« Disappointing »

Previous 2 nights were also spent in IBIS hotels but they were far superior. This hotel is run down in need to modernisation and the restaurant has closed permanently. We ate in the Novotel next door which lacked any atmosphere and offered a very limited menu.

« A wet day in Biarritz »

Nice hotel for our overnight stop, the receptionist running a one woman show for the Whole Ibis that evening was superb, the restaurant was closed but we had our welcome drink, some Ibis seem to have a problem giving 2 welcome drinks especially around Tours but not here. Ibis don't seem to have a solid rule about what happens in some cases like this which they should sort out to avoid all this confusion. The egg boiler didn't work properly in the morning so after 3 failed attempts we gave up but still had a good breakfast, overhaul we like it and would stay again.

The rooms are small and for the prices you charge per night it is unacceptable that no coffee or teamaking facilities are availible.

« TERRIBLE STAY »

booked a room with 2 beds as we were a couple with a child. we arrived at 11pm and first room had 1 bed, and were told we couldnt change it. after a while they said we could and when we entered the room it had a flood and the floor was covered in water. 11pm with a baby is not easy to be moving around all the time. so we went back, got another room and this time the key wouldnt work, 2 times! the room smelt really badly of smoke. i would never stay here again.

It was very short stay as I arrived at 9m and left next morning. The restaurant was nice and the room was comfortable

« Poorly trained staff, mold rooms, disability violations. »

The staff did not speak English and refused to cooperate with the ADA disability laws. The staff did not want to accommodate a disabled person claiming they had no more rooms available. The bathroom appeared to have mold, the air conditioner did not cool. The kitchen staff were smoking in the side if the dining room with doors open, letting all the odor smoke in. We became so irritated with all these violations that we just decided to leave the hotel. It has been the worst experience ever and we are constantly traveling. This was the 1st time with Ibis.

« Disappointed stayed at other hotels in the chain which were much better »

The room was adequate but very tired needed a revamp. We. Went to the on site restaurant for dinner and were very disappointed, I sent my first meal back as the meat was inedible, the second one came and was even worse, I wouldn't even give it to our dog who was with us. We were offered 10% of the meal!! Not happy at all.

« Not our best stay at this hotel. »

Hotel and rooms were clean and cool. Food was very poor. Had to send steaks back as cold in the middle. Were given fresh meals which were hot but quality still not good. Were disappointed with this visit as has been better on previous occasions.
