« Wrong hotel, but not a bad experience after all »

I thought that I had booked the Ibis located at Terminal 3 (Roissypole) at CDG. Surprise, surprise, I had booked the Ibis Styles in Roissy-en-France, which meant a shuttle ride and a bit of aggravation. But the hotel was great.

Stay was OK, but the night and the points have not been credited on my ClubAccor account, despite the fact that I have booked the stay from my account on the Accoehotels website and I have shown my member Platinum card and insisted to credit my account, which I was assured it will be done. But nothing has been done and it is very annoying.

1. hotel is hard to reach, using shuttle bus which only runs from 5.10 am to 11.59 pm 2. wifi is abysmally slow and kept losing connection, even though staff said it was "excellent" 3. staff are rude and unhelpful. 4. heating/air conditioning does not work.

I ordered 3 single beds and they gave me 2 single beds. So we had 3 people crammed into the 2 beds. Why would I order 3 beds if I didn’t need it? Your staff could do nothing has you were full.

it was an emergency stop over booked on line from another of your hotels .We booked a room for 3 as my granddaughter is 11. On arriving was told the room was not for 3 ,The man in charge wanted us to take another room but the lady took pity on us and charged a small supplement . We were very thankful to her as having missed our flight due to a late overnight train ,much traffic and mayhem at Orly Airport ,had to then go to Charles De Gaulle and more muddle .We were very hot tired and broke . Breakfast was a surprise fresh orange juice and the best fruit salad of our entire holiday and good bread it was fully apreciated

In every hotel and B&B in UK there is a kettle tea and coffee; we were charged for milk 2.5 euros for tea we brought ourselves. The towels were thin and worn through in the bathroom. However the staff were wonderful, very professional and courteous.

Everything was excellent, except two minor issues: 1) We arrived late (12am) and there were no parking places left [so hotel staff had to move one of their personal vehicles out of the lot] 2) Breakfast -- quite good, except that the eggs were difficult to find, and were 'eaten down' quickly

The hotel offered most of the features that help keep travelling long distance with stop overs less stressful. Since this travel often incurs lots of expense, the free services & relatively low room cost were very much appreciated, as well as the convenient free navette service to & from the airport and the free breakfast buffet which made early morning rising a little less stressful. Although I didn't have my dog with me on this trip, that is also a very welcome service. The hotel was clean & the staff was quite friendly & helpful. I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room, though.

It was my second time staying w/Ibis Hotel chain. I usually stay in Mercure hotels. To my surprise, this hotel was conveniently located near all restaurants , cafes and the trains. I stayed in a double bed size standard room. The room was quite and just good enough for me to relax, do my work,etc. The bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. The shower was nice. The one negative comment would be the toilet papers! It was a cheap brand and felt like cardboard. The breakfast buffet was just good enough for me. I was not as good as Mercure breakfast buffets where hot eggs and more choice of breakfast items. I would most likely stay there again in future trips.
