I really enjoyed our four night stay in this hotel. The purpose was the first four nights of our summer vacation. We found the hotel met our needs well, service often exceeded what was the normal and the errors were minor.

The room was nice, could do with some colour as it was a bit dark. The staff were really nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very expensive and not many options. The drinks were also very expensive. Lovely pool and lifeguards were very nice. Great hotel for kids as they felt welcomed.

Just returned from a great short city break, couldn't fault this hotel. We stayed on the 6th floor & although there are busy roads just outside the hotel we did not hear any road noise. We had interconnected rooms, which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Dear Sirs, I stayed in your hotel June 21-26, 2018. Excellent service taking care of the customers. All the staff was extremely nice , polite and professional. Ms.Belen from the Front Desk was extremely helpful . She was proud to show me the model room which will be soon more common. Your swimming pool is a great place: clean , well taken care with brand new towels. I come pretty often to Madrid and I always stay in Novotel Puenta De La Paz hotel since I feel secure and as at home! Bravo and Congratulations

Having stayed at the Novotel Puente de la Paz a number of times over the past few years I do think that the standard has dropped a little. the fruit at Breakfast does not taste fresh and is not edible. I saw a mouldy apple in one of the display vases in the restraint. Staff are always friendly, helpful and pleasant. It would be good to understand if there is any option for FAST Check out, as there are often queues in the morning to check out

« Nice rooms, very courteous front desk staff but morning breakfast was a disappointment »

Overall a good experience though we stayed only for a day. Nice rooms, excellent front desk staff who helped us with our sight seeing plans, the metro and the bus. However morning breakfast was a disappointment...it seems you are understaffed....... tables were uncleaned, waited for 25 minutes to get an omelette which never came. had to leave without having one. As we are vegetarians, the food menu is very limited and when you don't get an omelette also it is disappointing..

clean room, comfortable bed and reasonable shower. Only downside was that when we arrived direct from the airport at around midnight, there was nothing to eat. We had to call for take-aways that were disgusting. Apart from that very satisfactory, and a nice breakfast.

A standard of Novotel level services was provided, staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The lady registering guests for the breakfast was wonderful and funny (good choice). The swimming pool was clean and staff helpful, however the traffic around makes it noisy. The room windows could not be opened, which in case of room occupation by 4 persons makes the air during the night heavy and hard to breath. We had to open the room door in the night a couple of times to get some new air in. The air conditioning is not solving this issue. The room windows could be set in a way to allow their at least partial opening to allow ventilation.

Had a great 5 night stay at the hotel. Breakfast was extensive and tasty, the pool area was immaculate, the rooms were clean... Not much else you could ask for. Not a 10 as the room for 3 was a little small and tired. Thank you for a great stay!
