« Okay for a single traveller but very tight squeeze for two. »

Just one night before international flight. Very small room, but bed was okay and shower fine. Buffet dinner was not good...would be a worry to any self-respecting French chef (or cook). Service in dining room poor. Breakfast adequate. Tried to book Mercure or Novotel two months in advance but all full, which is why we ended up at your hotel.

It was so difficult to both get to the hotel and to get from the hotel back to the airport. The shuttle from CDG took more than an hour. We chose an overpriced 25 Euro taxi rather than use the terrible shuttle service to get back to CDG from the hotel. On the other hand, the room was fine, all staff were terrific, and the breakfast was delicious.

Good & restaurant meal was good; much better than I expected. BUT the noise outside the front door (smokers?) late at night & early in the morning was annoying. It would be good if they were asked to be more considerate of people trying to sleep.

We checked into our room(014) at past midnight and went straight to bed only to be woken up several times at night by an extremely strong unpleasant odour of feaces. Finally at 5am we started feeling sick and nauseous and we alerted the staff at reception. He came to the room and confirmed the awful smell in the room, which also appeared to be coming from a Sewer vent next to the window. Note that we did not open our windows at any point during the night. The sewer vent was only discovered your front office staff came to the room to investigate the source of the smell. This stay was very unpleasant, we did not sleep all night and my husband had high blood pressure in the morning due to this. Your staff offered us a room on the high floor n the morning for a few hours for my husband to rest till he felt better. I have also reported this case to Accor hotels: Case N°: 20…03. Also the staff who checked me in did not offer a welcome drink as a Silver member. I told her that I was elgible for a welcome drink and she pretended like she did not know I was a silver member. I told her that my Accor number was on the reservation since the reservation was made using points + cash, but she still acted ignorant. After a lot of back and forth, I eventually convinced her of a benefit which should have been offered in the first place without arguments. At this time the bar had now closed, I did not take the drink and returned the voucher to your reception staff. I will never stay at this hotel or at Ibis styles property ever again. Note that we booked this room at $164 per night which is reasonable price for someone to get a decent room.

« Good value for the money »

First room had an annoying whistling sound from a vent, after a short discussion at the reception I was able to get a new room, which was satisfying. Breakfast choice is ok but not more - except for the fresh orange juice - very good. Setting is extremely unrelaxed in the morning because of huge tourist groups evading and blocking the buffets and the coffee machines. For Paris and Ibis a solid stay.

Overall my stay was ok. Breakfast was good but my only issue was the fire alarm ringing at 11:30pm. No idea what happened but I was woken up and disoriented. I was trying to find the emergency exit but couldn’t figure it out because of lack of sleep. Was wandering the hall trying to figure it out and eventually the alarm stopped. Need to do something about that as most guests probably are jet lagged and couldn’t think properly

« A Marvellous Customer Service Experience at a Stressful Time »

We were due to arrive at the hotel on the 7/9/18 but had a serious car accident about 30km away. We were delayed, suffering from shock and arrived in a taxi with all our gear from the car, which was too damaged to drive. The staff at the hotel were amazing and helped us through our bad experience by their empathy - allowing us to check out later the next day whilst we collected our hire car from Charles de Gaulle airport. We had so much luggage to cart in and out of the hotel and it was all made much easier by the calmness and friendly nature of all the staff we met - not just the excellent girls on reception. Thank you very much. I will highly recommend your hotel to others.

I stayed here a few times before. It is conveniently located near the airport. There is a free shuttle service runs every 20 minutes. Leave enough time early since it takes almost 30 minutes to get to the airport (after so many stops). The room was clean and there is a restaurant at the premises. The breakfast was decent for quick bite. Overall, I had a good experience. I will stay here gain in future.

Pleasant stay .We had nice quiet room at first ( bottem) floor . Breakfast very good with fresh orange juice. Black line shuttle bus convenient from and to cdg airport T2 however the schedule of every twenty mintes is not very accurate.....

I had paid in advance for the room and was hanging there as the room requested was not available upon my arrival. They upgraded us to another room thankfully but the feeling of not being well received was still there.

We made a mistake and booked this location instead of the convenient IBIS STYLES outside of the TGV stop. The staff here was very kind and polite, check in was quick, dinner was quick not needing a reservation. Breakfast was quick and efficient besides being included in the price. The shuttle here from the station was a 25 minute ride. The return in the morning was a 15 minute ride. Having to use a shuttle added extra stress to an early morning flight - our fault for booking incorrectly. The room was fine, comfortable bedding and equipped correctly. We had a sliding door to the bathroom and the floor had not been cleaned while the door was slid closed on the inside, the carpet also had several stains. Everything else appeared clean. Towels were thick and good sized.
