in the neighboring rooms). Found belongings from previous customer (briefs). Quick check-out took me time: I Had to call again to get my invoice. Soap in the bathroom does not tell explicitly enough that it does not contain paraben or endocrinian pertubators. Plus points: Staff was friendly and room was other wise clean.

When we first entered the room, there was a stale odour. We kept the window open until we left. We decided to eat in the 'New Italian' restaurant. Bad idea! The food was not good. Quite disappointed overall, as we often stay in Ibis hotels and find them generally pretty good.

Other than check in, we found the staff to be rude and dismissive. There was an attempt to overcharge is for a bottle of wine.
